UI / UX: -it feels like to work in a system from the 90´s. No flexible changes possible. - No self driven work possible - text change, exclusion. - statistics which can not be expoted!, - System how sponsorship is set up is quite complex instead of adding just the fee we want to charge - No own instance - dependency on other brands Support: - got better over the last months but before it took months before a ticket was answered or development was done.
