Sometimes the communication can be clunky, specifically when we submit the random drug test via FedEx. We receive an email that they have not received the specimens, and then there's another email that comes in right after that says they have received it. So that sometimes creates a confusion. I enjoy the HireRight I-9 new platform through Gryphon. It's enhances have really made the I-9 process more seamless and has eliminated a lot of work compared to the legacy I-9 platform. We always receive great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see the I-9 forms that we have on the HireRight I-9 legacy platform be integrated into the new I-9 platform through Gryphon. We have a few hundred of these and would like to get to a place where we operate solely in the new platform. It would take a very long time if we manually uploaded each I-9 into the new platform.
