Fareye has lots of features, such as monitoring, dashboard, finance, and customer order.

It is very hard to implement business process in a third party logistic company.

The main purpose of using Fareye is to monitor delivery by using mobile devices on driver.

**What do you like best about FarEye?**

Easy to use tech designed for usage by ground operations who are generally not that tech-savvy. Also, the actioning on any ad-hoc asks.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

Had a pleasant experience so far. We have had all our issues resolved within 24hrs TAT. Few tech blockers did took some time but we were never disappointed

**What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fareye has helped us develop a product that will enable Ekart to enter the 3PL business. The product will help plan first mile pickups, mid mile sorting and line hauls and execute last mile deliveries with ease.

**What do you like best about FarEye?**

FarEye team has done a fantastic job in understanding and solving our complex (gig economy) last-mile delivery use cases. They asked very thoughtful questions to make sure that all the bases are covered before building a solution. Some of the significant features that they have built with us include the Broadcasting of routes to the drivers, driver scheduling of gig economy drivers, and routing of deliveries via cross docks.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

The product is not intuitive. The UI/UX has a lot of room for improvement, especially on the driver app side.

**What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FarEye's product capabilities are helping us majorly with driver schedules, route creation and assignment, autonomous dispatching (based on pre-defined rules),  and cross-dock management.

The visibility of the status of an AWB and also the openness on enhancement, the flexibility on finding solutions on issues that are critical on day to day operations.

The logic are sometimes too complicated though are open for changes or revisions.

**What do you like best about FarEye?**

FarEye has recently become extremely popular in my local region. And I got to work on the FarEye's  offering for one of the UK clients while I was working with one of the biggest French based IT MNC. We were working on strategy engagement where we advised Ecommerce clients to use the FarEye's offering so as to have better visibility on their complete supply chain starting from growing fresh veggies in farm till delivering the final dish to customer.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

FarEye is still in a growing mode and what I'd like to see more is more industry based offerings that can be directly plugged in for common issues faced in the respective industry.

**What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FarEye has been working primarily to make the last mile operations more effective and it helped us to generate better visibility on our supply chain and because of this we were able to reduce the time which was taken to transport the fresh farm products from farm to the factory. This was taking lot of time and was eating up the expenses in form of veggies getting stale. All this was possible because of more visibility on our processes.

Process driven technology provides flexibility and immediate implementation of changes brought about by changing market conditions.

The downside of a saas platform would be the time it takes for major changes to be implemented to avoid affecting globally implemented solutions. I'd like to see faster implementation and deployment of solutions without the need to shut down operations. This will greatly increase velocity of enhancements which will benefit everyone.

FarEye is helping us by bringing all entrepreneurs together. There are many features for first-generation entrepreneurs. For all product exploration. We can check retailers' products and their services. We can also provide our own creation. It doesn't matter that we are on a small or large scale.

I think Microsoft should also add a suggestion box for those checking FarEye. They should also give us options to buy and sell the products to large-scale enterprises. It will be a really big opportunity.

The report, We can't have one report for monitoring the whole process from beginning to the process because there is no link between each table

**What do you like best about FarEye?**

The user interface has been relatively easy to learn and use compared to its competitor Loginext. Mobile apps are also good. I also liked the flexibility that this offers, which helps implement some critical and complex business cases quickly.
Customer support was also helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

The reporting part still feels half-baked and has a lot of room for improvement. Many business decisions depend on reports only, so that part should be improved.

The main reason was to modernize our existing legacy systems, which could not cope with the changing business demands. Fareye, being a cloud-based solution is future-ready and scalable.

Far eye is just like the block chain. If you disturb a block then it affects the whole system but this will be improved. The cost eill be an issue if it comes on business size

I've been using this tool for a long time and it's the most effective tool for managing supply chains. You can make your delivery experience easier by using this tool. FarEye makes it very simple to add new APIs.

I haven't had any issues with this software so far, but FarEye needs to improve its customer service and website user interface.

It's customer delight pedigree and they want their customers to win at every cost.

Time taken for the integration completion.
API's are not readily available some times like plug in and play.

It is helping us in Midmile and end customer visibility.
We benefit from eliminating paperwork,easy EPOD and analytics around different business and operational metrics.

User friendly and able to resolve operational issues quicker, with great support given by the team.. also, the new initiatives/modules being introduced by FE are quite helpful

**What do you dislike about FarEye?**

Issues with status mismatches between Alshaya systems and FE systems, usually tend to be a problem, along with pin accuracy issues, but that will only be solved  through the solutions requested by FE

**What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently the FE team is reviewing all our operational issues while looking at the long terms projects like Big ticket for furniture and opening up a COD module for proof of concept, with plans for expansions, based on the success of the project

When you have a product you want to sell, you want to guarantee it gets to your customer efficiently, as quickly as possible, and let the customer know when it's in their hands. FarEye does just that.

It may be too powerful for small, simple businesses that don't need as many features as FarEye offers, but that's a decision to be made by each company when they review the available features.

Letting me know where the product is and when it gets to the customer. I can track and get all the information I would never expect from shipping, all thanks to FarEye. You can't go wrong with them.

I love that you can use this for many types of business, track deliveries in real time, schedule your deliveries and overall flexibility of having the app work for my lifestyle.

Can be hard to find specifics when getting started. There is information overload on their website.

I have had groceries and other deliveries planned out and scheduled for when it is convenient to my lifestyle. Bring a nurse and not being home a lot let me get things when I know I'll be there and also allows large items to be delivered more easily than having to rent a truck.
