I initially had high hopes for Seodity, despite some early hiccups. The support was responsive at first, which kept me optimistic. It was an excellent software to track your rankings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been really frustrated with Seodity since December 2024. The software just stopped working, and their support has been completely unresponsive. I got one vague promise about forwarding my issue to the developers, but nothing happened after that. It’s surprising that a company would ignore its customers, especially when even the cheapest subscription is €48. It feels like they’re trying to get rid of those of us who bought lifetime deals through Appsumo. I can't recommend Seodity because of their unreliable service and lack of support. When it worked, the UX was great. Since 2024 there is no response whatsoever. Strange, because site is still live... but you cannot get in contact whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The project and possibly company is dead. No way to contact them, making appointment through site is turned off... no one is answering any quesstions since january 2024. - The platform's approach to account management and policy enforcement can feel overly strict, especially when it comes to using features that are advertised as available. My account was blocked without prior warning, despite using the content explorer feature, which is part of the platform. More transparent communication and clear limits on usage would benefit both users and Seodity itself, preventing misunderstandings and sudden account suspensions.

What I like best about Seodity is its ease of use and seamless implementation. The platform's intuitive design and comprehensive features make it perfect for frequent use. I have been using Seodity for almost 2 years, and I have to say that I am really impressed with the tool. It's a great alternative to Ahrefs, and the metric keyword research is great. The UI is very simple and easy to understand. Has rich other features, SEO audit, backlink checker, GA and GSC integration is incredible. Super happy with the Keyword Gap features that have been added!! The team also focus on development for more features, such Content Editor, Bulk Keywords Checker, and SERP Cheker, which useful for smooth SEO workflow. For me, daily keyword updates are a big bonus. Based on my experience, their customer service is quite responsive in solving problems and answering questions. Definitely recommend this tool to anyone who is looking for a great SEO tool. Competitive Analysis and Rank Tracking are my two most important features after an on-page audit. Digging into keywords data for your own and competition ranking is super easy and insightful. Then, for audit issues, finding the issue elements is good.

There are four export options for various data several places in the app: CSV and PDF download, Google Sheet export and CSV export to your Google Drive. Very Easy!

Customer support is fairly quick via their in-app chat widget.

Due to their updates in the past 11-12 months, I have removed some of my previous suggestions.

I would like to suggest the following improvements:

1. Allow customizable frequency for keyword rank tracking instead of fixed daily analysis, and for technical and SEO analysis, allow customizable frequency instead of weekly.

This software comes with a comprehensive set of features that cover all the essential tools for improving search engine rankings. Furthermore, it includes a SERP (Search Engine Results Page) function that enables me to observe and analyze the strategies of my competitors. Additionally, I receive weekly reports that offer valuable insights into issues such as broken links, duplicate descriptions, and other critical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backlink analysis functionality is currently less extensive than what I desire. I've noticed that it tends to provide lower counts of backlinks in comparison to SEMRush and Ahrefs. I'm optimistic that the developers will enhance this feature in a similar manner to how they've improved other aspects of the software. This is a great product! Seodity automatically checks the SERP results of every website project I create, which is really helpful in helping me to figure out my marketing strategy based on my competitors' achievements and online data. I think it's a bit unfair for me to compare SEODITY to the other software I was using at the time I purchased this software; however, if there is anything that I like least about SEODITY is that there are limitations on how many competitors I can have. THis tool makes it very easy for everyone even without any technical skills to use it and understand. The simplicity, easy to use, email reports, and able to spy on competitors keywords is very important features for me. As a small business owner I always try to improve my online presence, and this tool really helps me in finding new keywords and tracking existing ones. 2 features that we use rather frequently are - a.) keyword research tool, and b.) competitor analysis.

Finding relevant keywords is straightforward. It offers insights into search volumes, competition, and trends. You can drilldown to low-competition keywords that can significantly boost search rankings.

The competitor analysis feature is gold. You can quickly research and learn from your competitors strategies. Find valuable insights about comp traffic (organic / paid), their keywords, ad spends etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
