"Effective Compliance Support Despite Minor Communication Hiccups"
What do you like best about HireRight?

I like HireRight because of their timely responses and their willingness to support us even if it's not during work hours. We use it as a main resource for random drug testing and background checks for both new hires and current employees. I also find the initial setup to be very easy. What do you dislike about HireRight?

Sometimes the communication can be clunky, specifically when we submit the random drug test via FedEx. We receive an email that they have not received the specimens, and then there's another email that comes in right after that says they have received it. So that sometimes creates a confusion.
