I use Pave for handling compensation and benefits in my organization, reflecting stock options, CTC, and other bonuses. I like how it brings clarity and structure to compensation planning. A specific feature I appreciate is the compensation cycle workflow, which centralizes and standardizes the entire compensation process, replacing spreadsheets and manual intervention. Some advanced configurations and reports have a learning curve, like setting up compensation bands, leveling frameworks, and budget rules for different teams. These can take some time to learn.
