Maybe they're offering good value, but the prices are still excessive. **What problems is IMPACT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to improve our content strategy and increase the amount of organic traffic to our website from roughly 500 to approximately 15,000 visitors each month. ### 2. You can learn many tools and courses. **What do you dislike about IMPACT?** Their pricing is little bit higher for pro products. Maybe they're providing value for money things but pricing is still higher. **Recommendations to others considering IMPACT:** You can go for their pro product if you want you and your team to grow itself rather than hiring any outsource agency. **What problems is IMPACT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Impact plus helps me to learn things about strategy and tactics to minimise the spend on paid advertising. They provide you many free courses and free signup to their community where you get insights from many leaders. ### 3. The engagement in the process has allowed us to learn how to versus just doing it for us, which has only enhanced the experience with the Impact team. **What do you dislike about IMPACT?** We have truly not experienced a downside. I get people want to see dislikes, but we truly do not have any. Our team cannot wait for the next task and to see the results of implementing. **Recommendations to others considering IMPACT:** I would highly recommend using Impact. There people are actively engaged in our business and treat our business as if it were there own. The level of engagement is coming from the highest levels also through monthly calls I have with the ownership that want to hear first hand how things are going, what they could be doing better and making recommendations on what they see. **What problems is IMPACT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our web traffic and lead quality had plateaued. Within two months we saw results. Now 8 months in we have seen our traffic over 200% and the lead quality is significantly improved. We have said from the start that traffic is one thing, but the leads is really what matters and we can truly say with the tools and techniques we have implemented through Impact's methods we have seen leads that truly want to engage with us versus just use us a quote they need to obtain for an RFP comparison. ### 4. They really do care about solving my problems as much as I do. **What do you dislike about IMPACT?** They don't let deadlines slip. During our a website redesign project, I had a competing project and IMPACT wouldn't let my deliverables timeline slide. They were upfront about why and I respect them for it, but it did make for a few late nights. **Recommendations to others considering IMPACT:** Take the time you need and ask the questions you have. The IMPACT team wants to make certain that you receive the best solution possible. **What problems is IMPACT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving the performance of our website, our IMPACT design increased our engagement and helped me segment my visitor traffic by my service lines. ### 5.
