"More Efficient Prospecting, More Opportunities"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

RocketReach is really easy to use and has been a great tool for our team. The information is accurate and up to date, and it’s very easy to find the right contacts quickly. The payment process is also simple and hassle-free. It’s saved us a lot of time when prospecting and reaching out to new clients. Definitely a tool I’d recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The only downside is that some contact details can occasionally be outdated or missing, and the credits can run out quite quickly when doing a lot of prospecting. It would also be great to have a few more filtering options to narrow down exactly who you’re looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A useful tool for finding the right contacts behind construction projects"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

What I like best about RocketReach is its LinkedIn extension, which makes it quick and easy to access contact information while viewing a profile. I also find the email features very useful: you can send emails directly from RocketReach and track engagement, such as whether the email was opened or the links were clicked. Another advantage is the ability to add tags to unlocked contacts, allowing me to segment and organize them—for example, according to their potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

One limitation I have found is that when I search for a specific contact, I cannot directly open the email that was sent to them. Instead, RocketReach redirects me to the general emails section, which makes it harder and more time-consuming to review that contact’s communication history. "Heartless ROCKETREACH. Be VERY wary."

What do you like best about RocketReach?

Heartless ROCKETREACH. Be VERY wary.

I am 73. Last year I had a temporary job and thought a company like ROCKETREACH could help with contacts. I looked for a particular type of contact and before signing up, looked at the first ROCKETREACH page and there were 4. There were many more pages that I could not see until I paid. I subscribed to find that the original 4 were the only ones. 3 months ago I lost my job. Yesterday I received a text from Michelle at ROCKETREACH thanking me for paying for another year. No forewarning like "In 7 days, we will take your next years subscription".

I wrote explaining I had lost my job, was now retired, living on a pension with no use whatsoever for ROCKETREACH and could they return the fee. The basic answer was that rules are rules. No exceptions. No sympathy. Just 'we've got your money. You have no way of getting it back. We have cancelled the following years fee and you can use ROCKETREACH for the following 12 months.' I am so appalled that I chose this despicable heartless company in the first place.

Yes, if I had read their T & C page 143 paragraph 7, it would have said this, but should the law not change so that all companies must give a minimum of a week before getting next years payment.

Amazon just wrote saying that they will soon be collecting next years Prime fee, but that I could cancel at any time prior. ROCKETREACH should be made to stop deceiving by pretending they have more useful data than they have as well as giving people time to decide if they want to continue or not.

I wonder why they don't give people the time to back out ?????????

PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET CONTACTS FROM.

Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Data and Ease of Use, Perfect for Recruitment"
0/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach for getting leads and contact info which is super helpful for selecting the right candidate for our team. I find the accuracy of their data, especially emails and phone numbers, to be over 98%, which is fantastic. The budget system is also great and ideal for most users. Transitioning from ContactOut to RocketReach was beneficial as RocketReach provides more data with accuracy. The initial setup was super easy, just needing to sign up and subscribe to a suitable plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I would like a dark mode on their UI, and I hope for AI filters as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Contact Extraction, Needs Higher Email Limit"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach for extracting contact emails and sending mail using sequences. I like the contact social connect feature, like Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal information, as it allows me to connect rather than just sending mail or calling. The support team guided us properly and helped us set up everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The sequence email sent count should increase. Currently, we can send 500 emails per day. Since we are running multiple sequences, the mail count is limited, and we have to wait for one sequence to complete before starting another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Efficient for Finding Contacts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like RocketReach because it's easy to use and has a very complete database. I almost always find the right email address for the person I'm looking to contact, which is incredibly useful for my outreach efforts. The return on investment is impressive, especially compared to other databases I've paid for, which cost more but provided less return. The initial setup was also very straightforward, making it hassle-free to start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The only thing I really use on RocketReach is finding email addresses. I don't use any other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy-to-Use Contact Data with High Accuracy and Wide Coverage"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I find RocketReach rather fast and easy to use. It offers better data quality compared to other tools we've tried, which makes it somewhat cost-effective for us. The larger database is another plus. I appreciate its reliability, high accuracy, and wide coverage of contact data. The simple export and list-building features are convenient, and I like that it doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features or bloat. The contact accuracy stands out as particularly high, with lower friction concerning credits. It's more accurate and better suited for our smaller, more targeted outreach. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

It could use more depth on organization structure, it's a bit weak for building large, segmented lists compared to other tools, and I wish it had built-in outreach tools. It would be helpful to see how "fresh" a contact is, as I don't really put much weight into their current A+/A- ratings. The platform often feels very "laggy", and I often wish it had a more seamless feel to it, especially when using the search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Data and Easy People Search by Location and Company"
5/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

The data is accurate; it is easy to find people based on location and company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Some of the email information is not complete and it uses a credit for the phone number, which I do not use. It also uses a credit for a gmail address, which we do not use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, But Inaccurate Data and Weak Support Undermine Rocket Reach"
0/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

Rocket Reach is much more affordable than competing software, which makes it a better fit for my budget. It is also easy to navigate and integrates with our CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

While the initial onboarding meeting was great, there has been little to no support once you become a customer. We ended up turning off our CRM integration because Rocket Reach doesn’t check for duplicates, and it changes the company name instead of simply adding information to the account that already exists in our system. We’ve also found that we’re getting what we paid for: Rocket Reach’s information is inaccurate more often than it’s useful, so overall the software’s performance feels weak at best. "Streamlining Access to the Right People While Reducing Prospecting Friction"
4/5
What do you like best about RocketReach?

What I like most about RocketReach is how it makes finding the right people feel straightforward rather than a chore. Instead of guessing or digging around endlessly, you can quickly get to someone relevant, which is a real time-saver.

The most helpful part is the quality of the data. You’re not just getting contacts, you’re getting useful ones, which makes outreach or networking far more targeted and effective.

It also fits neatly into your workflow without fuss. You can dip in, grab what you need, and move on. Overall, it’s a simple tool that saves time and makes your efforts feel a lot more focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

If I had to point out the downsides, the main one is that the data isn’t always spot on. You do occasionally run into outdated emails or contacts that no longer work at the company, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to move quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
