Ngl the call monitoring is the best part for me. I can secretly listen to my team's calls, whisper stuff to them mid-call without the customer hearing, and barge in if it's going totally wrong. I heartfully recommend Krispcall.com for users who value their money. As there are a lot of features provided in a very good user interface. Also, call performance is very well, all depending on your network. I personally love their instant chat support with a real person despite AI.
