Turis provides a clean, well-integrated B2B experience on Shopify that feels native rather than bolted on. I especially like how intuitive the interface is for both our internal team and our B2B customers — it reduces friction and speeds up the ordering process. The support team is also responsive and knowledgeable, which makes onboarding and ongoing optimization much smoother.

Some advanced features and customizations require a bit of setup time to fully understand, especially if you’re managing more complex B2B workflows. While the platform is powerful, a few additional tutorials or documentation examples could help shorten the learning curve for new users.

We’ve been using Turis for several months now to manage our fresh produce distribution—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

As a business dealing with perishable goods, speed, accuracy, and clarity are crucial. Turis gave us exactly that. The platform was easy to set up, and the integration with our backend systems was seamless. Our retailers now place their orders through a branded storefront that shows live inventory, personalized pricing, and order history. It’s made ordering smooth and hassle-free for everyone.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

The onboarding was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Frederik Thue Andersen made the entire setup process fast and effortless, and the ongoing support from Dan Christoffersen has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, stable, and easy for both us and our customers to work with. Turis simply removed friction from our B2B operations and allowed us to scale without distractions.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

There is very little to dislike. Our decision to leave Turis was not based on shortcomings in the platform but a strategic shift in our business. We decided to bring warehouse operations in-house and move everything into a single ERP system. Turis continued to work well for us, but our internal setup required a different structure. If anything, the only limitation is that Turis is not designed to function as a full ERP, which is outside its intended scope.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turis streamlined our entire B2B ordering flow and removed a lot of manual work from our daily operations. The platform made it easy for retailers to place orders, track products, and access relevant information without needing constant back-and-forth communication. This freed up internal time, reduced errors, and created a far more consistent wholesale experience. With Turis, we were able to scale our B2B activities efficiently while keeping the operational workload low.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

The switch to Turis was made easy due to the hands-on support from the Turis team and although it's primarily built on a modern API-focused platform the Turis team were able to accomadate our requirements for an SFTP/CSV based updating process to reduce the amount of changes. Always great to have options!

We've been using Turis for around 6 months or so now and it has been mostly solid with just a couple of hiccups here and there however these are addressesed quickly by the Turis support team which has been the best part of the change for our team; it's a night and day difference compared to the support offered by our previous B2B solution.

Products are easy to browse from the retailer's side of the platform and presented on a responsive template which works well on all platforms.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

The manual upload/update process could be a little more robust and I would like to have the ability to customise the export settings for order CSVs within the platform however this won't be neccersary if you're taking advantage of the API.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better solution for a private B2B catalogue that could provide pricing specific to each retailer.

TURIS is primarily a B2B platform, which is both good, as you dont need to change what else you use as a company, but integrations to fx economic systems, shipping etc gets very important, and - if you are not a tech genius - you do rely on support from TURIS to make it work

Turis makes it easy to set up a professional B2B webshop without needing a developer. The platform is clean and user-friendly — both for us and our resellers. Our company Fill GmbH is active in the wholesale of baby products. We have been actively offering our products via B2B since January 2024. With the B2B platform, we reach our customers with specialized baby stores that are less supported by our sales force. B2B is easy for us to use, which is particularly convenient, and our customers can order 24/7 and easily download photos and texts. The Turis team are always incredibly helpful and very friendly. The customer order portal is very well designed and the back end is easy to use with loads of useful functionality. The initial setup process was quick and straightforward, especially as Turis take care of a lot of that for you. Customers are now regularly using the platform with no negative feedback.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

The reporting functionality is basic but apparently there's an update on the horizon! Integration with Xero has proved tricky but we've had great support.

We needed to split our wholesale customers from our shopify platform mainly because they weren't using the shopify app solution and we wanted to split out the reporting. Having more customers using this platform is saving us time but also increasing order value as the portal displays products in a much better way.

I started using Turis few months ago and it has already made a great change for my small business. The system is very easy to navigate, and I’ve already received positive feedback from some of my customers. They particularly appreciate the clean layout and how intuitive it is to use.
The support I received during setup was excellent. Viktoria was very helpful in guiding me through the process and went above and beyond to assist with integration with my Shopify B2C shop. The syncronization was easy even for me, but Viktoria was always available to speed up the transition and ensure everything was running smoothly.
I wish I had signed up sooner – I have a small company and now I’m saving so much time.... and my customers are too! Highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a smooth B2B tool.

Easier Customization of the Storefront:
It would be helpful to have more options for customizing the storefront to make it easier for buyers to navigate between categories and products. For example, the ability to translate product categories (such as "dog", "cat", etc.) into Swedish.

We would appreciate an easier way to sort products. Ideally, we would like to be able to drag-and-drop products within a product grid to reorder them, both under "All Products" and within specific categories (e.g., dog, cat, etc.).

Improved Price List Management:
Managing price lists could be more streamlined. It would be useful to open a specific price list and view all associated products, margins, and prices in one place. This would allow for easier adjustments. Currently, we have to edit each product individually, which is time-consuming and makes it difficult to get an overview of the prices within a specific list.

We use Turis for order processing. It makes managing and handling orders with our B2B partners much easier and more efficient.

Most of the platform has been very intuitive to use. Where we have had difficulties and confusion, the support from Viktoria and the rest of the team has been fast and impeccable in ensuring we find a solution. We can always rely on a great service!

This also extends to the implemention process as we first learned how we could use the platform in the most effective way for us. The team helped up with every step along the way.

The platform front end and back end can be quite slow to operate at times.

Having an online wholesale platform in Turis replaced our previous system of emails and excel-based ordering sheets. As we expanded as company, this previous system became slow and inefficient.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

We love the graphic design & frontend layout as well as the intuitive way the backend works. The friendly staff and great customer service makes it a personal and very safe experience too.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

We have been using the Turis b2b platform since the very beginning and we have naturally been missing features and integrations along the way; however most of our requests have been met over time by the helpful staff & developers.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Turis platform as a b2b shop for our wholesale clients - both for preorders and immediate deliveries. It integrates well with e-conomic as well as other key partners.

It is easy to manage for both retailers and for us. The price is fair and all questions are replied kindly and professionally understandable. The team at Turis always guide you in a good way and are always at our disposal.

Nothing to dislike because they always help if you have a challenge.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turis is a good way for us to reach out for retailers and to make it easy for our retailers to mix an order before placing it into a final order. It helps us to reduce our administration which is very important for a small company as ours. Best of all it connects wish shopify and our accounting system.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

There is two main things that make Turis an awesome tool to work with: 

1. It´s easy to use and has a lot of options when it comes to personalize the features to your liking. That makes it easy to integrate it into yout existing workflow. 

2. The staff, especially Viktoria in the support team, is very supportive. I always get information about new implementations from her right away. Feedback meetings on a regular basis are very constructive and you have the feeling she really cares about your needs.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

There are no downsides to Turis. It just works as advertised.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turis makes it easy for our B2B customers to order via their own dedicated Online Store. Its intuitive and simple to use.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

Turis offers all standard B2B-functionalities and keeps innovating with further features. Integration was super easy - we were also able to implement automization to some workflows. Turis is a small, but great start-up-mentality team that is always eager to help and to further improve the tool. I worked with quite a lot of other tools and platforms and never experienced such a speed in innovation and  design improvement. I really look forward every week to having a look to the tool as I always find something new and better.
The service level is awesome - its just a pleasure to work with them. They are all very customer-oriented, very smart and nice people. Tasks are well prioritized and I always get updates on open To Dos. I can recommend Turis to 100%.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

Performance needs some improvements but still is way better that what we had with Magento before.
With a lot of new feautures implemented lately there are some bugs left to fix, but I have no doubt that Turis will solve these soon.

B2B customers are humans too. Ordering should be intuitive, fun and easy. That is what Turis offers.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

The Turis B2B eCommerce platform was a huge improvement for us, coming from an open source solution. Turis offers a great and streamlined solution that allows to order a large amount of items very easy and quick - exactly what we were looking for. The support we received from the Turis team was (and is) outstanding  and their ability to implement new features at a very high pace is impressive.
Absolute recommendation!

Nothing to dislike so far. Every platform has restrictions or handles things differently compared to solutions that you develop according to your own requirements but Turis makes it easy to integrate the platform in our workflow.

The customer service has been excellent throughout but overall not required as after onboarding the platform is very intuitive and easy to use.

Intuitive, simple layout, easy for our customers to access, Less workflow between customers and us as the distributor

Analysis/data on customers and products, who uses Turis, how often, average sales per customer, which items and categories sell, etc.

It could be beneficial to think of it more like a regular webshop, with features such as (customers also bought), (remember to purchase this 'product' to hang up a shelf), (notify me when the product is back in stock), etc

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less workflow in our order processing, information about products, prices, and stock status for our customers. Faster onboarding of new products for our retailers.
