**What do you like best about FarEye?**

Fareye helps us to deliver the product to the end customer on time while minimizing the last-mile delivery cost. With the help of routing, it provides the shortest path to deliver the orders

it provide a invoce system in which we can easily track the order details 

Fareye provides a live tracking facility in which we can easily track the order journey, and which helps us to know the actual status of the orders.

All is good, but they need to focus on the sync issue that occurred when taking payment.

**What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of the routing feature, we can easily manage the bulk orders and track the journey of the orders.

Ruting help us to group the bulk number of orders into a single route on the basis of the delivery address and provides the shortest path to deliver the order to the end customer on time.

With the help of the tracking feature of Fareye, we can easily find out thay which orders are marked delivered and which are marked failed.

Fareye helps us to perform the last-mile delivery and helps us to manage the number of orders in a day

Fareye provides the live tracking of the order journey from pickup to delivery to the end customer.

With the help of the live tracking facility, we can easily track where the orders are and their status.

Fareye feature is easy to use and easy to implement with the existing system.

One of our biggest problems is managing the bulk orders for different cities and hubs, and tracking the orders' journey. Now, using the Fareye system, we can smoothly run our operation, and we can easily track the orders' journey.

One of the best features of Fareye is routing. With this, we can easily manage the bulk order from different cities and areas. Routing helps us to group a large number of orders into a single order

**What do you like best about FarEye?**

Fareye provides the best routing facility and bulk order management facility. It helps us to route multiple orders for the same city and hub, which helps us to deliver the orders on time.

Fareye routing system groups multiple orders and provides the best route to deliver the order to the end customer on time, and helps us to reduce the last-mile cost.

Every thing fine, but they need to optimise the application more.

With the help of the fareye feature, we can easily track and manage the orders' status. It means that whether the order delivered or not, and if not delivered, then what status does the order have? Fareye provides a live tracking feature.

The Fareye feature is easy to integrate with the system, and we can easily push multiple orders into the Fareye system.

I like FarEye Routing tool, Plant Route module, FarEye Logs, FarEye report and mass-upload data with excel files

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

Not customize FE TMS system in specific country and FE routing tool don't support endusers to export raw data such as : vehicle-id	, stop-id	,job-id, vehicle-name, stop-number, stop-name, type, stop-address, 	stop-latitude, stop-longitude, required-skills, has-violation, arrival-time	, waiting-time, stop-duration, leave-time, start-time-window, end-time-window, time-window-violation, travel-cost, travel-km, travel-time, total-travel-cost, total-travel-km, total-travel-time....Besides FE routing tool don't support trucks deliver two or three times per day (at the present FE routing tool only support truck deliver one per day) and FE routing tool only support 2 parameters (weight and volume) while the other routing tool support more 2 parameters such as : Open Door Logistic, Open Route Service, Graphhopper with Jsprit. Moreover FE TMS system don't support API or command line with other application such as : Excel or Python or R.  and don't supports many different constraints, costs and rules which can be configured to solve different sorts of routing problems - e.g. parcel deliveries, scheduling mobile technicians, planning patient transportation, periodic problems etc..BUT I like FE TMS system plan efficient vehicle routes with many different types of jobs. I like the data managing method of fareye the most.Route planning and assignment, LR printing and QC verification are also good features of FarEye. Cross docking is also made smooth and manageable with this software.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

That sometimes it gets Issue like unable to register vehicle number and unable handover bill to 3pl, unable to end driver id trip ,etc.

It is solving the manual entries that had to do before but it's all automated now thanks to fareye.The cross dock feature that is lately introduced has smoothened the transportation process. Auto generated reports trip costs are also benefitted.

FarEye helps us manage cross-dock orders as well as big and bulky orders by offering a range of useful features that support these workflows.

Fareye feature is easy to integrated and easy to use with our system.

 It also helps us track live activity as orders move through the process, so we can stay updated on what’s happening with each order with this we can easily delivered the product to customer on time.

Fareye is working on right direction but they need to more focus on sync issue.

It helps us track and manage cross-dock and big-and-bulky orders by providing features like routing, where orders that belong to separate cities or hubs are merged into a single route. This makes it easier for us to assign deliveries and deliver orders to customers within the given time period, while keeping shipping costs to a minimum.

It aslo help us to identify the orders journey by providing the live tracking facility in which we can throughly identify that what are happening with the orders, like when order are create and when pickup is done or when delivery is performed.

on time updates to the customer about the order dispatch and delivery timings.
in transit trips and routing, history tracking and live tracking help us to know the location of the driver when they are on field for deliveries.
the process tracking displays the real time delivery updates captured on the field.

there is discrepancy between actual and planned distance captured from field. this impact the rider data.

FarEye has helped us save on transport costs. Previously, our costs were calculated on a per-trip basis, but with FarEye they are calculated on a per-kilometer basis, which has made a clear difference. Real-time updates to the customer have also improved the overall customer experience.

Routing features, reports, bulk order management, vehicle management. Ewaybill generation is also made easy with FarEye. It provides a dashboard where we check our day to day metrics. Good and fast customer support.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

Not dislike but an improvement or a new feature where we can get a scanner in mobile that captures the odometer readings on its own, then the manual effort can be reduced by the rider.

Order management, routing and previously, we needed to go to different websites to generate e-waybill, LR challan for vehicle, but FarEye integrates all at one place, which makes it very easy and efficient for the operations.

The best part of FarEye is the Sarathi Dashboard. Our primary task is tracking vehicles and monitoring alert notifications, and the Sarathi Dashboard makes this incredibly efficient. Everything we need is available in one place, including:

1. Easy access to reports
2.Clear trip visibility along with real-time alert notifications

It’s user-friendly and helps streamline our day-to-day monitoring activities.

sometimes the live data doesn't update right away, especially if the network is weak. Also, the mobile app can be a bit slow or unresponsive at times. Fixing these issues would make it even better to use.

FarEye helps us with day-to-day challenges like tracking goods and improving visibility of material handling. It makes it easy to keep customers updated on their deliveries. As a result, SLA hits have gone up and calls to our help desk have dropped.

he UI lets us tweak basic settings, but if we want to add custom status codes or integrate a new carrier API, we need FarEye’s tech team, which slows things down.
