  ### 1. Helpful Email Updates and Easy Portal, But Reporting and Volume Limits Need Work

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

They were very helpful in updating our email communications to customers. The portal is pretty easy to work with for our customers.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

We are working on getting it set up, but reporting out of the portal in terms of what customers are doing, how often they are interacting, etc. I'm hopeful we get that reporting created and up and running soon. There have been multiple issues with volume capabilities and we've worked through those as well.  Would have been nice to know those issues were happening before we found them.

**What problems is ReverseLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the number of calls to our contact center, reducing the number of returns where we are refunding the customer because of the rules in place before, are now being abided to through the portal. Those savings alone are worth it.

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

Right now, nothing stands out to me as I think the system it sell is not user friendly neight the desgin.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

UI / UX: 
-it feels like to work in a system from the 90´s. No flexible changes possible. 
- No self driven work possible - text change, exclusion.
- statistics which can not be expoted!, 
- System how sponsorship is set up is quite complex instead of adding just the fee we want to charge
- No own instance - dependency on other brands

Support:
- got better over the last months but before it took months before a ticket was answered or development was done. 

I not really see any funtion or support for AI in the tool.

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

It's very simple to use. 
The communication is ok with the RL team. 
It seems like we can integrate it without much issue to our systems (SAP, Salesforce, Magento). The tool seems pretty flexible.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

It's very basic and I'd love to have a lot of functions like reporting capabilities, dashboard about returns, heat maps on where the returns happen the most, and better insight on the returned products.

**What problems is ReverseLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy return process / scanning and booking back the item into inventory.

I love how the ReverseLogix team is extremely helpful during design and upgrade phases, ensuring we maximize the consumer experience. They're a true partner in the design process, which makes them the best vendor relationship of my career. The team is attentive, detail-oriented, and actively engaged with day-to-day users, providing optimal support. Their response time is exceptionally fast. The design and setup process went very smoothly, and they work closely with us to ensure a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

I truly have no complaints-other than wishing they could be our vendor for all technology needs.

**What problems is ReverseLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReverseLogix for real-time visibility into repair volumes, detailed repair data, and a self-service tool for consumers.

One of the most dependable partner when it comes to responsiveness and fast turnaround — always the first to acknowledge, the first to act.

There is an opportunity to deepen architectural understanding of the systems and platforms they work with, and to bring that depth into Quarterly Business Reviews, moving beyond delivery updates to presenting how technical decisions are impacting cost, scalability, and business performance, which is what leadership needs to hear in a QBR setting.

RL plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end repairs workflow, coordinating seamlessly between systems and warehouse teams to ensure damaged products are triaged, tracked, and processed without disrupting day-to-day operations

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

ReverseLogix has been a huge win for both our company and our customers. From implementation to continuous improvements and changes, ReverseLogix and the RL support team have met every expectation. Our company provides many complex products and services to our customers, and we've been able to work with the RL team to create a great and easy-to-use return experience for our consumers. Additionally, we've been able to work seamlessly with the RL support team whenever needed on any improvements and business needs. From adding a QR code option for consumers to initiate returns to working with our team to manage our ongoing requests surrounding products and return policies, the RL support team is very receptive and responsive.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

We have been using RL for a few years, and they have met and exceeded our expectations. The RL back office is easy to use and functional. It's currently shared between multiple of our brands. I hope we can work with the RL team to separate these in the future, allowing us to focus more on each brand and build out specific rules/consumer experiences/pages/etc., as needed.

**What problems is ReverseLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As order volume increases each year, so do returns, and ReverseLogix is our solution for managing our returns. ReverseLogix provides us with a great platform and experience whether you are a consumer returning an order, a consumer service agent initiating a return on behalf of a customer, or an employee checking in a customer return.

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

It can be configured to the needs of the client while, at the same time it seems to provide a consistent platform experience between users.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

Many e-Comm clients utilize their warehouse operations for Store return operations too. RL seems to be missing features to accommodate some of these use cases.

**What problems is ReverseLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a purpose-built system designed to intake returns instead of a warehouse system that is modified to do something it was not intended for.

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

- Development team was very responsive, responding to all Jira tickets within hours
- Development team met 100% of deadlines
- Team was patient as we changed/clarified original requirements

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

- Disconnect between sales team and development team. At the beginning of the project, the sales team told a compelling story about what ReverseLogix could look like and how quickly the product could be developed. However, the timeline we received from the development team was drastically different (9 months instead of 3), mainly because the Sales team didn't fully understand our requirements when they quoted the 3 months. Similarly, the sales team showed us examples of what the product could look like, but the version of the product we ended up with was far different.  (ex. "we can use your company branding to make the website fit with the brand" essentially meant just putting our logo on the page). I understand that there is likely always a gap between expectation and reality, but the gap seemed especially wide in many cases. 
- Limited structure around developing requirements. It would have been helpful to have a list of questions/materials the RL team needed from us to complete the project. Often it felt like our team was leading the design sessions, and while it was great to have this control, none of us really knew what we were doing. It often felt like we were building a product from scratch instead of a plug-and-play. Having a bit more leadership/structure from the RL side would have remedied this. 
- Lack of confirmation that the development team understood requirements. We often sent over requirements to the development team and would not hear anything else until the development was completed in the Stage environment. As a result, often what was delivered in the Stage environment was not exactly what we needed due to miscommunication/misunderstanding. It would have been helpful if the development team could explain what they understood the requirements to be back to us so we could prevent rework.

- Customers are filing their own claims (as opposed to relying on our customer service reps)
- We have detailed info on why claims are filed (and sometimes, pictures)
- We have control over which claims should be allowed and which should be prevented/require additional review

We have had a few "glitches" here and there as with any new project but the company is always on top of resolution.

The company was supportive and patient during set up, with continuous support even after implementation.

Consumer repairs, keeping track of repair trends, quality issues. We are now able to determine where improvements in quality and design can be made.

Billing process took a couple of cycles to get corrected, but not any huge items

**What do you like best about ReverseLogix?**

The returns portal which help out our customer service agents. Much less requests for shipping labels and a better experience for our customers as well. Would recommend.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

The only downside I would say is that the integration took a little while. Also FR was an issue but this is more a combined issue between us and RL so no blame to place on the RL team.

Allowing customers to feel comfortable in returning items. Also allowing customer service room to focus on other things rather than manually creating labels.

having some proposed solution only on ideas pre-steps without having good picture on timeline and cost perspectives

having traceability of return generation starting from return creation and being able to document a lot of information to generate reports in order to improve transparency and implement improvement action plan

Global access, scalability of the solution.

**What do you dislike about ReverseLogix?**

Relative high running cost. Also, since the system is highly customized to tailor our needs, any CR is relatively costly.

After implementing, we have greater visibility of the number of repairs carried out, the quality of repairs and RL is helping us maintain proper Inventory levels for the consumed parts.

Reverselogix is a great company to work with! Everyone on staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend RL.

There is nothing that we currently dislike about using RL.

ReverseLogix is helping us with forward tracking, and also reverse tracking. We are also looking into implementing their refund/exchange feature.
