"Effortless project management with intuitive Kanban and seamless collaboration"
What do you like best about Trello?

The kanban board interface is highly intuitive, making project visualization feel effortless. The drag-and-drop functionality works seamlessly, and I find that the straightforward design of cards, lists, and boards remains unmatched by competitors. I also value the flexibility offered by Power-Ups, as well as how simple it is to collaborate with team members in real time, all without being burdened by unnecessary features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The free plan comes with significant limitations, especially regarding Power-Up restrictions, which means Ш have to upgrade even for basic automation tasks. Additionally, the mobile app doesn't offer as seamless an experience as the desktop version. If I need advanced reporting features, I'll have to opt for a paid plan or rely on third-party integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello Helps Me Stay Organized With My Daily Work Tasks"
What do you like best about Trello?

I use Trello every day in my work as a Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support to organize my tasks and track my progress. I usually create boards for different projects or clients, then add cards for daily tasks like data entry, updating documents, following up on requests, and monitoring ongoing work.

I really like using checklists inside cards because it helps me break tasks into smaller steps. I also use due dates and labels to manage priorities and make sure deadlines are met. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to move tasks as I work, so I always know what still needs to be done.

Overall, Trello helps me stay organized, focused, and on track throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Some features like advanced automation and reporting are only available on paid plans. It would be nice to have more flexibility in the free version, but for my daily work needs, Trello still does a good job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Management, Needs Enhanced Complexity Handling"
What do you like best about Trello?

I like using Trello for project and task management as it helps with handling multiple tasks at the same time and makes it easy to review. I enjoy the workspaces and time tracking features. We manage multiple projects simultaneously by creating different workspaces for each client and, for various tasks, we create different boards to easily manage everything. The hourly spent and total hours fields are great for tracking time effectively. The initial setup of Trello was much easier, which was really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Sometimes it's difficult to manage complex projects and long-term projects. For complex projects, it becomes hard to manage timelines, milestones, and tasks. For multiple tasks, we have to create multiple boards, and it is time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello is a fantastic management tool, its a simple visual system that keeps daily work on track"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello biggest strength is it's visual simplicity. Boards, lists, and cards make it see whats happening at a glance without needing setup or training. As we use trello on daily basis, it works well for tracking tasks, brainstorming ideas and managing small to medium workflows. Moving cards as work progresses feels intuitive and keeps things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

For more complex projects, Trello can feel limited without relying on power ups or integrations. Reporting and advanced dependencies aren't native features, so teams with heavy project management needs may need additional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple Tool That Quietly Became the Backbone of My Workflow"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I like most about Trello is how it stays “invisible” while still keeping my entire workflow organized. I don’t have to fight with complicated settings or dig through menus—Trello just lets me drag, drop, and keep moving. The visual boards make it unbelievably easy to understand what’s happening in a project at a glance. I can step away, come back after a busy day, and still know exactly where everything is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The only thing I dislike is that once your team gets comfortable, the boards can get crowded fast. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if Trello had an automatic “board cleanup suggestion” that helps remove or archive old tasks when things get too full. "Keeps Projects Organized and Collaboration Effortless"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like Trello because it keeps everything organized in a visual, easy-to-follow way. The boards, lists, and cards make it simple to track projects, share updates, and collaborate with others without anything getting lost. I also appreciate how flexible it is—I can customize each board to fit exactly what I need, whether it’s managing tasks, planning timelines, or keeping documents in one place. Overall, it helps me stay clear, focused, and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

One thing I dislike about Trello is that it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. As boards grow, they can become cluttered, making it harder to find information quickly. Some features that would improve workflow—like advanced reporting, automation, or detailed task dependencies—often require paid upgrades or third-party add-ons. Because of that, Trello sometimes feels better suited for simple task tracking than for fully structured project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Organizing Work, Effortless Drag-and-Drop"
What do you like best about Trello?

It is good for organizing most things at work. For large or complex projects, it feel too simple if you didn't add extra features. Easily drag and drop the notes from one column to the next as we work on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

In BIG projects the board becomes a sea of sticky notes and hard to find things. advanced features are locked behind a paywall. Sometime its hard to find an old card in a big board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Visual Planning Tool That Helps Teams Untangle Work Without Adding Complexity"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I like most about Trello is how it translates work into something visual. Instead of digging through emails or ling text threads, I can glance at a board and instantly understand who's working on what, what's blocked, and what's ready to move forward. Trello's simplicity is it's strength -- adding cards, tagging teammates, attaching files, or dropping checklists takes seconds. I also appreciate how flexible the boards are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As our projects grew larger, some boards started feeling cluttered. When there are hundreds of cards and long lists, you need discipline to keep things tidy. Trello's search works well, but filtering complex boards still takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
