# Which Vidyard Consulting partners have expertise in data privacy and compliance before a multi-year commitment?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Data privacy and compliance rarely get asked about early enough in a vendor relationship, usually only after something's already gone sideways. Looking for <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/vidyard-consulting">Vidyard Consulting</a> partners with real expertise in data privacy and compliance before committing to a multi-year contract.</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/avidly/reviews"><strong>Avidly</strong></a><strong>:</strong> a globally recognized HubSpot Solutions Partner operating across 20+ countries, which at minimum suggests experience with cross-border data handling, though that's not a confirmed compliance credential.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/new-breed/reviews"><strong>New Breed</strong></a> and <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/revenue-river-instrumental-group/reviews"><strong>Instrumental Group</strong></a> both show up as dependable for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, per G2's research, again without published compliance specifics.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Worth flagging that G2's listings for this category don't publish specific data privacy certifications for any of these partners. Has anyone actually pushed a partner for their documentation directly, rather than assuming scale equals compliance?</p>

I agree that scale or global presence shouldn’t be treated as proof of compliance expertise. Before a long commitment, I’d ask the partner to show exactly how they handle data access, subprocessors, retention, and cross-border responsibilities during implementation. Has anyone made those documents part of partner selection before signing, and did anything in them change the decision?
