**What do you like best about Turis?**

Turis provides a clean, well-integrated B2B experience on Shopify that feels native rather than bolted on. The platform makes it easy to manage wholesale customers, pricing, and ordering without adding unnecessary complexity. I especially like how intuitive the interface is for both our internal team and our B2B customers — it reduces friction and speeds up the ordering process. The support team is also responsive and knowledgeable, which makes onboarding and ongoing optimization much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

Some advanced features and customizations require a bit of setup time to fully understand, especially if you’re managing more complex B2B workflows. While the platform is powerful, a few additional tutorials or documentation examples could help shorten the learning curve for new users.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turis solves the challenge of running B2B and wholesale operations directly within Shopify without relying on manual workarounds or disconnected systems. It centralizes customer-specific pricing, order management, and access controls in one place. This has significantly reduced administrative overhead, minimized errors, and allowed our team to scale B2B sales more efficiently. As a result, we’re able to offer a smoother buying experience for our wholesale customers while maintaining full control and visibility on the backend.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

We’ve been using Turis for several months now to manage our fresh produce distribution—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

As a business dealing with perishable goods, speed, accuracy, and clarity are crucial. Turis gave us exactly that. The platform was easy to set up, and the integration with our backend systems was seamless. Our retailers now place their orders through a branded storefront that shows live inventory, personalized pricing, and order history. It’s made ordering smooth and hassle-free for everyone.

We’ve seen a noticeable drop in errors and a huge improvement in order turnaround. Our team no longer spends hours manually entering data or correcting mistakes. The system just works—and when we’ve needed help, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

The only thing I’d like to see improved is a bit more flexibility in customizing the storefront layout—but overall, it hasn’t been a blocker.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

The onboarding was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Frederik Thue Andersen made the entire setup process fast and effortless, and the ongoing support from Dan Christoffersen has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, stable, and easy for both us and our customers to work with. Turis simply removed friction from our B2B operations and allowed us to scale without distractions.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

There is very little to dislike. Our decision to leave Turis was not based on shortcomings in the platform but a strategic shift in our business. We decided to bring warehouse operations in-house and move everything into a single ERP system. Turis continued to work well for us, but our internal setup required a different structure. If anything, the only limitation is that Turis is not designed to function as a full ERP, which is outside its intended scope.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turis streamlined our entire B2B ordering flow and removed a lot of manual work from our daily operations. The platform made it easy for retailers to place orders, track products, and access relevant information without needing constant back-and-forth communication. This freed up internal time, reduced errors, and created a far more consistent wholesale experience. With Turis, we were able to scale our B2B activities efficiently while keeping the operational workload low.

Doing an independent b2b shop that helps us to target new B2B customers and to have a professionel system handling it. Easy to created different pricelist/customergroups.

**What do you like best about Turis?**

The switch to Turis was made easy due to the hands-on support from the Turis team and although it's primarily built on a modern API-focused platform the Turis team were able to accomadate our requirements for an SFTP/CSV based updating process to reduce the amount of changes. Always great to have options!

We've been using Turis for around 6 months or so now and it has been mostly solid with just a couple of hiccups here and there however these are addressesed quickly by the Turis support team which has been the best part of the change for our team; it's a night and day difference compared to the support offered by our previous B2B solution.

Products are easy to browse from the retailer's side of the platform and presented on a responsive template which works well on all platforms.

**What do you dislike about Turis?**

The manual upload/update process could be a little more robust and I would like to have the ability to customise the export settings for order CSVs within the platform however this won't be neccersary if you're taking advantage of the API.

**What problems is Turis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better solution for a private B2B catalogue that could provide pricing specific to each retailer.

That it is intuitive, easy for both company and customer to use, and well priced as well :-) And we get great help from TURIS to set up, implement new stuff and anything we might find we need help with. We are very satisfied.

TURIS is primarily a B2B platform, which is both good, as you dont need to change what else you use as a company, but integrations to fx economic systems, shipping etc gets very important, and - if you are not a tech genius - you do rely on support from TURIS to make it work

Turis makes it easy to set up a professional B2B webshop without needing a developer. The platform is clean and user-friendly — both for us and our resellers. We especially like the ability to set custom pricing for different retailers, and how quickly we were able to go live. Customer support has been fast and helpful whenever we've had questions.

There’s honestly nothing we dislike. Turis has streamlined our B2B operations and continues to deliver great value with a reliable platform and strong customer service.

Before Turis, B2B ordering involved a lot of manual steps, back-and-forth emails, and spreadsheet management. Turis has completely changed that. The friendly and professional customer service is truly phenomenal. As someone new to wholesale and gradually building up my offering, I need flexibility and have many questions about making adjustments. It's incredibly valuable to be able to reach out and receive personalized support, rather than just being directed to a robot or a link. This level of service saves me so much time and stress, and I haven't found this kind of support on any other platform. It really makes a difference and helps me feel confident in my work. Turis offers a lot of great functionalities, sometimes I find it a bit overwhelming to navigate through all the options. With so many features available, I occasionally lose track of my last actions or changes, which makes it harder to maintain an overview. Perhaps including a feature that tracks recent actions or settings changes could help users stay oriented. This would make it easier to stay on top of tasks and streamline the overall experience.

I chose Turis as my main wholesale platform because of its excellent customer service and affordability — perfect for a small startup like mine with a limited budget. I’m confident that Turis is flexible and can grow with my business, allowing me to scale at my own pace.

Another major advantage is that Turis doesn’t impose fluctuating commissions or changing customer benefit rules like other platforms.
