**What do you like best about SMSGlobal?**

They helped me to set everything up and the customer support was great and very helpful. They made sure I got all my ducks in a row for me so I didn't have to worry.

**What do you dislike about SMSGlobal?**

I didn't realize I would need a team to get me started and I felt delayed by having to go through their team to do anything. I also felt like the price is quite steep.

**What problems is SMSGlobal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to send out mass text messages to my leads over the course of a marketing event so that I don't have to do it all manually by hand. That's the best part because it saves me time.

**What do you like best about SMSGlobal?**

SMSGlobal is comprehensive application for doing sales or any type of marketing with.The SMS gateway has great feature especially the bulk SMS,dedicated virtual numbers,MXT SMS gateway and one time password.

**What do you dislike about SMSGlobal?**

We have achieved great results using SMSGlobal.No dislike at all

**Recommendations to others considering SMSGlobal:**

SMSGlobal application we  are able to schedule and personalize messages.
Its aslo simple for users to use and configure. SMSGlobal is aslo very fast and  stable

**What problems is SMSGlobal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature we  having using SMSGlobal ,we are  able to personalize messages using customer name.We  aslo able to comfortably remove duplicates contacts when sending bulk messages.
