What do you like best about Homebase?

The efficiency to keep track of hours and wages in one place is very convenient for the everyday busy employee. Login is also very good due to it’s a discrete code that no one knows to sign in. What do you dislike about Homebase?

Not really any features to dislike but if there’s one I could poke at is the lag sometimes to sign in I feel face recognition should take long after having set up the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Homebase?

I’ve been using Homebase for over 5 years, and I absolutely love it! The system is incredibly easy to use — everything from scheduling and time tracking to team communication runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s intuitive, reliable, and has made managing day-to-day operations so much simpler.

The user-friendly layout saves me time, and I appreciate that even new team members pick it up right away with minimal training. After trying other platforms in the past, nothing compares to how seamless Homebase makes everything.

What do you like best about Homebase?

I love how Homebase makes payroll super easy and efficient, simplifying what could easily be complex tasks and saving me time. Its user interface stands out to me because it is incredibly easy to use, removing stress from my day-to-day operations. I find Homebase extremely user-friendly and simple to use, which makes managing and scheduling referees in a recreational soccer league much easier. It’s also very robust, enabling comprehensive functionality to meet various operational needs efficiently. I love that with just a few clicks, my employees are paid. The ease of use and efficiency Homebase provides is incredible, as I can quickly manage payroll without hassle. I find Homebase incredibly beneficial for scheduling at my job. One of the standout features is the clarity it provides, eliminating any confusion about open shifts. Its ease of navigation is an amazing aspect that enables me to be in control of shift coverage seamlessly. The fact that Homebase is free to use adds to its appeal, making it accessible without any additional financial burden. The application is overall extremely user-friendly and tech-friendly, allowing even those who are not particularly tech-savvy to navigate it easily. Sometimes the app can be glitchy, especially when staff are clocking in or out—it doesn’t always register right away, which creates some confusion with time tracking. The notifications can also be inconsistent, and there are moments when schedule changes don’t push through to everyone in real-time. While the core features are solid, some of the more advanced tools feel locked behind the paid tiers, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Still, with a few refinements, it could be even better. Homebase is solving several key challenges we used to face with team management, especially around scheduling, time tracking, and communication. Before Homebase, building weekly schedules was time-consuming and changes were hard to communicate. Now, we can create and share schedules in minutes, and team members get real-time updates on their phones. The ability for staff to clock in/out digitally has made payroll much more accurate and efficient.
