More options for property criteria. It’s too limited and clients gets upset that I’m not sending them what they are looking for. More lead systems options for instant transferring of leads. More options for boosting property uploads to social media

System use to be a great platform, then never updated and now FUB and others have outperformed them IMMENSELY.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

They have terrible business practices, will extend you contract past your contract even if you inform them you do not permit Auto extension. They will not send you access to any of your emails or videos that have your requests.   Do not trust a smooth exit with them, they will charge and avoid and to cancel will be worse time suck ever.

They refuse to solve, just want to keep contract and Auto withdrawal

The tracking of client activity is nice but most CRMs do this well.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

The backend (CRM) is painfully slow. They prevent client emails from hitting your email inbox and only let them hit the CRM inbox, the CRM inbox is very buggy and often wont dislpay links the clients try and send. At the time of writting this review Boomtown has been down and completly unuseable for two days. Unable to connect with clients via email as boomtown hijacks all their emails to put into the CRM, which has been unuseable for two days now... 

I have used other similar products and they do not prevent your emails from hitting your inbox and it does not effect "deliverablitly rates"  

Their are much better products out there.

BT is full service!  I enjoy a smart CRM with drips that pause when a lead raises their hand. And the PPC lead campaign is a must for both agent recruitment and retention.

Not being able to merge or delete leads. I don't like that I can't custom create reports like I can in Brokermint.

I use the categories to train and transfer leads. It's a true accountability tool.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

I like their CRM.  I like the ability to take notes, catagorize each lead.  If they've filled out the full form...which is 50/50, then you know their timeframe, if they have a house to sell, and if they have been pre-approved or if they are a cash buyer.  You can set up tasks to do automatically and/or manually.  You get notificed everytime they look at any properties.
Even if they don't respond to you through any communication, if you set them up on an alert based on the homes they are looking at they will generally begin to open your emails up and start looking.  Despite a lot of really low budget leads, every once in a while you get a good one or even a great one.
They provide training for you to use their system.  It's a great system to use. I use it daily as I set up tasks all I have to do is log on and it tells me who I need to reach out to and what I want to focus on.
I probably haven't used it as often as I should but customer support is readily available.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

Half of the leads are no good.  A lot of fake names, numbers, and emails.  Very few leads want to buy right away. A lot of leads with budgets so low that there is literally nothing out there for them to buy in the Central Ohio market.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM is awesome for organizing and setting up tasks.  I just log in each day and the tasks that I have input show up whether I scheduled it the day before or 3 months before.  It will  send out automatic touches for me.  That way I don't have to try and keep up with leads that aren't very promising, but I'm not ignoring them either.  I can take extensive notes right there under the leads name and contact information.  What they are looking for, price, location, etc.  I can add to or change the notes as we continue to communicate.
I can set them up on BoomTown rather than having to go to the MLS if I don't want to.

I value the simplicity involved in adding individuals. It's truly fantastic that my database is portable, accompanying me on my journeys. The capability to establish automated searches is truly impressive. Additionally, the smart drip plans provide significant assistance.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

There are a couple of shortcomings that I believe they are addressing. Among these is the capability to search through the notes that have been input for an individual, which is a significant concern. Additionally, I wish to have a simplified process for attaching documents to a profile. Lastly, it would be advantageous if they could either utilize my personal cell number for my Boomtown number or permit me to make calls while displaying that number. It appears that people find it inconvenient to have to save multiple numbers.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Boomtown is in the process of resolving the issue of connecting my transaction management to my profile. Interestingly, this feature functions flawlessly for everyone else in my office, but unfortunately, it seems to be encountering difficulties when it comes to my profile.

the flow with the leads is impecable, everything is recorded with timestamps, there's a lot of information that you can filter, prioritize, assest. super friendly and no need to downoad any app

is not my personal case but I have heard coworkers saying that comsumes a lot of ROM. Also, it opens a lot of new windows which consumes a lot of space. but I am learning to handle

Managing 10k+ leads on this CRM is very easy, record and activities made by the leads on the listings, help them filter listings and contacts made by phone, texts and emails. I have worked with other CRMs for different sectors but this one is above many. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

I've gotten plenty of leads with BT. I love the ease of the CRM and the reminders. Everything can be logged making it super easy to keep track of everyone . So far, I'm happy with it!

My only dislike it a lot of texts sent directly thru the app go to the leads spam. Not sure if it's the carrier or the lead prompting it to spam. Sometimes I can rewrite it, wording a little different and it will go thru.

BT helps me to stay organized and allows me to track all conversation and activity from each lead making it super easy to refer back to notes, prior conversations, etc.

I really enjoy the ease of maneuverability through the application to be able to update both my contacts, prospective leads and merge like accounts when I can identify that. I either have a duplicate or a spouse of a lead where I can stream on the communications for them both. The plug-in and API connections that allow me to utilize bonbon videos inside of my communication and incorporate them into my smart drip plans has allowed me to create different content to provide to my prospects.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I don't love that when I'm mass import contacts, I can't have all of those contacts saved to a certain tag. Whether it be an event that I work or a line of contacts that I have collected through a previous employment, hosting an event or something along, those lines creates more work on the back end of having to go back through and manually add those tags.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boomtown is allowing me to stay top of mind if people who are interested in the information and products/ services that I'm offering. It allows me to lean in to the opportunity that could be even if my clients aren't responding by identifying if they're opening my emails blocking or asking to be removed from communications.

Boomtown allows you to stay in front of your clients/sphere much easier. Texting/emailing/drips and e alerts are extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

Downside would be it's pretty expensive. Especially when you could use much cheaper programs to do very similar, but not ALL of the things. Also, the customer support isn't what it use to be. It's definitely got me checking other options. You could spend less than 1/10th the money using 2 different systems and get results.  It's a matter of convenience/discipline and with the large delays now with new listings getting out it's likely to be more cost effective, efficient, and a better ROI to use another CRM.

Helps me to multi task and not "forget" anyone. The benefits would be it's convenient. Yes, I am more productive, but also waying options on pricing.  I checked my ROI on BT last year and the ROI at this point isn't justified.

boomtown would be awesome if it offered a sign in option for open houses that would auto import leads when they sign in. boomscientists could create more seller, fsbo drips, most of the drips are buyer heavy.

It is very expensive. I would love to have my own BoomTown account so that I wouldn't have to keep sharing a website with my team. I care a lot about what my website looks like and just don't have the flexibility to do what I would want to do on a team platform.

Boomtown has helped me stay organized. Keeping notes on each client always prepares me for the many phone/text/email encounters I conduct on the daily.

Boomtown works behind the scenes for me so I don't have to take the time doing tedious administrative work. With Boomtown's expertly timed client outreach system, I can divert my focus to the important stuff.

It was overwhelming at first. BUT, Boomtown's training sessions put me on track and now I master the system. 

I like that Boomtown reps are always on hand to answer questions, as needed.

Customer communication!
Without Boomtown, there's noway I would keep client profiles so tidy. Now, I don't miss a thing! Clients are coming back to my website and I'm engaging more prospects.

The only downside is that while the concierge is nice in that they'll be able to reach out to clients 24/7 when they come in, that they aren't fully flexible in their communication as I would like them to be.

I value the time saving drips and e-alerts that once you create and start you can let it do the rest of the work.  It saves a lot of time and work.  It is pretty user friendly once you know the steps.  Good training and support.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I like the different templates set up for drips but would appreciate more to choose from for both email and text options.  I have noticed that some users come in twice even though they have the same number and email associated with them which makes it tough to keep leads separated.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a significant time management solver.  It allows me to focus on other real estate functions that would be limited if I couldn't focus this extra time on them.
