I love how flexible CW is and how you can customize it to fit the needs of your agency. Great for social services use because many different providers can contribute different pieces so that theres a well-rounded system of support in terms of patient care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be very time-consuming to generate reports but for as customizable as CW is, theres sure to be a streamlining process we just haven't discovered yet. Specifically for case management notes since there are a lot of very specific buttons you have to hit before you can submit. Also, save for generating a whole additional system for training purposes for your staff which would take time and require additional staff to maintain the system, there doesn't seem to be a lot of easily accessible training, you either have to go online or perform training in person and I think it would be in CW's best interest to offer some hard-copy training manuals for easy reference .
