Overall Optinly is fantastic, there are a few downsides.

We are a language institution, we need more interesting ways to leave a lasting impression on our website. Using Optinly, we can easily design various pop-up notifications, such as coupons, countdown reminders, or direct access to the trial courses I designed. This increases the chances of capturing information or boosting purchases. I have been using Optinly for a little over 6 months now. It has everything I was looking for in a Optin plugin for my Wordpress websites. Also it has been very easy to use, and set up. I like that it works with Pabbly Connect, along with Zapier. One of my favorite popups is the Video feature. There are more than enought other pop up templates to do the job. My license allows for 25 website. The service I had before didn't offer anything close to that amount, even on their highest plan. The service has been responsive whenever I needed their assistance. i have found Optinly to be a valuable tool to my website design. I would recommend this application to anyone intested. What I don't like about Optinly that that some of their integration partners don't work. For example, the Zoho CRM integration does not work. The tab is there, but it shows Failed everytime I try to sync the two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think, the best thing about optinly are the bunch of possibilities it adds to your popup experiences. The Analytics. The plethora of settings it provides. The targeting options. Just great.

Personally I like the ease of integrations, lots of integrations are implemented, and if you do not find yours then it provides webhooks, ease to use.

What I dislike about Optinly is probably the limited number of templates and the customization options for them. Some categories have only one or two types, offering very little variety. As a long-time user, I have noticed that Optinly hasn't added any new templates over time.
