At no point did they mention that a full FICA verification would be required, which ended up taking four days. This unexpected delay caused major setbacks for our business, as we urgently needed the number.

To make matters worse, once the number was finally activated, it didn’t work. We had to follow up with support to get it fixed — something that should have been tested on their end before releasing it to the user.

Adding to the frustration, KripiCall charges the subscription fee even before your number is activated. Paying for a service you can’t use yet is unacceptable.
