It has lots of great keyword and ranking insights built-in, a great value for the money. I love this for finding competitor ranking posts and keywords, to model content. The Website Scoring system is not well defined, don't know if it is out of 300, 500 or 1,000. Most website ranking systems are out of 100. I like the best the Organic traffic and the OnSite analyses. They are extremely helpful, especially the OnSite analyses and point in details what the issues on the site are and what needs to be fixed and enhanced.

The Content Explorer, the Rank Tracker and Keyword explorer are also very stable and reliable, providing lots of data and details for the website ranking.

I really like how knowledgeable and helpful the support team are. More often than not I get one of the Managers or Founders responding to my queries. Some features such as the 'on demand analysis' would be good if they had some sort of indicator of how long they are going to take to run, sometimes you can click it and nothing happens for a couple of minutes, then the little timer sort of kicks into action.
