Went through a lot of verification and added a lot of personal/business information (including credit card info) to create the account and post one job. Applicants are coming in (which is a HUGE gamble, because applicant quality is an issue, and people will just lie to get through screener questions). In the middle of reviewing, account was deactivated for no reason. Reached out, didn't get a reason, just that they want all business/entity information AGAIN. Huge pain, waste of time, and causes lack of trust because now there are two applicants (or more now, who knows) waiting there for a response from our side and will think it's our fault.

They had NO issues charging me to reveal applicants (granted, these were the first time credits provided), they did not say before hand that there was some additional verification (since we verified everything beforehand?) so there was no warning this was coming. So simply put, they had no problem taking credit/money, collecting all of our info, but with no warning they are ok with disabling an account in the middle of hiring and reviewing applicants. SimplyHired provides a number of filters on their web application/website like the Date Added filter, where we can filter jobs with the date added and Job Type, whether it is a full time, part-time or internship position, A Salary filter as per your expectations of salary and location distance filter for your appropriate location. They require a lot of person information in order to make an account. They claim it's to verify you are a real organization. I did all of this, got verified, then my account was deactivated without any reason or explanation. I emailed their customer service with the problem and they didn't reply. Very poor customer service. The high price point to reveal candidates that are not guaranteed to even respond back or show up for an interview, let alone become an employee. My account was closed out of the blue while I was in the middle of interviewing candidates. When I contacted support, it took them days to respond and state, "We have reviewed your account and have found it to be unsuitable for Simply Hired. Please note that this is a final decision. No further action is required on your part and no additional details regarding this decision will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." I had verified all identity requirements which were accepted and didn't violate any terms and after inputting credit card details to reveal candidates for $35 each, they terminated my account without warning or explanation the next day, in very poor taste.
