The best thing I like about Docusign is that it’s legally binding and globally compliant with major e-signature regulations, such as the E-SIGN Act in the US and eIDAS in the EU. That’s the biggest advantage for me. On top of that, the platform simplifies the document-signing process and turns it into a seamless digital workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there aren’t many major drawbacks for me, one thing I consistently find frustrating is the complex and expensive pricing. DocuSign pricing is a real pain point for a lot of users I’ve met in the industry, including a few friends of mine who run businesses. It can be surprisingly hard to predict what your monthly or annual bill will actually come out to be, which makes budgeting and planning more difficult than it should be.
