**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

When setting up the system and doing mini demos with the team it was so simple to go through things. This is one of the few systems we have that is fully global and they make it seamless when connecting very different data points.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

The security set ups were difficult to understand but with Bryce and the support team it made things easy to do. I would just prefer to be able to have something that I could figure out on my own. When implementing the documents I feel were a bit outdated but it is based on integrations not OrgChart specifically.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having global visibility to our employees across several businesses is something we do not have in any accurate capacity. OrgChart has giving the visibility to employees to see where they sit but also to our leadership teams and planning for future views and building budgets accurately.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

Being able to set up different charts that show the different departments/branches.  That will definitely help us to determine where we need to hire etc.  I am still figuring out how we will use the software more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

I haven't had the time to really figure out all of the effciencies that it will create once I begin using it to it's full potential.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use an Excell spreadsheet to create our org chart.  This software will certainly help with organizing and maintaining our chart saving me a lot of time.
Francois made it easy to learn and he was extremely helpful and friendly during our set up and training times.  I appreciate his help!

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

Very simple functionality for the end user and a one click refresh of data from an automated link with ADP makes real time organizational chart creation a breeze.  The interactive functionality of the charts themself allows the viewer an opportunity to learn our structure very quickly and with little work from them.

Extremely happy with OrgChart, so no dislikes.

Our past process included 3 different individuals updating and reviewing an 85 slide PowerPoint presentation, so the savings both in time and money is priceless.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

I like how simple it was to set up OrgChart. Getting the images loaded into the software was great. The various options for different views are really helpful, with a lot of different views available. It's easy to share an image with our CEO or see the entire organization, with options for sharing different views. The different formats that you can easily change into are a bonus. Overall, these features are great. Francois from customer support made the setup experience even better.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

I wish the directory was a little bit more intuitive. The directory feature isn't a little bit clunky in my opinion. When I share a link to the directory, it opens up in a format that is not how I want it to be viewed. There's no current way to set a default format for the directory, such as ordering by first name, last name, email, title, etc. I can view it in the format I want on my end, but the shared link doesn't show that. Having a default view that I create as the administrator and can be shared would be really helpful.

I use OrgChart to create clear transparency with a sleek company directory, eliminating questions about roles and reporting lines while enabling easy viewing.

  ### 5. Streamlines Org Charts but Needs Better Integration

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

I like how OrgChart connects with our ADP, allowing us to see the org chart and share it with our parent company. It saves us from manually creating the org chart by hand in Adobe. Once I learned the process, I appreciated its appearance and found it somewhat user-friendly. I also created a custom report in ADP that I can easily upload into OrgChart, making updates seem straightforward.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

I wish our new ADP Totalsource would sync with OrgChart so we didn't have to do the manual upload - it creates a lot of room for error. Without the automatic integration, you would need to train another person, have them create an identical custom report to upload, etc., so it's just potentially more resources wasted by having a manual upload. When we had ADP WFN, it was really an easy learning process. Now with the manual upload, it is a bit more cumbersome.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrgChart connects with ADP, saving us from manually creating org charts. I just upload a custom report, which makes updates easy once set up.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

I find OrgChart simple and easy to use, making it intuitive. There's quite a bit of customization available, allowing me to format it just the way I like. OrgChart also allows you to work scenario and workforce planning. Additionally, when exporting documents, it retains its interactive functionality, which is a nice touch. The ability to search and use arrows to navigate the org charts enhances the user experience. OrgChart also seamlessly integrates with ADP, our HRIS, which is a big plus. The initial setup was incredibly easy and only took about five to ten minutes for the integration. The implementation and customization went quickly, and our implementation consultant, Bryce, was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

Nothing significant yet. There's some minor bugs/errors that we saw during implementation when trying to change box designs or go into chart settings. They're minor; however, the support team has been terrific on troubleshooting these and resolving them incredibly quickly.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OrgChart to publish organizational charts for the whole company, helping everyone understand our hierarchy. It seamlessly integrates with our HRIS and aids in workforce planning, addressing the dynamic nature of our workforce.

What I appreciate most about OrgChart is its ability to deliver a clear visual overview of a company’s structure. This makes it simple to grasp reporting lines, team arrangements, and how resources are allocated, all at a glance. It also enhances team collaboration by clearly indicating who is responsible for each area, which helps eliminate confusion and streamlines communication between departments.

While OrgChart offers robust visualization features, I find that creating and aligning the boxes can be quite time-consuming, especially when dealing with more complex hierarchies. On the other hand, I truly value its integration capabilities. The ability to connect OrgChart with HR or data systems ensures that information stays current and minimizes the need for manual updates.

  ### 8. Seamless Dayforce Integration and Outstanding Support with Org Chart

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

First, I love how Org Chart integrates well with Dayforce (the HRIS). We have found it difficulty to create manual org charts and the ones supplied by DF aren't robust. We also found that not alot of softwares integrate well with DF. However, Org Chart integrates SO easy and well with DF. 

Second, Org Chart is so easy to use! The navigations are very clear and it's easy to navigate and build charts. 

Third, the implementation was seamless and very well done. Our Implementation Specialist (Jonathan Arana) was amazing. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He made it very easy to use and understand everything. He was patient and accommodating with our schedules too. We had a great experience with him.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

There isn't alot that we disliked. We wish the basic came with the option to view as another user.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have clean or concise org charts before -- everything was done very manually on Visio and the org charts produced by our HRIS were not strong enough. So we love that Org Chart is creating very clean, very concise, and very usable org charts for our team. Everything is so efficient and seamless.

The integration of OrgChart with ADP Workforce Now and the ability to see our org chart live. We can make changes to the org chart and see the effect. It is more efficient for reporting purposes. Our implementation specialist is Francois Smit and he provided great training and helped me set up our main users. The OrgChart software is easy to use and share within the organization.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

We have no issues with OrgChart. Once you set it up and implement it works great.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a streamlined way of reporting our organizational structure and looking at what happens when we add headcount to particular department.

Flexibility and interfacing with our HRIS system.  Jonathan, our Org Chart implementor.  He has explained everything so well and really put us in a great position to roll OrgChart out to our organization.  We recently used Org Chart with our ADP product and it was an easy transition to move over to our Workday platform.

Enjoy all the features OrgChart offers so no dislikes.

Solvedputting our organization together as a whole.  This feature is lacking from our current HRIS system.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

I like how OrgChart is able to accommodate our somewhat difficult charts. I also appreciate that I no longer have to manually make adjustments and updates, which was a tedious process when we used AutoCAD. It's great that OrgChart pulls our data from UKG, making things more seamless.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

Due to the complexity and customizations needed, the initial setup was not as easy as I had hoped. (it took a little longer) However, I'm not very technical and our Implementation Specialist, Francois was very patient with me.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrgChart saves me time on updates and eliminates the tedious manual adjustments I had with AutoCAD. It handles our complex charts with ease.  Charts are now current and available for viewing.

We signed up with OrgChart to help us more easily plan for future org chart changes and optimizations, so the "planning" feature is the most useful for us.

Jonathan was our implementation partner and he was great - friendly, helpful, answered all questions, etc.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

Not the most intuitive system. The trainings are helpful but if you aren't frequently using the system then you have to refresh yourself when you log back in on how to do things.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously didn't have an easy way to create draft org charts and play around with org structure (our HRIS only has the ability to show the current org chart). As an org that's trying to think ahead into the coming 12-24-36 months, it's very helpful to have this feature.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

After trialing multiple org chart platforms that never quite met our needs, we were beginning to think a solution didn’t exist. That changed when we found Orgchart. The customization options, attention to detail, and overall flexibility were exactly what we needed. Though what truly set this experience apart was the implementation process.

Our Implementation Specialist, Mackenzie Braden, was incredible from start to finish. He patiently answered my (many!) questions and guided us through each step with clarity and professionalism. 

We’re extremely happy we went with Orgchart. The level of personal care and support we have received so far makes it clear we made the right choice.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

At this time, we honestly don’t have any major dislikes about the platform. Everything has been running smoothly, and the features we've used so far have met or exceeded expectations. If anything comes up as we continue to use it more extensively, we’ll be sure to provide that feedback.

Before implementing the platform, it was difficult to keep our org charts up to date and aligned with real-time changes in our teams. We were having to do it manually and it was time consuming. OrgChart has streamlined that entire process by integrating with our existing systems and providing an accurate, customizable view of our organization.

The customer service is fantastic.  Anytime I am struggling with making changes I can always reach out to a representative who can either fix the problem for me or show me what to do with simple step by step directions with graphics.  The org charts have been a great addition to our company for various proposals and audits.

I would say the time-out is pretty fast. meaning if there is no activity for a certain amount of time it logs you out fairly quickly which can be annoying when trying to view multiple windows and needing to go back and forth can take time.

We have a unique org setup and OCN has been able to accomodate our setup w/o issue.

The process with Jonathan Arana was excellent.  We scheduled several different user and admin training sessions that were conducted by Jonathan Arana in a professional and structured way.  Very happy!  There are many features that work well for our agency.  I actually used our organizational chart to assist with another project that required quick detailed information related to staff project and approval workflows.  Without OrgChart, I would have had to pull information from our ERP system that would have taken so much longer.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

The ease of use and it flexibility. The system is easy to configure. Configuration of various colour, box shapes, line connection and even the type of data that you would like to use. It is also very flexible to adopt for your needs. Once you set it the way you like, all you need to do is upload a fresh report and you will have your new chart ready for use, share or publish. The chart has also the possibility to add legends including computations that will change depending in which area you are within the org chart.

I also find very helpful the help section that is very detailed and and can also guide you to set more advanced features.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

While the chart is easy to configure, to create new public users with limited access requires settings in a number of screens. However, this is done initially and as soon as you get the hang of it, it's not that difficult. On the other hand, if you get stuck support is very efficient.

Senior management, can view their entire structure and know exactly their vacant positions. The area chart is also used in presentations.

I like that OrgChart is very customizable and user-friendly. There are so many options/features to customize a chart to inspire creativity and create different fields that are best suited to your organization. The implementation process was also very smooth. We had a great integration specialist, named Jonathan Arana who was always readily available for questions. He also demonstrated and executed the trainings / implementation well and was very helpful throughout the entire process!

I do think OrgChart is very user-friendly, although I do believe some functions could be enhanced, such as an AI tool on the side helping guide where to go if need be.

The product fulfills our business requirements effectively. It is straightforward to set up, configure, and adjust as our needs evolve, which has made adoption relatively smooth.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

While the tool itself works well, the delivery experience was less than ideal. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and our implementation specialist tried to handle all issues personally instead of bringing in the appropriate SMEs for more complex items, such as SSO setup. The SSO setup guides we received were also inconsistent with the actual experience, creating unnecessary confusion—these should be updated.

I found the approach leaned more toward a "fix it for you" model rather than empowering us to understand the why behind issues, which would have better prepared us to troubleshoot independently in the future. Training seemed focused primarily on the day-one build and immediate goals. While that met our starting needs, I can’t help but wonder if we missed out on learning the tool’s broader capabilities—and whether that might limit how fully we're able to take advantage of it over time.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrgChart has been especially helpful in quickly building and visualizing proforma org charts to support our upcoming bank merger. Having the ability to model future-state structures has made it easier to evaluate scenarios, communicate potential changes with leadership, and ensure alignment before decisions are finalized. This has saved significant time compared to trying to build and maintain these charts manually.

We recently upgraded to the new Org Chart system, and Francois made the whole process such a great experience. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. Even when we hit a couple of early hiccups (not on his end), Francois kept everything on track and made sure the implementation went smoothly.

He answered every question we had—plus the ones we didn’t even know to ask—and was incredibly flexible with our busy schedule. His training style is easy to follow, and he did a great job showing us new features we’re excited to start using.

Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about Francois. He made what could have been a stressful transition feel simple and even enjoyable. 10/10—highly recommend!

The export functions make sharing information seamless, and the high level of customization ensures the tool fits the unique needs of any organization.

As our organization grew needed a more structured org chart tool. Needed to grow out of using excel to design the org chart. Also really helps with quick changes as people are added or terminated. love that it updates team viewer automatically.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

I like how customizable the software is. You can isolate, color, highlight just about anything. I also like how it provides live updates based on our current headcount at any given time so that we're working with up-to-date information at all times.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

I do believe the software could be a bit more user friendly. Yes they provide job-aids but they are not very intuitive. I believe with a few adjustments, this software can definitely give the end user a much better experience.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly reporting right now and frequent governmental audits required for our business. We have major plans for it in the coming months in terms of succession planning.

Integrations into HRIS and AD, and flexible data modeling possible.  Very friendly onboarding and very patient to ensure security and user experience will be good.

Possible exposure of HR info to employees or outside world via inadequate security setup.  This isn't an org chart limitation, but it is a risk in using such tools.

Sharing salary increases for staff with managers and senior executives.

**What do you like best about OrgChart?**

East of use, customization, data integration, ability to create profiles for different groups with different permissions.

**What do you dislike about OrgChart?**

So far so good.  One minor dislike isn't due to OrgChart necessarily, not all fields from ADP are able to be pulled over (i.e. emergency contacts).  While for the majority of users, they would not need this, our leadership team would.  Overall, however that does not take away from the impact this will have.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huge time saver.  Currently creating/updating org charts through Visio.  Sometimes data is inaccurate, fonts different.  Due to our organization being heavily regulated, having an up to date and correct org chart is valuable.

The option to use automatic file feed so that it is always up to date without manual intervention! Looks great and is easy to print or add to presentations, and is very customizable. Easy to implement and will save us toons of time with how frequently we need to reference our charts.

So far we have been able to do everything we wanted to do!

Before org chart we used a manual process to build charts it took roughly two days to get charts built, or fully updated whenever they were requested. This will be an amazing tool for us.

OrgChart was easy to implement and integrate and works better than the generic Org Chart that is within UKG. Francois Smit was our implementation specialist,  He was great, always available and answered any questions promptly.

OrgChart was in the process of changing things over to a newer version so there were some tickets that needed to be open with support for us to get them working.

**What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Org Chart is helping our company view departments at a high level when needed. It helps with planning, determining roles within the organization and where there is gaps and overlaps.
