The downside is that employees have less face-to-face time and can sometimes misinterpret tone in messages. We’ve had to find new ways to encourage staff to get to know each other better. I like best that this chat is user friendly and HIPAA compliant. It is able to be accessed from laptop, desktop, cell phone; both in office and away from the office. This allows us to set up group messages where we can chat about patients directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one and only thing that I don't like about this is when you are using a group chat you are not able to buzz anyone to notify them or grab his/her attention versus when it is chat one on one you can select to buzz the recipient to get their attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
