## Yello Reviews
 ### 1. Used Yello during an interview

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Easy scheduling with hackerrank, zoom links
Can be set to send mails from the generic corporate mail to stay anonymous
Template settings

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

As a candidate you will feel disconnected if you are seeing mails from a system and not from the actual HR mail address

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interview scheduling procedure and automation

 ### 2. Amazing for Recruitment Events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Yello?**

No other software makes it easier for candidates to register for your booth (or virtual booth). Yello is the best at collecting candidate info quickly and creating ways to organize it on the back end.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

There is no API integration set up for any external vendor at the moment. It would be difficult and very expensive to connect Yello to our ATS - their proposed solution involved flat files, which raises all sorts of red flags related to data security.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Segmenting candidates and prospects has been very easy, which makes them very easy to find based either on information that they themselves enter, or ways that you identify them (via folders, etc.).

 ### 3. Time-Saving Tool but not the whole package

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Manager, US Campus Recruitment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I love that the tool is integrated with our ATS (Greenhouse) so everyone we meet at events flows into our ATS making it easy for our recruiters to review & move people forward in the pipeline. The account manager is very responsive & helpful (ours is Renee). Yello is a great tool to show students we're tech savvy - we have removed collecting paper resumes from our process and check students in with iPads. I like that you can change the information you collect for every event specific to the type of event, attendees, and what the recruiter wants to collect. I like how easy it is to email those you met at events.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I really dislike that students can't take a picture of their resume while checking in - the fact that we have to do it after they submit their information is unnecessary additional work for the employer and doesn't seem logical to me as someone who have been doing campus recruiting for 6+ years. The UI/UX is definitely lacking. I'm pretty tech savvy and can learn things on my own, but this tool definitely requires training and guides as some things like building campaigns aren't super intuitive. I also wish you could set up an automatic email following an event to everyone you met thanking them for stopping by, rather than needing to do it manually following the event. They should help build out branded templates to use for emails & campaigns to save time rather than needing to build it out with your internal marketing department.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Make sure 1-2 administrators have time to really understand the functionality of the back-end of Yello to make sure you are able to use the tool to the fullest capacity. It's easy to use the tool with only half the functionality, but takes a lot more time & preparation to use the tool fully.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are definitely saving time with follow-up after the events, and with getting people information & resumes into our ATS (it is now automatic rather than manual!). The time-saving is the best part and the flexibility in the information we can collect on people following events. The ease of communication is the second most important factor for us so we can respond to all attendees quickly following an event in mass. No more spreadsheets with email addresses and going through hundreds of resumes and inputting the data following an event!

 ### 4. Innovative and Helpful

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina M. | Campus Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Yello is great with new advance in University Relation recruiting. The mobile app is user friendly once you have some time to navigate the platform.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

At times the building out of collect form and evaluations forms and the like, seem very cumbersome and at times look Mickey Mouse on the user end.

Reporting and CRM checklist are either non existent or take time to bill out and our not automated.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Yello is a pivotal application for campus recruiting and keep our client in compliance. Once the integration with our ATS takes effect, we will be able to not be so manual with candidate status/req searches

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling during diversity conferences and data integration (coming 2020).

Elimination of paper resumes have been great, but some are still weary to be 100% paperless.

 ### 5. Tools that solves so many recruiting issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy L. | Director, University Recruiting & Programs, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I love the end to end solutions they provide, the high level of customer service. We no longer take paper resumes and followup with candidates post event to add digital resumes. This tool allows me to have a central place/repository for communications to candidates. I also love the ability to export candidates out and ability to manipulate data. Yello is also a company that appreciates feedback and changes to product.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I use this tool for most things I need to solve. I am looking for better integration with WorkDay so I can think about integrating this down the road.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

If you are looking for a end to end campaign mgmt and candidate mgmt tool, this is for you.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this as a ATS outside of WorkDay and also use Yello for campaign/marketing efforts.

 ### 6. Customer Service is #1!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina W. | Human Resources, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I am fortunate to have experienced wonderful Client Success Managers. My current Success Manager is Jennings Wynn. His energy and collaboration is amazing. We recently had an onsite training and it was absolutely worth it to have him conduct the training. It sparked a renewed interest in the capabilities of the tool. In addition, the Help Desk is phenomenal! Imani is my rock-star, I talk to her most often...it just works out that way! The team will help you work through any problems that occur...including user error.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I often work on my projects using Yello late in the evening and the Help Desk is closed. The walk-through tool is helpful; occasionally, I need to talk through the capabilities of the tool.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling was one of our biggest pain points. Yello has alleviated that concern.

 ### 7. Yello is a recruiting game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The ability for people to pre-register for events. Also the ability to search, filter candidates and send emails and texts. The scheduling tool is also very easy to use once it’s set up.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I wish the scheduling tool could be a little more flexible and allow the ability to directly schedule and have candidates self select times all at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

This is the best Application in the business. The implementation team and customer support has been tremendous!

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too early to tell the overall benefits. A benefit for our recruiters onsite is time. We save lots of time by having Yello instead of sorting through paper resumes and them manually contacting individual candidates.

 ### 8. Great for events!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I really like having ipads at our events! It makes it easy to check students in and follow up with them to encourage them to apply!

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The actual app is pretty glitchy. We get locked out all the time and if wifi connection isn't strong, you're pretty much out of luck. There is also no resume parse component that other softwares already have included.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

compare other similar products to see which one helps solution for what you're looking to solve

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really love not having to collect resumes. They go into the 'black hole' of recruiting and we run into retention issues. Having them captured in the candidate profile is helpful - and super simple!

 ### 9. Yello is a Powerful tool that requires integration with current tech being used

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Its data query capabilities are very strong. The platform is well designed, intuitive and attractive. The user experience is really simple and straight forward, I like Yello in and of itself.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Connecting it to Workday is absolutely mandatory for a seamless user experience. That is very expensive and requires additional expenses on the Workday side of things.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Make sure you know the full implementation costs for both Yello and supporting software vendors with which you would be integrating. Also make sure that all parties in the company are bought in with using new processes to ensure a seamless role out.
Yello has a lot of upsides around candidate collection, campaigns, and communicating with candidates. It is important to know exactly what Yello will be used for and to ensure that you are not paying for things that stakeholders have not agreed is either useful or important. Everything is useful to someone, just make sure that the decisionmakers agree with the utility before purchasing things.
We found that a lot of the applications take training and people to sue them. You should ensure that the applications will be resourced effectively or you may end up with unused, and very expensive, applications.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smoother candidate experience at big events is the best application we have seen so far. Smaller events still work well with Yello. We like the different campaign features and are starting to experiment with those more.

 ### 10. Campus Recruiting review-

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

It is great at career fairs, the app allows us to collect high volume of candidates. We also utilize the self scheduling tool which makes moving candidates through our pipeline easy. Our Yello customer service people are very helpful

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The tool has limitations with changing things year over year and being able to keep the old data. We have many things labeled as 'old' because we cannot delete them yet we dont use them.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

It's a great tool for campus recruiting, I cant imagine us using it as our primary ATS. Easy way to track high volume candidates, but best used when all candidates go through the same workflow.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving campus recruiting for internship and entry level candidates, Workday cannot hold the candidates in the same way.

 ### 11. Nearly The Total Package

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan F. | Sales Recruiting Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The repository of information that it holds is fantastic, and the ability to build out what you need for different events is great. The support you have is also great, as our representative is always reachable.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The site can be slow and a bit clunky sometimes, and I wish that it would not sign you out as frequently. Changes can also be difficult to make if updating schedules, and it takes more time to do that than build the initial.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All types of events, conferences, and technologically easy collection of information.

 ### 12. The Metrics Master

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

We love how Yello tracks our on campus visits and allows for easy access and downloads of all candidate information and metrics.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Lack of stock email options. Would like more options for generic emails to send to company users.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking candidate check ins at career fairs/info sessions. Allows for access to candidate experience with the ability to track all of our events that they have attended.

 ### 13. Overall positive but reporting is poor

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Yello is excellent for recruitment events. It is very intuitive, and basic enough for hiring managers to use it easily with little or no training

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Analytics are poor. Reporting is difficult and to view anything in excel to create dashboards is a problem

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Know what you want to use and measure ahead of implementation

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event recruiting is much easier than it was previously

 ### 14. Great product - a bit pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The variety of different services available. More than most competitors.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The price of the tool is very high. I find myself having to defend this expense over and over to my superiors. Would prefer an easier integration with Workday.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place for most of my campus recruiting needs. The marketing tools.

 ### 15. Great event management tool!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I love Yello Pro and all of the pinpoint filters in the application.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I wish it was easier to brand email templates and campaigns.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily using it to sign candidates in at campus and experienced hire events and follow up with them afterwards.

 ### 16. Yello was easy for our team to ramp on and has been a game changer for on campus recruiting efforts.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The ability to review and export data immediately after an event.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Having to rely on WiFi to initially use the platform at each event.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No paper resumes, better candidate follow-up.

 ### 17. Yello and Steve are AWESOME.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly S. | Senior Event Planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Yello is a fantastic tool, but it's only going to be as good as you make it. Having someone like Steve Landrey as your partner in navigating and customizing the tool makes all the difference, and has allowed us to efficiently streamline our campus recruiting processes. Steve makes excellent suggestions and has helped me to personalize options to make the process feel as authentic as possible.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

It's a difficult tool to navigate on your own. I typically like to learn things on my own, but this system absolutely requires that you have great training and support as you get comfortable with it. We got really lucky with Steve as our Yello partner- he never complains no matter how many times I call him :)

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Ask to speak to someone who has recently implemented the system, and see how they're using it to make sure it's a good fit for your needs.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a game-changer when 100% of your candidates are evaluated before an event is over, and you don't have to hold onto paper resumes anymore. We have also begun using the system to track candidate status throughout the interview process, and are excited to see what other solutions Yello can offer us in the future.

 ### 18. Simplifies data collection

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel P. | Recruiting & Development Coordinator, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I think this software works well for setting up an event and collecting information at that event.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

It's likely that our company isn't using this the right way but it does not function well as an applicant tracking system. I also found the interface incredibly confusing for setting up an event.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this product for managing group interviews and hiring events/career fairs.

 ### 19. Yello - A Lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

This technology helps with managing all campus activities and relationships, tracks essential event metrics, and helps understand trends to improve campus recruiting ROI. This type of technology brings all essential information to one system, so everyone who will be attending the events has access to complete, up-to-date information; i.e., campus contacts, alumni, expenses, internship openings, offer deadlines, etc.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Sometimes it errors it out when in kiosk mode.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have realized the importance of engaging our customer groups with automation, technology, and collaboration tools since the way we recruit at hiring events is important to our employer brand. When our teams used a clipboard for candidate registration and collected stacks of paper resumes, candidates took note of our antiquated processes – which does not align with the innovative culture we are constantly referencing. Now, with Yello, because candidates upload their resumes on the spot, we never have to leave an event with a stack of paper. We have all candidate data at our fingertips to easily evaluate at any point on a phone or tablet, without reviewing endless spreadsheets. The system also increases staff efficiency (provides lift for shared services, recruiters, and UR). It also increases the overall improved candidate experience this system creates, as it eliminates paper-based processes to create a digital experience for candidates and recruiters and we are better able to communicate with candidates – both quickly and efficiently since we can email them utilizing one of the many email templates we created in Yello.

 ### 20. Review for Jill Grachan

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Jill's responsiveness and assistance have been outstanding. Her knowledge of the product is excellent and she always is able to understand our asks and help us to implement a solution or advise on a best practice.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

At times there have been features that have been introduced to us that have taken much longer to implement than initially discussed. Although it is improving, there are times when new ideas that we may have don't go far.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event, candidate, and lead management for University Relations. Yello has been a tremendous help to organize events, staff, and leads/candidates for both Campus and Diversity Events. As we utilize more of the features of Yello it has given us more line of sight and information about our events, candidates and staff attending.

 ### 21. Great support from Account manager!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan Q. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Since launching earlier this year, we have experience very positive and helpful support from our Account Manager Lauren Tafoya. Our experience with Yello providing multiple ways to train our team on the tool as well as listening to our customization requests went above and beyond expectations. We also really like the ease of use on campus and the reliability both on and off the network.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

We are just know having our team utilize the tool from a marketing standpoint and they would love to have our other tools (HireVue and Workday) integrated. We know that Workday is possible but this will be slow on our end to get through the approval stage.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the sourcing process for On-campus college recruiting.
Establishing consistent communication to candidates.

 ### 22. Couldnt do it without Yello!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

My account manager, Aaron Adams is the best part about our interaction with Yello. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable about the Yello platform and dedicates the time to help us utilize the technology to transform how our company will attract, communicate and manage candidate interactions on campus. I recently joined Conagra over 6 months ago, and as the Recruiting Programs Manager, I wanted to understand the platform and features thoroughly. Aaron spent over 10 hours helping me learn to navigate through the system and always makes himself available to us (the Yello support team is great too!). Aaron takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service I’ve experienced in over the 10 years I’ve partnered with vendors in the campus space. Aarons attention to detail is unparalleled. I appreciate the level of detail in his follow-up notes, which allows me to refresh myself on topics we've discussed at any given time. His critical thinking skills are exceptional as he can quickly break down complex questions and provide comprehensive responses when explaining Yello’s capabilities and how they’ll integrate into the various nuances of our complicated campus process. Most importantly, Aaron’s actions demonstrate that he cares about customers and owns their success. We feel as if he’s part of the Conagra family! It has been a pleasure working with Aaron and we look forward to our continued partnership.

Yello is an amazing tool that has allowed our campus team to automate pieces of our campus process. We now have the ability to complete candidate evaluations, allow candidates to self-schedule interview times, will allowing us to use data analytics to determine the ROI on how effective each event is for us to pipeline candidates.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

At times the system crashes while attending career fairs. It would also be nice to have a holistic dashboard that shows data/metrics for all events collectively.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time reporting, scheduling, candidate pipelining and marketing!

 ### 23. Jennings Wynn Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan K. | College Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Jennings has been a fantastic support system as I transition into my role at WESCO. He's taken the time to walk me through the system, and provide clarity where needed. He's super knowledgeable of the software and best practices. Looking forward to connecting at Yello19!

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Nothing, experience has been great so far.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campus recruiting CRM / Talent Networks. Yello is extremely user friendly and simple to use! The customization allows us to create a great candidate experience.

 ### 24. Yello has a great engine but needs some cosmetic work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I like how Yello reduces the amount of time I have to spend on "work about work".

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I HATE the UI, lack of UI/UX design thought, and a few annoying bugs that come up. Too many clicks to get the work done.

**Recommendations to others considering Yello:**

Be patient with the UI but relentlessly give feedback.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Administrative time to process candidates

 ### 25. Yello makes life easier!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

I like that Yello is easy to use, retains all information from past events, and gives all our team members access virtually.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

On the recsolu site, it is very laborious to do any type of search, especially in the events section. Also, in the batch email section, the field for the body of the email does not have an automatic spell check. It would be great if this could be implemented, or if there were a button to click to spell check communication, rather than copy and paste from a Word or other type of document.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to electronically collect resumes, evaluation forms, candidate data, etc. After campus/conference events, the time spent on filtering through candidates has significantly decreased.

 ### 26. Yello is very effective in helping our team source candidates and share them with the business.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

It allows for easy sourcing and candidate sharing.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The system freezes quite often, especially on campus. We've also had access issues for some of our colleagues.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team I work with recruits on various college campuses each semester, so it allows us to easily capture candidate information and share it with the hiring managers in an efficient manner. The company is also relatively new, so the campaign piece has allowed us to send additional marketing materials to candidates we've met on campus.

 ### 27. Enhancing Candidate Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

speed of returning resumes to recruiters

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I would love to see a better user interface experience on the web platform - more ways to mass update fields that are used across multiple events, ability to see which forms are tied to which events when updates need to be made, ability to filter candidates from the event level.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

faster turnaround for candidates, ability to see roi, ability to interact with a lot of candidates with a personal interaction via e-mail

 ### 28. Our Client Success Consultant, Jill G., ROCKS!

Our Client Success Consultant is competitively urgent, a subject matter expert, assists in providing better opportunities that help our companies objective, and is available 24/7! Our experiences with Yello have been GREAT thanks to Jill!

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

I am a huge fan of the Yello tool to build the Cintas brand on campuses across the US.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Branding on campuses within minutes, scheduling interviews seamlessly, organization of candidates from career fairs, RSVP option for networking events and other special occasions on campus

 ### 29. Great customer service all around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Ease of use, eliminates excessive paper upon leaving career fairs, ease of scheduling interviews

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Offline can be a little clunky, but very limited issues

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our recruiting practices now become much more streamlined and we're able to better track our successful events.

 ### 30. Yello has been a powerful recruiting tool however more in person training would be helpful

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The Yello Pro platform is much more intuitive. I also appreciate the fast support from the Yello Support team. Lastly, Steve Landrey has greatly improved our relationship with Yello and I cannot thank him enough for his support.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

 ### 31. Good, but need some improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Yello?**

Great scheduling capabilities, especially when conducting phone and video interviews

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

Not as user friendly as i would hope. Some aspects of the program seem illogical like when assigning evaluations. Making the program more logical and user friendly by reducing the amount of clicks to complete a simple task would be helpful- but i still enjoy using it and it serves its purpose.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates

 ### 32. Yello makes me want to Yello (in a good way)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2017

**What do you like best about Yello?**

The self-scheduling feature is so user-friendly and saves me a lot of time. I like the tagging and folding feature to track my pipeline. Also, the metrics with the campaigns, show very useful information.

**What do you dislike about Yello?**

The sorting and filtering of candidates in the submission dashboard can be a little clunky at times and doesn't always give me the reasons I am looking for. However, I know they are working on fixing this.

**What problems is Yello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-scheduling for large volumes, sourcing, and candidate outreach for a high volume.
