What do you like best about FarEye?

Fareye help us to perform the Logistics Cycle, like first mile- in which it provide a pickup model to track and perform the pickup order.

It also provide the last mile model in which we can easily track the manage the delivery order- which are need to be delivered to the end customer

By providing the number of feature , It helps us to manage the the first mile and last mile problem, in which we can easily perform the pickup of the order and we can easily delivered the order to end customer.

What do you like best about FarEye?

This tool helps us track and manage different types of orders by offering several features, such as a live tracking module that allows us to monitor the movement of orders from one location to another which is ease for us. It also includes a routing module, which makes it easy to organize and handle orders associated with a specific city or hub. Fareye help us to handle the bulk number of order in a day, by providing the shipment tracking facility and help to manage and delived the product on time by the shortest route.

What problems is FarEye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fareye is providing us tracking tool for all the order which is added to the system.Amway uses several 3rd party courier partners for delivery of their products across India.we have provided them solution using which Amway team can keep track of parcels, their current status, live location of FE who is assigned for the parcel delivery.FarEye application is used to meet the dynamic fulfillment needs of Amway India. We provide end-to-end visibility and tracking of orders placed by the customers. Also, they can trace the history of their field executives who are assigned and are on field to perform the job. All warehouse managers of Amway uses FarEye V2 application to update the status while some of their courier partners are integrated with FarEye so they push the status via API. HZL is using transporation tracking in which we have to check all the material detail alert and tracking of every trip from origin plant to destination plant. Fareye is helping us to check the live vehicle tracking with the help of GPS pings also we can check the alert which is generated in IN-TRANSIT and IN-PLANT and update the status accordingly.

What do you like best about FarEye?

We are using Fareye to track alert statuses, where alerts are categorized as low, high, or urgent based on the configuration. These alerts are then updated accordingly to ensure a smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using web portal to update the alert but sometimes we faced login error or slowness. and for this reason it take some time to check and update the alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HZL is using Fareye for tracking purposes. Different materials are transferred from one plant to another, and during this process, theft is a major challenge. To address this, we are using the Fareye dashboard, where we can monitor all alerts generated both at the plant and during transit. HZL is using FarEye for theft prevention. Different materials are transported from one plant to another, and for this purpose, tracking is required.

FarEye has provided us access to the Sarathi portal, through which we can check vehicle status and track the movement of materials from port to plant and between plants.
