## Crowdcast Reviews
 ### 1. Health Education Webinars Feel More Interactive and Better Managed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

it helps me manage online webinars and live health education sessions in a simple and organized way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition awareness webinars, healthy lifestyle discussions, and wellness education sessions. Setting up a webinar feels easy. Creating event pages, adding cover images, scheduling sessions, sharing registration links, and managing attendees does not feel complicated during regular work. I also like that registrations, webinar links, recordings, and replay access stay connected in one place, which makes webinar management easier for me.

For my work, features like live chat, Q&A, polls, screen sharing, webinar recordings, and attendee management are very useful. While explaining diet charts, nutrition routines, wellness guidance, and educational slides during live sessions, audience interaction feels smooth and properly manageable. I also use replay recordings later for people who miss the live webinar session.

Another good thing is that people can join directly from browser without downloading extra software, so it becomes easier for patients, students, and normal attendees to attend sessions. Video, audio, screen sharing, and webinar controls have also worked properly for me during regular use. Overall, Crowdcast helps me keep online webinars, audience communication, registrations, recordings, and educational sessions more organized during daily work. It fits naturally into my regular workflow for health education content, wellness awareness sessions, and live online discussions, while helping online sessions feel more interactive and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Replay and recorded session access is very useful, but I sometimes feel the replay page could look a little more customizable for educational and wellness related sessions. Also The platform feels clean and easy overall, but during back to back webinars I sometimes wish a few event management actions could be done with fewer clicks.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is helping me manage online webinars, live educational sessions, and audience communication in a more organized way during regular work. I regularly use it for nutrition awareness webinars, wellness discussions, and healthy lifestyle education sessions. Managing webinar registrations, attendee communication, session links, recordings, and follow ups feels much more smooth because everything stays connected in one place.

Features like live chat, Q&A, polls, screen sharing, and webinar recordings also help explain educational slides, wellness guidance, and health awareness topics more clearly during live sessions. Webinar scheduling, audience interaction, recordings, and replay access feel properly manageable without making webinar work complicated.

It is also helpful because recorded webinar sessions can later be shared with people who missed the live event. Audience interaction feels more active, webinar communication stays more organized, and managing online educational sessions takes less effort during regular work. Overall, Crowdcast helps keep wellness webinars, educational discussions, and online awareness sessions more smooth, interactive, and easier to manage.

 ### 2. Robust for Data Compliance, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacinthe C. | Senior Education & Compliance Manager, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

What stands out most is its comprehensive privacy controls, which fit GDPR and German education data regulations perfectly. Interactive Q&A and polls keep our online sessions lively for staff and parents alike. The platform is intuitive to use, and recorded sessions work great for team members who miss live events. Setup was also a breeze, and our staff got comfortable with it right away with no formal training.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

The platform’s custom reporting for attendees is quite basic, which adds extra work during compliance audits. There are no native integrations with our internal admin systems, so we have to manually import all participant data repeatedly. We also hope to see more flexible permission settings tailored for different user roles in an educational environment.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us avoid travel expenses and scheduling headaches for cross-region training and events. Its built-in data safeguards keep us compliant with strict privacy laws. Interactive functions keep audiences engaged, while session recordings let us share content with anyone unable to join live, keeping everyone aligned.

 ### 3. Crowdcast Makes Hosting Live Webinars Easy with Robust, All-in-One Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijaysing P. | Test Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

The aspect of Crowdcast that I enjoy the most is that it offers all the functionality required to conduct live webinars and events. This includes everything from audience participation to streaming and interaction capabilities. The user-friendly interface and robust capabilities make it very easy for people to host live webinars on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

nothing to add this time from my side eveything seems fine

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Crowdcast tool offers an answer to the problem of conducting engaging live events that include webinars, streaming, and other types of events online. Users get to enjoy this technology because it makes organizing events easier and facilitates more audience engagement using such tools as live chat and question-and-answer services.

 ### 4. Solid Privacy Controls, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nizped F. | Senior Clinical & Compliance Coordinator, Mental Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

What stands out most is its comprehensive permission management and privacy safeguards, which fit perfectly with GDPR and Germany’s Psychotherapists Act. We can precisely regulate who joins each session and tailor access rights for different team members. The live streams run reliably, and interactive functions work smoothly for our internal training and group workshops. All recorded content is kept within the platform securely, with strict restrictions on downloading or external sharing. This protects confidential clinical data at every step and makes our compliance audits far more straightforward for our mental health practice.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

There are no pre-built session templates tailored for mental health training or clinical workshops, so we have to build each event structure from scratch. The native reporting tools are quite simplistic, requiring extra work to compile detailed audit records mandated by PsychThG and GDPR. On top of that, it cannot connect directly to our electronic clinical records platform. Our staff has to manually match session data with patient and team notes, which adds plenty of repetitive manual work to daily routines.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting Crowdcast, regular video platforms could not meet our strict data protection rules. This tool closes those security and compliance loopholes entirely. It brings all our virtual meetings, training and content storage into one unified space, improves collaboration across our outpatient teams, and keeps all daily operations fully compliant with local healthcare regulations here in Berlin.

 ### 5. Streamlined Marketing Events with Engaging Live Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erasmo D. | Live Event Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

What I like most about Crowdcast is that it’s perfectly built for professional marketing live events, much more suitable for our daily work than regular video meeting software. It’s super easy to get started and runs really stably. I can quickly finish event setup, adjust guest permissions and arrange live schedules without needing any complicated technical skills. The audio and video quality stays smooth even for long live streams. I also really enjoy its handy interactive features including live comments, Q&A sessions and real-time polls. These tools help us communicate well with online viewers and collect useful feedback easily. It automatically records all live content in clear quality, so we can reuse the videos for promotion and internal training later. Besides, it provides clear event data for us to check attendance and overall performance. The neat and formal live interface also leaves a great professional impression on our clients and business partners.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

There are a few aspects that could be improved. To start with, it does not offer enough custom branding choices. As a marketing team, we hope to add our company logos, custom banners and brand exclusive backgrounds easily, but the current options are too limited to match our brand style fully. Also, screen sharing is not always steady enough. When we share high-definition design files and marketing plans, the picture may turn blurry or lag occasionally, which affects clients’ viewing experience. In addition, it lacks sufficient multi-language support, which is inconvenient when we hold events for audiences from different European regions. What’s more, the built-in marketing functions are still quite simple. It would be better if it supported in-event sign-up forms, direct material downloads and simple promotional tools, so we can finish lead collection and content distribution right inside the live room more efficiently.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast saves us time and costs by eliminating the need for offline event logistics. It increases participation rates with easy online access for scattered clients. It enhances interaction with real-time engagement tools and simplifies content organization through automatic recording.

 ### 6. Simple, Seamless Live Webinars with Built-In Engagement and Easy Browser Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

The best thing about this platform is that it makes hosting live webinars and events feel very simple and seamless. Their browser-based setup allows attendees to join easily and very quickly without any downloads, which significantly helps us in improving the attendance rates. The other best thing which really stands out is their built-in engagement layer, like Q&A tools, polls and replay features are very useful and don't need any extra tools, it's very clearly designed with creators and also community-driven events. Their integration ecosystem is also very extensive.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Though this platform is very good for webinars and live sessions, it's not that strong for traditional team meetings or even for internal collaboration. Their customisation options for branding and event pages could have been more flexible. And also the larger high production events, some controls are very limited when compared with the enterprise level steaming tools.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform solves the problem by simplifying the entire webinar and live event workflow, from registration to hosting to replay distribution, all in one place. This platform also helps us eliminate the need to jump from one tool to another, from landing pages to streaming and audience interactions. Their result is providance very smooth experience for both hosts and attendees, with better engagement and retention.

 ### 7. Powerful, Simple Video Conferencing with Great Screen Sharing and Recording

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Chief Marketing Officer, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

The primary functionalities that Crowdcast offers for video conferencing are extremely powerful. Screen sharing and recording are extremely helpful for our company, allowing us to immediately share information and create additional training videos. The application’s simplicity makes learning its functionalities easy, and there are additional security options available that make me feel safe when using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

The reports section is included in the app but lacks in terms of depth, as well as not providing enough data to conduct detailed analysis.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, I can say that Crowdcast meets all of our needs related to organizing efficient communication between employees. There has been an obvious increase in productivity, especially during small meetings. Interaction with participants using polls, break-out rooms, and other features will help our employees build better relationships with each other. For example, our video conferences have become more productive, resulting in better project results and less time wasted on coordination. Recording the video conference will help us save money by creating additional training materials.

 ### 8. Effortless Setup, Boosts Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis P. | TEFL Certified Conversational English Tutor for Spanish-Speaking Professionals With Global Careers, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love how easy it is to set up everything and go live with Crowdcast without dealing with any technical issues. The fact that everything runs in the browser makes it accessible. I particularly enjoy the interactive features like chat and Q&A, which help me keep my audience engaged during real-time interactions. These features let me address questions and objections in real time, helping me build trust with my audience. The initial setup was really straightforward, and I was able to create my first event and go live quickly since everything is intuitive, making the process very smooth. Crowdcast is practical and beginner-friendly, which suits me perfectly as I work on my own.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Overall it works pretty well, but to be entirely honest the customization options could still be improved a bit, in particular when it comes to branding and designing event pages, since it would really be great to have more flexibility there. For example, I would like to have more control over layout, fonts, and color schemes, since this would be really useful for even better matching my brand identity. Besides, it would also be great to customize the registration page structure and add more sections like testimonials, FAQs, or countdown timers so as to make the page more conversion-focused.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast solves the problem of low conversion and engagement by enabling real-time audience interaction, building trust. Its ease of setup and browser-based accessibility are excellent, and interactive features like chat and Q&A help keep my audience engaged.

 ### 9. Effortlessly Engaging Webinars with Crowdcast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vigneshwar V. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I use Crowdcast to host and attend live webinars, online events, and interactive sessions. It helps me engage with audiences through chat, Q&A, and live streaming in a simple and reliable way. Crowdcast solves the challenge of hosting engaging and interactive online events without needing multiple tools, combining live streaming, audience interaction (chat, Q&A, polls), and event management in one place. I like how easy it is to set up and run interactive webinars, with streaming, chat, Q&A, and audience engagement all in one place, making events smooth and efficient. The Q&A and poll features are vital because they turn a passive broadcast into a two-way conversation, and chat keeps the energy high. Everything happening on one screen without lag creates a professional and intimate experience for attendees. Switching to Crowdcast from another product simplified things as it handles registration, live streaming, and replay on one URL, allowing the audience to join without downloading apps or managing links. The onboarding is streamlined, making it easy and fast, essentially a plug-and-play experience for webinars.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

One area for improvement is browser compatibility. While it works great on Chrome and Firefox, some attendees struggle if they are on older browsers or specific mobile setups. It would be great to see more consistent performance across all browsers so I don't have to troubleshoot for my audience as often.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast solves the challenge of hosting online events by integrating live streaming, interaction, and event management. I use it for webinars and interactive sessions, with chat, Q&A, and polls turning broadcasts into conversations. Integration with Zapier also saves me manual data entry.

 ### 10. Effortless Webinars, Great Engagement Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijina J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I use Crowdcast primarily for hosting live webinars and virtual events like product demos and customer onboarding sessions. What I like most is the attendee experience because there is no app download or plugin required. Just click the link and you're in, which helps increase attendance without annoying redirects. The channel page feature is another thing I appreciate; it provides a branded home for all our events and compounds the value by ensuring prospects who missed a live session can access an entire library of content instead of dealing with a one-off replay link lost in their inbox. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Things that can be improved are AI Assist feature for any support. Customization on the registration page. AI Assist can give instant support for anything we are looking for during live webinars. On the registration customization page not just the surface level branding choose your own fonts, control spacing, custom fields, videos to embed.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast streamlines our process by consolidating registration, engagement, and follow-up. It enhances the attendee experience with easy access and no need for downloads, boosting attendance. The channel page feature provides a branded home for events, offering a comprehensive content library instead of single replay links.

 ### 11. Reliable for Virtual Classes, Needs Audio Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salmon K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I use Crowdcast for virtual classes because it is easy to use, allowing me to teach and communicate live with students. The screen sharing feature is great because it helps me present my ideas clearly, and it works well, particularly during training sessions. This makes guiding people in real-time more effective, which improves learning. I also appreciate how I can connect it with Calendar apps, making event scheduling easy and keeping me organized. I switched from Zoom to Crowdcast because it feels more simple and reliable. Additionally, the initial setup was easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Sometimes the audio quality is not clear. It can sound low or uneven, affecting communication. Improving audio stability would help.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast for virtual classes, solving the problem of limited audience reach and making it easy to communicate live with students. The screen sharing helps me present ideas clearly during sessions, improving participation and learning.

 ### 12. Streamlined Events with Room for Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** prem k. | Amazon Content Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love how Crowdcast eliminates the hassle of creating separate forms by generating the registration page and automatically sending reminder emails to attendees, saving a lot of manual work. The question-specific playback is a big time-saver; viewers can click on a specific question after the live ends, and the video plays from the exact second the answer was given. I appreciate the built-in ticketing system, which is flexible enough to allow events to be free or paid, and setting up a payment gateway and managing subscriptions is straightforward. The system also sends a reminder to viewers before the event, making it easy for them to join with just a click. Additionally, it's very easy to set up and sign up, which made the initial experience smooth.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

While Crowdcast works great in the browser, their mobile app experience isn't always as smooth. Sometimes viewers encounter technical issues while trying to join from the app. Many users complain that the app occasionally crashes or the video suddenly stops during live streaming. The app's compatibility optimization with different hardware models, especially on Android phones, is not very good.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast eliminates creating separate forms for emails and sends reminders automatically. Its question-specific playback saves time. The integrated ticketing system simplifies event payments and details, and reminder emails make it easy to join events.

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I use Crowdcast to host live webinars and online sessions, and it's easy to set up with a built-in chat that makes it simple to interact with the audience. It's been a smooth and reliable platform for my events. What I like most about Crowdcast is how simple and clean the interface feels. It's easy to go live without worrying about a complicated setup. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and I was able to create and schedule my first event without much guidance. Crowdcast was also much easier to use and more focused on engagement compared to the previous platform we used. It fits pretty well into my overall workflow as I can use it alongside other tools like email marketing platforms and calendar apps.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Sometimes the video quality can lag if the internet connection isn't strong. I also feel like the customization options for event pages could be better. A bit more flexibility there would make it even better.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast solves the hassle of using multiple tools for online events by integrating streaming and audience interaction in one place. It saves me time, keeps things organized, and reduces technical issues, allowing me to focus more on content rather than troubleshooting.

I really appreciate Crowdcast for its interactive features such as live Q&A, polls, and comments that make events feel super engaging. It's like you're in the room with your audience. The setup was pretty straightforward, even for folks without tech backgrounds, thanks to its intuitive interface. They also offer solid support docs and customer service if needed. I like how it plays nice with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Zapier, making it easy to connect with existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Like I mentioned earlier, some folks feel analytics could be more robust, and customization options for event pages are a bit limited.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast solves engaging audiences in real-time, making hosting interactive live events and webinars easy. It streamlines processes so we can focus on connecting with our crowd.

 ### 16. Reliable, Browser-Based Webinar Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karan a. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I personally use Crowdcast for my webinars, and I really appreciate that it's a browser-based platform since this means I don't have to download any other software. This feature helps me a lot. I like the interface of Crowdcast because it's very simple, easy to use, and beginner-friendly. I regularly promote my products in my webinars, and Crowdcast supports me with its fast and reliable service, allowing members to easily join from the browser without needing to install or download anything. The polls, Q&A, and voting features are particularly helpful in understanding my audience's needs and finding better products. The setup was very easy, and the interface works well for me.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I find customization is limited in Crowdcast compared to Zoom, especially in live chats. Live chat messages appear on my screen 30-40 seconds late, which affects interaction during webinars.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast for webinars because it's browser-based, so I don't need extra software, making it fast and reliable. It helps me promote products easily, and features like polls, Q&A, and voting enhance audience engagement.

 ### 17. Seamless All-in-One Virtual Event Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yagnesh P. | Operation Supervisor, Import and Export, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I like that Crowdcast is a virtual event platform made for both hosts and attendees, not just for broadcasting. It offers polished, professional live production capabilities with no technical friction for me and my audience. It doesn't compromise between ease of use and engaging functionality, balancing these aspects well. I value its focus on small-to-mid-sized audience use cases, eliminating unnecessary enterprise features that add complexity. I enjoy the integrated all-in-one toolset combining streaming, chat, Q&A, polls, and recording functionalities, which saves me hours of pre-event setup and tech checks, reducing in-event tech stress. Having everything manageable with a few clicks creates a seamless attendee experience, requiring only one link for access without needing app downloads.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I don't like that there's no audience segmentation or breakout rooms, which is critical for large events when you want to split attendees into small groups for discussion. The moderation tools don't scale well; the Q&A and chat become unmanageable with no way to assign multiple moderators to different threads or filter questions by topic.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast eliminates 'tool stack chaos' by consolidating event tools, turning streams into interactive experiences. It saves hours in setup and reduces in-event tech stress, creating a seamless experience for hosts and attendees, offering streaming, chat, Q&A, polls, and recording in one platform.

 ### 18. Easy-to-Use Platform with Engaging Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I really like how simple and interactive Crowdcast is. It makes hosting live events feel smooth, and connecting with the audience is really easy. The simplicity of the platform saves me time because I don’t have to figure out complicated settings. The interactivity ensures that my audience stays engaged, turning the sessions into more of a conversation rather than a one-way presentation. The initial setup was pretty easy too, with straightforward steps. Overall, I find it reliable, easy to use, and great for engaging with an audience.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Sometimes it can feel a bit limited in features, and occasional technical glitches can interrupt the flow. I’d love smoother performance and a few more customization options.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast helps me run live events without stress, consolidating all tools in one place. Its simplicity saves me time and its interactivity keeps my audience engaged, making sessions feel like conversations rather than presentations.

 ### 19. Effortless Setup, Versatile Toolset

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I really like Crowdcast for its ease of use and its ability to adapt to the needs of our organization. It helps us reach, engage, and grow our community effectively, providing a very good service in this area. The software's effortlessness and user-friendly design are also great, along with the ability to provide a seamless platform for various needs like engagement and e-commerce. I love how everything I need is right there, making it very convenient. The ability to broadcast live shows is fantastic, turning our in-house videos into engaging community events. It also offers teaching and training options, which include a variety of courses and lessons accessible through different formats like slides and questionnaires. The wide variety of tools, such as Patreon events, workshops, and webinars, is also very interesting for me to use in Crowdcast. The initial setup is quite easy, with representatives available to help if needed, and the software itself is self-explanatory with good guidance and graphics. I appreciate being able to use it independently without needing help from others, which makes it user-friendly with a perfect look and feel.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I noticed that the virtual conferences could work a little bit more glitch-free. When trying to get into a virtual conference or a tech fest, it does hang a little when it has multiple users joining in or not even hang, but just glitch for a couple of seconds. So maybe we can work on that.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast to manage diverse data, engage my community effectively, and host all types of events effortlessly. It transforms content into interactive events and offers extensive tools for training and webinars, making everything accessible in one place.

 ### 20. The One-Link Masterpiece for Seamless Live Events

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataporn C. | IT Support, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love the One Link simplicity. The fact that attendees use the same URL to register, join the live session, and watch the replay is a game-changer. It eliminates the usual confusion of multiple emails and links.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I dislike that the customization options are quite limited. You don't have much control over the layout of the registration pages or the live stream interface. It's hard to make the event feel 100% like your own brand.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast solves the Tool Stack Chaos and Zoom Fatigue. Before using it, I had to manage three different apps for registration, live streaming, and hosting replays, which often confused my audience. It also solves the problem of passive viewership where people just watch but don't interact by making the Q&A and polling process an integral part of the experience, not just a side feature.

 ### 21. Reliable Webinar Hosting with Engaging Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Junaid P. | Associate Software Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I use Crowdcast for hosting live webinars and virtual events, and it's really helpful for engaging with an audience in real time through features like Q&A, polls, and chat. I appreciate how simple and reliable it is for hosting live events, with a clean and easy-to-navigate interface that makes setting up webinars or workshops stress-free. I love the interactive features like Q&A and polls, which keep the audience engaged and make sessions feel more personal. The ability to stream directly without needing extra software saves a lot of time. The clean interface is a big deal because it removes the stress of setting up and managing events. Everything is intuitive with no cluttering menus, allowing me to focus on the content instead of the platform. Interactive elements like Q&A and polls elevate the experience by turning a basic webinar into an engaging conversation, where attendees can ask questions in real time. Polls are great for quick feedback or gauging audience opinions, which helps me tailor the session on the spot.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Sometimes the video quality fluctuates depending on the attendees' connection, and there's limited control over optimizing that. The analytics dashboard could be more detailed with deeper insights into engagement and attendee behavior, which would be really helpful. Lastly, the pricing fees are high for smaller events, and a more flexible plan would make it even better.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast to host interactive online events without multiple tools, streamlining webinars with unified streaming, chat, and registration, reducing time and confusion. It enables smooth, professional events, saving time, reducing technical issues, and letting me focus on delivering value to my audience.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

customization options for event pages and branding can feel somewhat limited compared to some enterprise webinar platforms

Real-time audience engagement through chat, Q&A, polls, and comments.

 ### 23. Seamless, User-Friendly Platform for Engaging Live Events

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish W. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

Setting up and running live events is incredibly easy with this platform. The interface is clean and intuitive, thoughtfully designed for both hosts and attendees. Built-in features like Q&A, polls, and chat make audience engagement seamless, while the platform manages everything from registration to replay, eliminating the need for multiple tools. I also value the stability of the streams, even with large audiences, and the quick response times from attendee support. Overall, it significantly reduces the friction involved in hosting live virtual events.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

While Crowdcast offers robust features, there are some notable drawbacks. The analytics dashboard, for instance, could provide more in-depth data, which would be particularly valuable for event hosts who depend on detailed insights. Although integration options are expanding, certain tools still necessitate workarounds or the use of third-party connectors. The pricing structure might also seem steep for small creators or businesses that are just getting started. It would be beneficial to have additional advanced customization options, such as greater flexibility in branding event pages.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast addresses the difficulty of hosting dependable, interactive live events by eliminating the need to manage multiple platforms. By bringing together registration, live streaming, audience engagement, and replays in one location, it significantly reduces setup time. For my team, this has allowed us to conduct webinars, workshops, and community sessions with consistency and professionalism, even though we don't have extensive technical expertise. Its user-friendly interface and automation features have lightened our workload and boosted audience participation, which has had a direct, positive impact on our event results and customer engagement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kehinde O.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I find Crowdcast to be absolutely useful as a live interactive platform and webinar platform. It's versatile for hosting virtual events, workshops, and Q&A sessions, and it supports organizing seminars effectively. I also find it beneficial for educational purposes, which adds to its value for training . I enjoy using it for campaigns due to its adaptability in different contexts. Additionally, the software facilitates real-time communication, which I find very interesting and engaging. Setting up Crowdcast was straightforward and hassle-free, aided by a good internet connection. This ease of setup made it convenient to start using quickly without complications, enhancing my overall positive experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I think the polls on Crowdcast could be improved, as the pop-up questions often lack depth and do not effectively address participants’ needs. This diminishes their usefulness as they don't quite hit the nail on the head. Additionally, the question and answer tab being in a separate area seems inefficient. It would be better if there was allowance for longer questions, offering more word count flexibility. The chat feature could also benefit from enhancements to boost engagement, particularly allowing more people to express themselves freely and thoroughly.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast for organizing virtual events like seminars and webinars. It's incredibly useful for hosting workshops and Q&A sessions, offering real-time communication, and supporting educational campaigns.

 ### 35. Best I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela C. | Leadership Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

Having used Crowdcast for the past 4 years, I've found the site really user friendly.

I also use Zoom, Google Hangout, TEAMS, GoTo webinar etc. when my clients are organising sessions, but find that for webinars, Crowdcast is the best option.

The customer support is always very good with follow-ups to make sure everything is okay when you need help.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

The only thing that I have frustration with is that when running multiple sessions, it doesn't put them in reverse order in the lobby, so you have to scroll down many times to get to the one that you want. I have raised this though and so by the time you read this, it may have been resolved :-)

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to stream to multiple platforms at once with great quality

 ### 36. Perfect solution for intimate webinars

I wish there was a direct integration with Substack, but you can sync paying subscribers via Zapier, and I think this is an edge case.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running intimate webinars in which you can invite attendees to the stage

 ### 37. Very powerful and easy to use platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

We love the clean, minimal approach to online events that Crowdcast has taken. All other platforms suffer from bloatware, where they've added so many features and options it's incredibly difficult to use. We've now run over 100 conferences on Crowdcast, and have been impressed with their reliability and customer support. Plus their pricing can't be beat.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

WIth their v2 just rolled out, i can't think of anything that Crowdcast lacks.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covid changed the event space. And crowdcast quite literally saved our company, as we pivoted from in-person to online, and now we're hybrid.

 ### 38. Smooth, powerful webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tue O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

Crowdcast has the power to run advanced webinars with video content, chat, Q/A and polls running smoothly. Video and audio quality is good, and customer support is really good. I've been running webinars for yearson crowdcast, several times a month with only a few tecnical hiccups - mostly a very stable platform that helps and does the job with ease.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

New participants may find there is a bit of a learning curve in understanding how to participate if they come from other webinar / online meeting platforms - but most people get it quite fast!

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdcast for marketing webinars, teaching and coaching sessions in my business.

 ### 39. Easy to use and even better support team!

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I've never had a bad experience with Crowdcast however there have been some scrolling bugs on the main event desciption page that probably had to do with caching.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast makes it super easy to do online events, especially with multiple sessions.

 ### 40. Excellent software for engaging webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I wish that livestreaming was available on the Lite plan.

I really love Crowdcast and have used it for over five years. I honestly have no complaints at all. It has all the features I need so I'd struggle to suggest anything that I dislike

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like to share knowledge from experts within my community and live broadcast is a great way to do this. I run weekly events on Crowdcast and have expert speakers join me.

 ### 42. Crowdcast Makes My (Work) Life Better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Head of Events & Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love how simple it is for hosts to use; the clean interface, the automatic replay.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

It isn't super intuitive for new viewers. They expect to get a link like zoom.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video archiving is the biggest. I used to only record large events that I hired a film crew for. Now I can archive any event I want.

 ### 43. Simple and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Very rare there was a problem with a bug, but that was the first problem after 2 years using.

I can go to the helpdesk and get an answer asap

 ### 45. Great for big broadcasts

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gayle E. | Engagement Manager, Member Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

The visual experience of Crowdcast is great. The chat was virtually appealing and everyone seemed to like it. We had some connection issues with our attendees not being able to hear the audio, but I think Crowdcast has since resolved those issues.

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

We used Crowdcast when you could only have 4 people onstage, including a screenshare. That was very difficult and caused us to ultimately move away from the platform because we couldn't guarantee our events would fit into those limitations, especially with intros and sponsors.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast was a great solution for a virtual keynote in 2020 when we had to move our conference to virtual due to the pandemic.

 ### 46. The perfect video webcast platform

**Reviewed by:** Stephen O. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Allows me to showcase our members and clients

 ### 47. The Best Way To Host Live Events!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany W. | Co-Founder, CEO, and Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love how easy to set up Crowdcast is, how it keeps track of all my live events, how the chat function works, how the question section works... really everything is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

Sometimes the quality isn't the absolute best, but it's never been so poor that I had to stop an event. Likewise there have been some small tech issues from the attendees' side, but nothing that isn't typically fixed by logging out and coming back in again.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdcast:**

There are lots of places that claim to do what Crowdcast does, but for us it's been the absolute best. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to do live events!

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdcast really is the easiest and best way for my small company to connect with its audience. We have done free events, Patreon supporter only events, and events paid through Crowdcast itself - each of them have run completely smoothly!

 ### 48. A great way to present remotely to a limited, controlled audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy G. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

The ability to sell, or control (provide free tickets) who is attending your online webinars or presentations. Tickets, registration, comments, and presentation all built into one platform

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

I had some difficulty with recurring events and payments, but this may have been fixed by now. At the time, it was a one-time pay/register for the series, rather than pay individually for each event in the series

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running education webinars to contacts in our database, plus attracting new contacts, and providing and controlling revenue in return for the shared information.

 ### 49. Fantastic Platform for all your needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny S. | Mro Market Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I love the many features and sleek design of crowdcast. I use this platform for live product demos from my vendors at work, and it is seamless and flawless. The interface looks great, the action items and chat features work really well, and I'm loving the results we're getting from the demos!

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

One thing I dislike is for some reason, it seems to work best with headphones, which I would rather not use. But if it works, it works.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdcast:**

Try it out - see how it works for your needs. Fantastic platform for a wide variety of uses.

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the constant issues due to the COVID 19 pandemic of not being able to meet face to face with people. Through this platform, we're able to get pretty close to the real thing, and still make sales where applicable.

 ### 50. Glitchy

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melody S. | Customer Care Supervisor , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Crowdcast?**

I like that it live streams and is easy to log in to

**What do you dislike about Crowdcast?**

It is very glitchy; I have to refresh the page constantly, it happens every time I have to join one.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdcast:**

Use the others they work better

**What problems is Crowdcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits really, zoom and teams work way better than crowdcast.
