When considering a partner for Salesforce, there are more than 4,000 competitors to choose from. AGG is smaller than major firms like Accenture and PWC, which means they can provide a level of white-glove service that I, as a client, would not typically expect from much larger companies. What problems is Access Global Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the Director of Business Systems at a midsized to large holding company with several dozen operating affiliates, I found myself responsible for managing three extensive and complex Salesforce environments. Having worked with Access Global Group (AGG) during my previous consulting roles, I already had a strong relationship with them. What do you like best about Access Global Group?

AGG has a pre-built application that is ready to be installed, and their team was able to customize it to our requirements within two weeks. We hired AGG to implement Salesforce consolidation between two instances and combine it into one instance to have all data and features in one instance. As a part of this project, AGG helped to move all the legacy data from one instance to another and they also implemented a professional business process to identify contacts and accounts between different instances and they also helped us to train our users in the New Lightning Experience.
