What do you like best about Turis?

Turis provides a clean, well-integrated B2B experience on Shopify that feels native rather than bolted on. The platform makes it easy to manage wholesale customers, pricing, and ordering without adding unnecessary complexity. I especially like how intuitive the interface is for both our internal team and our B2B customers — it reduces friction and speeds up the ordering process. What do you dislike about Turis?

What do you like best about Turis?

We’ve been using Turis for several months now to manage our fresh produce distribution—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

As a business dealing with perishable goods, speed, accuracy, and clarity are crucial. Turis gave us exactly that. The platform was easy to set up, and the integration with our backend systems was seamless. Our retailers now place their orders through a branded storefront that shows live inventory, personalized pricing, and order history. It’s made ordering smooth and hassle-free for everyone.

What do you like best about Turis?

The onboarding was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Frederik Thue Andersen made the entire setup process fast and effortless, and the ongoing support from Dan Christoffersen has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, stable, and easy for both us and our customers to work with. Turis simply removed friction from our B2B operations and allowed us to scale without distractions. What do you dislike about Turis?

There is very little to dislike. Our decision to leave Turis was not based on shortcomings in the platform but a strategic shift in our business. We decided to bring warehouse operations in-house and move everything into a single ERP system. Turis continued to work well for us, but our internal setup required a different structure. If anything, the only limitation is that Turis is not designed to function as a full ERP, which is outside its intended scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Turis?

The switch to Turis was made easy due to the hands-on support from the Turis team and although it's primarily built on a modern API-focused platform the Turis team were able to accomadate our requirements for an SFTP/CSV based updating process to reduce the amount of changes. Always great to have options!

We've been using Turis for around 6 months or so now and it has been mostly solid with just a couple of hiccups here and there however these are addressesed quickly by the Turis support team which has been the best part of the change for our team; it's a night and day difference compared to the support offered by our previous B2B solution.

Products are easy to browse from the retailer's side of the platform and presented on a responsive template which works well on all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Turis?

The manual upload/update process could be a little more robust and I would like to have the ability to customise the export settings for order CSVs within the platform however this won't be neccersary if you're taking advantage of the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Turis offers a lot of great functionalities, sometimes I find it a bit overwhelming to navigate through all the options. With so many features available, I occasionally lose track of my last actions or changes, which makes it harder to maintain an overview. Perhaps including a feature that tracks recent actions or settings changes could help users stay oriented. This would make it easier to stay on top of tasks and streamline the overall experience.
