Over 15 years of using Aatrix for tax reporting and W2's and 1099 **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024 **What do you like best about Aatrix?** It is relatively easy to use without a lot of experience or training. **What do you dislike about Aatrix?** Found that when we used multiple databases to combine, if we had someone who moved from one datafolder to another that the software would delete one randomly and not combine their information. **What problems is Aatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creates and files our taxes. ### 2. Easy to install and get in the system. **What do you dislike about Aatrix?** Not as intuitive when printing your w-2 or 1099s. But i think they want it that way so you have to pay them to print and mail your year-end documents. Once I figured out how to print it was better. Lot of juking and jiving to figure out how to print it so it would fit in the enevelopes we are required to purchase. **What problems is Aatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problem was a Vista problem. They outsourced the printing of year-end documents to Aatrix. Last year Vista was able to create them. I don't know why they outsourced and required their vendors to purchase special envelopes and purchase the filing online. It cost the company more money but must have helped Vista in some way. ### 3. We pay our payroll and send IRS and State forms right from Aatrix **What do you dislike about Aatrix?** honestly I love Aatrix. No complaints as to ease of set up and use. Whenever we have needed assistance the staff are always very helpful and friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Aatrix:** Give it a try. It is so easy **What problems is Aatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** My time has been cut down by at least 50% using Aatrix to fill in and send my 941's, 940s and W-2s ### 4.
