I think the UI and UX of Userlytics is horrible. It is extremely outdated and not easy to do anything on the platform. The navigation is confusing, making it difficult to add questions to a test plan and moving questions around is super buggy. For a company built on improving usability for others, I would expect a better UX experience. Navigating through a test plan is outdated, glitchy, and cumbersome; it could be simplified completely. We have used this for many different types of research (surveys, prototype testing, card sorting, tree testing, etc).
