Einpix is a cloud-based Field Service Management (FSM) platform for companies that manage service, maintenance, installation, construction, and facility operations across multiple sites. The platform brings work orders, scheduling and dispatching, field technicians, preventive maintenance, equipment and assets, SLA tracking, checklists, materials, service documentation, and contractor coordination into one system. Managers can plan workloads, assign technicians and external contractors, follow work progress in real time, and maintain a structured history of completed service activities. Field teams use Einpix mobile applications to receive assignments, update task status, record working time and materials, add photos and comments, complete digital checklists, and capture signatures. Offline functionality allows technicians to continue working in areas with limited or no internet connection and synchronize their updates when connectivity is restored. Einpix also supports recurring maintenance, equipment service history, client and supplier collaboration, and visual defect management on 2D building plans. All important information in one place. GPS works great, you don't have to waste time searching for the exact location of an object. Notifications are also active, so you won't miss important information. I can watch them both on the phone and on the watch. Doc. of work delivery is automatically created. There is no need to fill in an additional document, so we save a lot of time **What do you dislike about Einpix?** Reminders for work in progress would be needed. **What problems is Einpix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tasks are not forgotten.
