## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. Customizable CRM with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Herb K. | Business Development Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for CRM and maintaining our pipeline and contact-companies for B2B sales. I like that it helps track multiple email threads and assign tasks to owners while keeping everything visible to everybody. I appreciate the customizability of Attio. The AI is very intuitive and makes it easy to customize the integration without needing to review the whole record history.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The reports are limited. There should be built-in sales metrics for regular tracking. Initially, it was challenging as there weren't a lot of training materials, onboarding support was limited, and setting up Attio affected productivity since we didn't want to invest a lot of time to learn this new tool and it's very different from the old one, so there was a lot to learn.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for B2B sales CRM, maintaining pipelines, and managing contact-company relationships. It helps me track multiple email threads, assign tasks, and keep everything visible to everyone. I enjoy the UI/UX as it is easy to navigate after a couple of usage. The AI also loads the call summaries fast so it is great for notetaking.

 ### 2. Multi Pronged software for sales

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew M. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It is cost effective, relatively easy to use and has a lot of customizability so it can be nice for people who are doing things uniquely. It also serves as a CRM and sequencing tool which is nice (the sequencing portion is very good in my experience). The AI Chat bot is also very helpful because it helps you find anything you need within the platform. Overall, the platform, integrations and support are also very fast and nice to use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The only gripe I have is the attributes in the lists you can make. If you set it up properly it is fine but the default attributes are not ideal for sales work. Also for some reason their is a visibility issue in the platform (for example I cant see sequences or emails my colleagues are sending, it doesnt even give me an option to do so.)

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping send emails at scale and track customers / viewers at our website. It serves as a CRM and outreach tool which both those things combined typically cost a lot. Again, Attio is cost effective which is nice for a start up

 ### 3. A CRM That Keeps Everything Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evheniia K. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I like most about Attio is how flexible and intelligently designed it feels. It doesn’t feel like a traditional rigid CRM — it feels more like a modern relationship and workflow platform. The UI is clean, fast, and intuitive, and I really like how easily it adapts to different processes without becoming overly complicated. It strikes a rare balance between powerful automation, structured data, and simplicity of use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

What I dislike about Attio is that, while it’s extremely flexible and visually polished, it can take a lot of time to navigate through all the layers of information. You often have to extend views, open the contact, then open the company, then dig further into related records just to get the full context. Some information that feels operationally important, like clearly seeing whether a meeting was scheduled with a contact, is not always immediately visible.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automatically pulls together contact and company data and keeps everything centralized in one place

 ### 4. Powerful Yet Simple CRM That’s Easy to Use Out of the Box

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanat S. | CRM & Sales Intelligence Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The simplicity is what stands out most. I’ve been managing and consulting on CRM and GTM strategy and systems for a long time, and this is the best solution I’ve seen in the market in quite a while. It’s extremely powerful and can compete with HubSpot and Salesforce when needed, but it’s also easy to use right out of the box, which I think is very rare in this space.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the biggest weakness right now is the lack of integrations. That’s changing very quickly, but there are still plenty of integrations that have to be configured manually. It’s not the end of the world, but it does make the product a bit harder to use than it needs to be.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to manage my sales process and customer relationships. In practice, I rely on it to track most of the work I’m doing, both on the front end and on the operational side. I’ve also built out a lot of custom functionality, which has helped me cut down on the number of other tools I need to use.

 ### 5. A Flexible, AI-Connected CRM That Replaced Multiple Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matteo M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio has replaced multiple tools for us. As a health tech venture builder managing several products at once, we needed a CRM flexible enough to model our actual business — not a rigid sales pipeline. Custom objects and lists let us do exactly that, with no code.
The real game-changer is how Attio connects with AI. We linked it to Claude via MCP and now query our entire CRM, call recordings, and notes in natural language. Weekly summaries, client insights, cross-call patterns — all instant. Call recordings stopped being archived audio and became searchable, actionable intelligence.
Everything is connected: a note links to a person, a company, a deal, a call. Nothing lives in a silo. For a small team running fast, that's everything.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The feature request process is slow and hard to track. For internal product management and task workflows, we actually find it far more effective to use Claude directly — it gives us instant answers, summaries, and automation on top of our Attio data without waiting for native features to ship.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a venture builder with multiple health tech products running in parallel, we were drowning in scattered data — contacts in spreadsheets, notes in docs, calls nowhere. Attio gave us one source of truth for every relationship across all our products.
The biggest benefit is time. We used to spend hours reconstructing context before client calls. Now everything — past interactions, notes, call recordings — is in one place and queryable via Claude in seconds. A founder can walk into any conversation fully prepared in under a minute.
It also replaced the need for several tools we were paying for separately. One flexible system beats five rigid ones.

 ### 6. A Simpler, More Affordable Alternative CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajat M. | Solutions Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I like best about Attio is how user-friendly and intuitive it is. The interface is clean, navigation is effortless, and it’s easy for the team to get productive without a steep learning curve. Attio strikes a great balance between powerful functionality and simplicity, which makes day-to-day CRM work feel seamless rather than cumbersome.Ease of Implementation

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There isn’t much to dislike overall. One area for improvement would be deeper and broader integrations with other tools. While integrations with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot already exist, expanding and strengthening integrations across a wider ecosystem would make workflows even more seamless.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is solving the problem of overly complex and expensive CRM systems. We were previously using Salesforce, which came with high costs and a steeper learning curve. Attio provides a much more user-friendly and flexible alternative, making it easier for the team to manage relationships, keep data organized, and stay productive without the overhead. As a result, we’ve seen faster adoption, better usability, and a more cost-effective CRM experience overall.

 ### 7. Affordable, Simple CRM That Keeps Us Coming Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reformed C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It's free to use under a certain point, we are a very small agency of 1 person and a remote worker, all other CRM have been pointless, too complicated, and too expensive... we have used so many others and always come back to Attio

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Currently the automations which run, there needs to be more control to stop an automation and then make it run in future. We have had to stop using them as it's currently taking all of our credits and we don't know how to get it working again...

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM and client leads, we keep everything in Attio... It gives me peace of mind that we are handling our contacts and clients in a professional way, if anything I want to learn how we can use Attio better, but currently have such little time

 ### 8. Attio’s Effective AI Agent for a New Hire

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan D. | Marketing Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It’s the AI Agent and its ability to navigate across different data sources, such as emails (not only mine, but from multiple users in the workspace). It also does a good job of gathering extra information when needed. Sometimes Attio even creates the record for you. For example, when you enter a new company, it will research it, connect it to the domain, and provide a description. I've also used it with the Claude integration and that honestly makes the operations much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The AI sometimes has limitation which I think are unnecessary like not being able to create a note. Another thing, it could be more about competition and stuff I'm guessing but It would be nice if y'all head a connection with Apollo or had some way to enrich the data of contacts put it. I think that would improve the overall performance and quality of the CRM content and personalization

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was hired recently as a marketing data analyst, and one of my many responsibilities is improving connections and outreach, identifying potential deals, and acting on current ones. One way Attio has supported me in being more productive is by giving me a quick way to reference all of that through their AI Agent. Attio also keeps everything neatly organized, and the UI lets you switch views so you can experiment with different filters and columns on your own without messing up anyone else’s setup

 ### 9. Top-notch UI/UX and flexible data model, with AI that boosts the CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaio A. | Membre, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The flexibility of the data model and the UI/UX are really high quality, allowing for excellent usability for sales. On the integration side, progress is fast: we are gradually obtaining the desired tools.

And not to forget the biggest feature, the AI, which enhances the use of the CRM and data exploitation.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

This is not at all marketing-oriented, and the Workflows operate with a credit system, which forces us to use external tools like n8n.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The handling and adoption of the tool by the Sales teams, as well as the simplicity of implementing the CRM, have had a direct impact on daily execution and have strengthened the team's productivity.

 ### 10. Finally a modern CRM!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Basile C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio is the most flexible and modern CRM I’ve used. The object-based structure gives us total freedom to model our data exactly the way we need. The automation features are powerful and intuitive, allowing us to streamline key workflows without needing engineering resources.

One standout is the email and calendar event retriever, which leverages AI to enrich contact timelines and surface key relationship insights automatically—huge time-saver.

The interface is clean, fast, and easy to adopt across teams. And everything is fully customizable, from views to data types, which makes it feel like a CRM truly built for our business.

Attio strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There’s currently no way to rename system object attributes (e.g., “Companies”, “People”, etc.), which can be a bit limiting when modeling niche workflows.

Also, the call transcription and enrichment features don’t support French yet—so if your team relies on that language, you may need to handle those parts manually.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio fixes the two biggest headaches we had with traditional CRMs—scattered data and slow, rigid processes—and turns them into a super-fast, self-updating workflow.

 ### 11. Unrivaled Flexibility and Top-Notch AI in a Sleek, Intuitive CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxime A. | CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I love most about Attio is its unrivaled flexibility. Unlike traditional CRMs that force you into a specific workflow, Attio adapts to your data structure perfectly. The UX is incredibly intuitive and sleek, making the daily management of pipelines actually enjoyable.
Beyond the design, the AI features are truly top-notch. They automate the tedious data entry tasks and provide smart insights that save us hours every week. It feels like a CRM built for the future of work.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Because the platform is flexible and powerful, it was a bit intimidating for ou users at first. It’s not a 'plug-and-play' CRM in the traditional sense; you need to invest time in the Attio Academy to unlock its full potential. However, once you understand the logic behind the objects, lists and attributes, the learning curve is well worth it.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business model is quite unique, and traditional CRMs were too rigid for our specific needs.
Attio solved this by providing flexibility with custom objects and records.
Instead of forcing our data into a pre-defined box, we built the CRM around our business.
The native data enrichment combined with this flexible architecture has been a massive time-saver, it’s a productivity multiplier for our team

 ### 12. Fluid Interface, Lacks Some Key Functions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthias B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I particularly like the fact that Attio's data model is of excellent quality and allows me to describe all the objects I handle very smoothly. This is one of the major strengths for me. Additionally, the user interface is very smooth and the automatic saving of all emails works really well. I also appreciate that the screens flow well and the ability to customize all the fields, which is really interesting.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some really important features missing that seem essential to me for a CRM, such as the ability to record calls. You can't just record a call, for example, when you've called a client. You have to make a note instead. This kind of thing is surprising, especially when coming from HubSpot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves the organization of my contacts. I appreciate the smooth user interface and the automatic saving of emails. The customization of fields is interesting.

 ### 13. Automated CRM Excellence, Minor Extension Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like a lot about Attio, especially its AI, automations, records, and reports. One feature I find most valuable is the Deals section because it allows us to clearly track our demos and opportunities throughout the pipeline, making it easy to see the current stage of each deal and keep the team aligned. The integration with tools like Circleback for meeting notes and interaction summaries also adds a lot of value. Instead of manually reviewing conversations, I can quickly access organized summaries and important action points directly within the record, which improves follow-up and efficiency. When it comes to AI and reports, Attio helps streamline reporting and data analysis significantly. It provides a well-structured prompt, allowing the AI to generate useful summaries, insights, and reports automatically, saving time and reducing manual work. The combination of pipeline management, automated note organization, AI-assisted reporting, and workflow automations makes Attio a very efficient CRM for managing customer interactions and internal processes. Additionally, the platform feels modern and intuitive, making it easier to start organizing pipelines, records, and workflows without requiring a long onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

One area where I think Attio could improve is the browser extension. In my experience, it occasionally freezes or stops working properly, and sometimes the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall it. While it's not a constant issue, it can interrupt workflows and slow things down when relying on the extension for daily tasks.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates closing deals and prospect leads, streamlines reporting, and tracks deal stages. The AI and Circleback integration help summarize meetings and organize notes efficiently, making it easier to manage customer interactions and improve decision-making.

 ### 14. Streamlined CRM with Useful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason A. | Growth Equity Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for our multi-entity company setup because it allows us to easily switch between different subsidiaries. Each team member can access specific sections, making it efficient for managing customer and prospect profiles. I appreciate the ability to set specific owners and deal team members to each company profile, which streamlines our process. I also really like that Attio integrates well with different data stripping software, like Harmonic, making the pulled information very useful. The initial setup was easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think maybe past history with the company, like emails and things could maybe integrate with different software better. Sometimes the emails that have happened in the past with other people don't always pull into Attio. And it's hard to see exactly what had been going on because many of the details are locked. If you could just see, like, who responded or just tell if there was a relationship with the company or just be able to get a little bit more information, that'd be really helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to solve typical CRM problems. It's great for multi-entity companies, allowing easy switching between subsidiaries and team access to specific sections. It saves time by quickly finding information on prospects and integrates well with Harmonic to format data usefully.

 ### 15. Highly Customizable CRM with Effortless Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor T. | Private Equity Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio mostly as a CRM for my work at Sorenson Capital, and it helps keep things very organized. I like how I am able to see all the contacts made to a given company over time, track the deals we're currently working on, and especially appreciate how customizable it is. With lots of deals we've looked at over the years, it's nice to be able to place multiple filters to find what I'm looking for. I was able to use the customized filters to locate a misplaced batch of companies from our large set. The initial setup was very straightforward, and there were no issues getting it running. Attio is the best CRM I have used.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice if it had more of the features that other platforms we use have. For example, we use Outreach.io. If Attio did what they did then we wouldn't have to use Outreach. However, I understand that goes beyond the scope of what Attio is made for.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of deals and organize contacts. It helps me see all communications with companies over time, and the customizable filters allow me to easily manage and locate data in our large company set.

 ### 16. Best-in-Class CRM for Venture Investing: Flexible Data Model Seamless Kanban Pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron C. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio's Kanban view and flexible object / data model is the best. As a venture investor, it presents a seamless way to add, view, and discuss our pipeline, existing investments, etc. Implementing it is very easy, and integrating it with our other data sources (or its own plugin) like Harmonic or Granola has been equally easy. I can't really imagine their is a better CRM for this sort of thing. We use it every day, and customer support when we are having issues is great.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the data / reporting functionality could be a little more intuitive, and I also think that it would be great if Attio could release ways to clean the manifold records that go on the platform a little more easily.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track our deal flow pipeline, relationships with other investors, relationships with founders, diligence with founders, and more.

 ### 17. Streamlined Real Estate Operations with Attio

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Owner, Maintainer, Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for my real estate business as a solo agent. It gives me organization visibility to my clients—past, present, and future—by providing the entire connection history, any relevant data I've chosen to keep, and every possible way to contact them. I appreciate the connectivity options Attio offers, allowing me to fully integrate my business with Claude.ai, an integration that is crucial for my digital assistant. Additionally, I use an internet phone number through QUO, and Attio provides a place to store my call and texting data, so my entire communication history with a client is consolidated in one place. I'm very happy with Attio’s mail delivery success rate, even though it doesn't have a 'mail opens' analytic, which is a reasonable sacrifice for reliable delivery. The initial setup of Attio was incredibly easy with Claude doing all the legwork.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish it had better integration with Google Calendar - I cannot make an appointment with a client from inside that client’s Attio entry, which is both cumbersome and opens the door to email address transcription errors.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio gives me organization visibility, offering complete client history and contact options instantly. It integrates with Claude.ai and QUO, centralizing communication history and enhancing functionality as a CRM.

 ### 18. Finally, an intelligent AI-native CRM that is easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Founder & COO at Popp AI, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio has an outstanding onboarding team. Our solutions engineer, Nima Kafai, was exhaustive and ensured that our company was getting the full benefit of the exhaustive functionality of the platform and had built confidence using it.

We particularly like Attio's chat functionality, which helps us get the relevant context on any account in a few seconds. We find it really helpful to have an integrated notetaker and the templated auto-report generation. We really like using automated workflows to help us qualify and direct inbound needs and other accounts in different stages across our pipeline. We also really like the enrichment feature, which helps us quickly segment the pipeline without having to go through an arduous research process that we had to with Hubspot

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There is very little that we dislike about Attio. It would be helpful to have a better way of managing email access rather than the completely open or completely shut options at the moment. It would also be really helpful to have an Attio slack integration with the chat functionality so we could query context on our CRM in slack.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At you is an intelligent CRM that enables us to automate complex workflows across sales, marketing and customer success; easily access context on any deal, which is effortlessly centralised from lots of different data sources; and to enrich account information to help us segment and take appropriate actions across our CRM. Attio integrates and complements a wide range of tools in our technology stack and our company website.

 ### 19. Attio’s Customization Flexibility Made It Easy to Mirror Our Data Model

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmelo C. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio has been incredibly easy to customize and tailor to our business. We successfully replicated our entire data model by adding custom objects and building relationships between them. The flexibility and ease of configuration really stood out, allowing us to structure everything exactly as we needed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

While the platform is very flexible, a few integrations — such as Aircall — are still somewhat limited (e.g., no native transcription sync). We’d also benefit from conditional field logic, where dropdown options dynamically update based on previous selections (for example, filtering stores based on the selected company). This would significantly improve data accuracy and usability.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from Airtable to Attio as we scaled to 1,000 customers. We needed something flexible enough to reflect our business model, but structured enough to properly manage our sales stages, reporting, and customer success processes.

Attio allows us to centralize everything. With Stripe synced, our sales team can oversee the full lifecycle — including payments — without leaving the platform. This has significantly improved visibility, coordination, and decision-making across teams.

 ### 20. Easy Deployment, but Needs Email Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | VP Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio was very easy to deploy and get going. Having used Salesforce before, Attio is much simpler than going through an entire Salesforce implementation. I was able to take our contacts and upload them via spreadsheets easily, and the Attio implementation & support team worked very closely with us to get started. The initial implementation was relatively easy, and the support team was quite helpful in getting us going. Sync'd our email conversations automatically is a bug plus. Tracking our pipeline is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Dealing with the email syncs was a little confusing initially. Had to go through a number of iterations with the support team to enable syncing just those emails that we wanted and not have every single email in our respective inboxes. In addition, we use Mailchimp, and while there's integration that pushes contacts from Attio to Mailchimp, there is no way to have the emails we send out from Mailchimp captured within the Attio CRM.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our customers, prospects (and our ongoing convos w/them), and media contacts, making it easy to keep track of email communications and active deals with ongoing prospects.

 ### 21. Attio Transformed Our Business with a Clean UI and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve N. | Head of Partnerships & Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I have recommended Attio to many people.

In short, Attio has completely changed our business. When we were reviewing which software to go with, it seemed there were only two types of product available; out-of-the-box, "fit for everyone" solutions, or completely bespoke (and expensive). Then Attio came along, and it bridged that gap perfectly.

There are a number of brilliant things about Attio; the communication and support, the ability to suggest features which actually get listened to and implemented, the UI is clean, data is managed just how you want it to be. Ultimately, it's designed to scale with the user's business, and it's doing that perfectly.

We've had a number of learning curves, and I've consulted support a lot. However, all of my answers have always been answered promptly and by a real person.

The changelog is really good to review regularly, too. I'd say it happens all too often - when something gets updated, the product becomes worse. Only improvements with Attio!

It is the lifeblood of our business, and is used every minute of every working day.

In short, there is a LOT to love about Attio.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

If there's something you dislike about Attio, they provide a platform in order to help affect positive changes to the system. If there's a feature request you'd like to see - go on ahead and suggest it, as it seems their goal is to make the best system in the world.

Look - it sounds like I'm a bit of an Attio fanboy, but to put it simply - there's nothing I dislike about Attio.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we had was, prior to me joining and implementing Attio, our business has no CRM / database / Rolodex. Nothing. Not even a spreadsheet with phone numbers on. We were, however, Google users, so finding out that you can sign up using your Google account and then being able to automatically import data meant that Attio immediately created 12 years of our company's data-based history which didn't exist prior. This changed how we operated overnight.

Beyond this, visibility on data, activity, lead tracking, internal communications, etc. are all solved with one simple tool.

 ### 22. AI-Powered CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan A. | Head of Sales, Emergency Food, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simple interface and UI of Attio, even though there's a learning curve, it's fairly intuitive. I really enjoy the lists and views for each object, which keep different business channels, customers, and my last interactions organized. My favorite part is how built-in the AI features are; I love how it preps me for meetings and drafts email sequences. The automations are great, helping me send emails to customers about upcoming calls. It's like having a couple of assistants for my small sales team. The powerful filters and sorting in the CRM are very helpful, allowing team members to find data quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there was an app for my computer since I keep it open all the time. It's a little clunky for me to find the browser tab since I have a lot of tabs open so I constantly find myself just opening a new tab with Attio and have multiple ones going at once. There are some features of the AI that I'd like to see improved - it doesn't remember certain things for me about my company unless I create a record of my company and add a note with our sales messaging and background. I wish you could just say 'remember this' and it will for the next time. I'm hoping that as I use it the language for the draft emails improves. I also wish it could draft an email and send it within an existing Gmail thread instead of creating a new one. And lastly, I wish Attio had a feature to track if an email was opened by the recipient. It was challenging to switch to be honest. The import tool had some issues and I had to do a lot of clean-up.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates admin tasks, ensuring nothing is forgotten and helps organize our CRM with powerful filters and sorted lists. It keeps my small team on track by handling details like emailing leads, prepping for meetings, and managing lead pipelines efficiently.

 ### 23. Efficient CRM with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the view in Attio and that I can modify datasets without having to click into a particular link. Unlike other CRMs, where I have to open the actual record to make changes, Attio allows me to modify records from a dashboard or a zoomed-out view. This capability lets me look at multiple data points at once without needing to switch between tabs or adjust filters repeatedly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Some of the filtering isn't quite working for me, and I'm not sure if that's just our iteration. I'd like to be able to create more custom dashboards a little bit simpler. I'm also unsure if Attio is robust enough for complex use cases or if it has comprehensive outreach capabilities.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me track deal cycles and identify outreach targets. I like the view and the ability to modify datasets without clicking into each record, saving time by seeing multiple data points at once.

 ### 24. Intuitive CRM with Room for More Business Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam M. | Volunteer Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the UX/UI of Attio. Its filters are very helpful as a first review process for potential companies to invest in. The different filters and groups make organizing a CRM and data as a large business easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there could be more options for metrics or information on the business. Instead of having to click onto a different software to figure out if the business is B2B, if it was included that would be nice. The business description could be better in terms of what sectors the business is in, as there are too many listed and can be annoying to understand. Having to use Pitchbook to fetch more information is a little bit of a hassle.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a CRM for generating leads. Its filters help in reviewing potential companies to invest in, and it makes organizing CRM and data easy with different filters and groups.

 ### 25. Fast CRM with Room for Improvement in Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how snappy Attio feels compared to other software like Affinity or Salesforce. I appreciate the functioning mobile app, especially since Affinity is a catastrophe on mobile. I enjoy how simply things are presented, and compared to Salesforce, which is a nightmare in terms of complexity, Attio feels more spacious. Even though I think it can be snappier, I still find its performance relatively better than other CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think it can be even snappier. It can be even faster. The UI sometimes is a little bit confusing. I don't really know where to click. The onboarding experience is terrible, a typical SaaS onboarding process that is boring and unidimensional. The performance sometimes on mobile is just terrible. It loads forever. I know it's not my Internet connection, so it's your app. The exports could have better options, especially in Excel.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio mainly for CRM to have a list of all my contacts, track the different people involved with various projects, and understand where different connections are coming from.

 ### 26. Intuitive, Economical, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pasqualino D. | Technical Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio's support is well done and always provides feedback for requests made promptly, often within the day. I also appreciate the good documentation available, which makes it possible to learn how to use the software independently without necessarily having to attend formal courses, thanks also to some tutorial videos available. Furthermore, the product is quite intuitive and offers high potential.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some areas for improvement related to certain indicators that need to be constructed with complex formulas. It is necessary to work on these indicators for those who use Attio intensively. Additionally, having some KPIs at first glance when opening certain pages would be useful. I believe these elements are still on the roadmap. It might also be useful to have some more advanced dashboards.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates the management of the pipeline, integrates marketing with sales and technical, and organizes information with tags to work on prospects and leads effectively.

 ### 27. Flexible, Modern, Yet Needs More AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas N. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline, and it's our source of truth for data. I think it's cleaner and much more flexible than Salesforce. It's more modern, which is great. I really like their AI features. While I think they could use some work, they've been pretty good. The AI chat has been really helpful when I need to input pieces of data. Using AI has been a lifesaver for us. I also found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there needs to be a better MCP connector. There are definitely some limitations on the things that we can use it for. I also wish it was a little more opinionated. There's a kind of mix of lack of structure, but also structure at the same time. Either more opinionated or just pure flexibility, I think, would be really amazing. The initial setup is easy but trying to set it up in an optimal way is a little tricky. Data migration and not having clean data is not the easiest thing. It's a little too much manual work on our end to figure out what the right process is.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline. It's our source of truth for data, providing a much cleaner and more flexible solution than previous tools like Salesforce.

 ### 28. Highly Customizable Lists & Funnels with Great Gmail, LinkedIn, and Zapier Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna F. | Head of Platform and Fund Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It is highly perosnalisable for specific needs. i prepared many different lists and funnels for both investment and fundraising. and i use it for all my events. i also love the workflow features to automate certain things, specifically the tags for each type pf person or company. The intergation with gmail, LinkedIn, and Zapier are great.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Notetaker can be improved. I use fireflies and unfrtuantely the Zapier integration to add the AI summary notes after a call to each person and company record breaks a lot. It was working super well for about 8-10 motnhs. I noticed it satrted breaking in October or so 2025.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important I think is that it has improved a lot how everyone in the team is informed about every aspect of the fund. I send summaries evey week about all deals on the table and all follow ups and action points needed to keep track of our fundraising efforts. Everyone knows what they need to do.

 ### 29. Effective CRM with Room for Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham G. | Partnerships Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for CRM purposes, notably for tracking our deal flow and ensuring we know which salesperson is associated with each account. Attio helps by creating a platform where we can keep everything in one place. I appreciate how different lists and records can interact with each other. I think it does a decent job collecting some key data, or suggesting it upfront, given it is a CRM platform. I like the look and feel of it; I think it is quite nice and makes intuitive sense at least in that regard.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The automation and workflows in Attio are hard to use and don't make intuitive sense. It takes a long time to understand them, and I still struggle to grasp how they work. There aren't enough explanations for the automation workflows, and more hands-on support from the Attio team is needed. It's not as intuitive as other CRMs like Salesforce. The process of deciding which inputs to use is confusing and sometimes errors occur without clear explanations. The learning curve is quite steep, which affects my overall favorability towards it.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps keep all CRM data in one place and does a decent job collecting key data and suggesting it upfront. I appreciate how different lists and records can interact.

 ### 30. Intuitive CRM with Great Support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tzlil G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio very easy to use, with its intuitive design allowing me to work with the system quickly. The implementation process was straightforward and fast; it reads through emails and calendar invites, making it simple to start using from the first week. I also appreciate the very good support and onboarding team available to answer every question we have. Additionally, Attio integrates well with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, MixMax, and CircleBack, which enhances its usability for managing our CRM effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Since the system is pretty young, there are some things that are still pending as feature requests, like deleting a CSV once uploaded or having mandatory fields such as a reason to decline a deal. I feel the need for more features to ease daily use.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of relationships and manage our pipeline effectively.

 ### 31. AI-Enhanced CRM with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashant M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for internal work and with my clients. I like that it is AI native and easy to create and visualize companies, people, and deals. The Universal Context Feature, which is an LLM inside the CRM, is great. I appreciate the easy integrations, and the neat interface and Kanban view on deals help me understand where I stand in my deal pipeline simply. The initial setup was very easy, taking no more than 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

AI enrichments sometimes take time and could be improved in terms of speed and accuracy. I use AI for categorizing people or scoring leads, and the LLM behind it could be faster. Sometimes the logic breaks when I'm running AI enrichments with workflows.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio is AI-native, making it easy to create and visualize companies, people, and deals with its Universal Context Feature and simple integrations.

 ### 32. Seamless Integration with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emil B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be quite an intuitive platform and it integrates very well with other tools, which makes it really useful for managing client contacts and ensuring my outbound efforts are on track. I love the simplicity of the integration process; it's seamless and pretty impressive, especially how it connects with emails and calendars, allowing for automation of workflow and creation of triggers. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking just ten minutes before it was ready to go, which is excellent. The platform's ease of use is similar to Excel but offers the functionality of tools like HubSpot. Overall, I've been impressed with how streamlined and stable the environment looks.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I haven't necessarily had any negative aspects with Attio. I haven't yet seen how good it is with forecasting the pipeline and pulling in data. I'd like to see any kind of predictive modeling based on historic data. I haven't seen that yet with Attio, so maybe that would be an area that could be developed.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for organizing clients in a database, understanding our contact points with them, and ensuring our outreach aligns with our goals. I find it intuitive, well-integrated, and it acts like an Excel with HubSpot functionality. However, I want more on pipeline forecasting.

 ### 33. Customizable CRM that Outperforms Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio is much quicker than Salesforce in terms of assigning tasks and organizing deals, which makes it a way less manual process. I like how everything is customizable. We have added our own attributes that have the most relevance to us, like the commercial state of companies, to help sort deals by size in the funnel. Attio is also more customizable and cheaper than HubSpot, which makes us prefer it. Our setup process is going smoothly, and although it's a lot of work upfront, it will drastically improve our workflow going forward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The lists feature was not working as we expected. We cannot get it to sort out deals accurately enough to trust. We tried assigning SDR targets as a list and it is not accurately classifying those targets.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is quicker than Salesforce and less manual for assigning tasks and organizing deals. It's customizable and cheaper, with the ability to add relevant attributes like commercial state for deal sorting. Initial setup is a lot of work, but it'll greatly improve our workflow.

 ### 34. Efficient Sales CRM but Lacks Workflow Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the workflow in Attio, how easy it is to create, and how it is easy to find. I appreciate how it helps me keep track of clients, as well as the ability to split workflows and create very detailed possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like the fact that the sequences are limited in what you can do from the workflow and how you can track them. The linking between the workflows and the sequences feels very disconnected. I would like more control over the sequences to see where a client is and to trigger something for workflow when they get to a certain point. Having the possibility to pause a sequence and continue at a certain time upon a different trigger would give more control over the email sequencing. The initial setup was a bit confusing and not really clear, even with templates available, which was a hurdle to grasp.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for tracking leads and customers by consolidating everything in one place with an easy-to-create workflow. It's easy to keep track of clients with split workflows, though it has limitations with sequences.

 ### 35. Powerful CRM with Rich Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like having a central repository of all knowledge, allowing me to build custom objects and attributes that match how I think about my pipeline. The enrichment feature is solid as it fills in gaps without manual updates. The biggest workflow impact for me is being able to see the full history of a relationship at a glance without digging through emails. It keeps investor and customer outreach organized in one place rather than scattered across emails or spreadsheets, making it easy to track where each conversation is in the pipeline. It's very helpful when running multiple conversations in parallel because you can pick up things that have gone cold with full context. The initial setup of Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's a lot to learn up front - it's a bit of a complex product I guess?

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes investor and customer outreach, tracks pipeline status, and provides a central repo of knowledge. Custom objects and enrichment fill gaps, making it easy to pick up cold conversations with full context.

 ### 36. Intuitive CRM Interface with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fredrik S. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio has a very intuitive user interface. It's quite easy to understand, both at the company and contact level. I also like that you can enrich leads through external connections like Salesforce Navigator. It's really easy for me to upload contact information into the company level, and I find it convenient to integrate Sales Navigator and Attio to reach out to different stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy and simple, with a step-by-step guide that got me up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think what we're looking into as well is to try and get an integration with an AI dialer like Aircall, for instance, so that we can, not only track emails, but also phone calls.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to build and segment accounts, making it easy to populate company info and organize everything in one place. The intuitive interface helps enrich leads through connections like Salesforce Navigator, enhancing our ability to target multiple stakeholders effortlessly.

 ### 37. Fast, Intuitive, and Flexible CRM with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan C. | Regional Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

i like the fact that it is fast, clean, intuitive, and very flexible. I tis also very easy to implement.
Attio is very flexible and dynamic and it adapts to our business rather than us having to adapt to a set/fix CRM platform.
The support is great and the Attio team have been exceptional. Whether it’s quick support messages, detailed videos or guidance on structuring custom objects, they respond with speed and clarity.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

i haven't found any downsides to Attio and i like everything about it so far.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio has greatly improved how we manage our customer relationships, offering us a very comprehensive overview of the customer's accounts, the conversations we have had with them and it has enabled us to manage and nurture the new leads in a better way.

 ### 38. Flexible Tool with Engineer-Level Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taeyoung L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the flexibility of Attio; it feels like a sales team tool that has the capabilities of an engineer. The filters are very descriptive and more detailed than any other platform I've seen. Deals and roles are helpful to set up, and using MCP makes it very easy. The filters allow me to search not just by name but by using specific queries to filter out unnecessary results. Deals help categorize leads, prospects, or active deals effectively, and roles are useful in assigning deals and differentiating and attaching them to companies. The Claude code and MCP make everything fluid and enable easy automation.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there was more visibility into calls on our calendars, whether they happened or not. Also, the notetaker being an actual guest in our meetings is not ideal. We get a lot of feedback about having 2-3 notetakers, so maybe an invisible notetaker option would be better.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for managing deal flow, sending outreach for deal stages, and utilizing detailed filters to refine my searches. The categories for leads and active deals, along with roles and automations, make organizing and managing our sales process more efficient.

 ### 39. Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate Attio's very flexible CRM, which has good built-in automations and an even better ecosystem for creating my own integrations using the API. The use of webhooks has been pretty invaluable for syncing with our other CRM. Built-in integrations, sequences, and workflows are very easy to work with and give me confidence that non-technical users can make contributions. The API and webhooks are very helpful for syncing my industry-specific CRM and other data sources like Google Drive. The initial setup of Attio was a breeze, focusing on important stuff without much extra noise, making it very elegant to use. It's very convenient and helps us continue to work efficiently as a small team of about five people.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some limitations I found. I really like the idea of the meeting recorder. But, I'm hesitant to introduce, you know, a cumbersome kind of second person to my meetings. I found them reaching for other tools for that. Some of the integrations and sequencing stuff did kind of fall a little bit short of what I needed it for. But, again, I was able to work around those.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio's flexibility, built-in automations, and API for integrations invaluable, especially for syncing data across CRMs and other sources.

 ### 40. Intuitive, Swift CRM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio because it's so easy to use. The user interface is very simple and automated, allowing me to import a CSV in a matter of minutes, which I find incredibly valuable for scaling our business. The initial setup was seamless and easy, which was a huge plus. I appreciate having CRM as a source of truth combined with an easy user interface, as that really meets our needs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Honestly, probably some of the fields, but that's more on our end. Overall, I would say the fields are more a reflection of what we need to ensure is improved upon. But overall, no major improvements.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to build sequences and import leads, making it seamless and valuable for scaling our business. The user interface is simple, and importing CSVs is quick.

 ### 41. Visually Intuitive CRM, but Needs Structural Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp B. | Master Thesis, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to address problems with keeping an overview of customers, and it presents this information in a very visual, beautiful way. I find Attio to be intuitive and easy to understand, which is a big advantage over other CRM tools that can be very complicated to work with. It's better and easier to manage in terms of intuitive working. Additionally, the initial setup was quite fast because Attio reminded me of Notion, which I'm already familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The structure in Attio can be a bit complicated. Sometimes it's important to use lists, and sometimes objects, and it would be nice to have some help like Ato dot AI to design the structure better.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep an overview of customers in a very visual, beautiful way.

 ### 42. Intuitive and flexible CRM with very good API

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jannik O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simple, intuitive design of Attio, which makes managing CRM data even somewhat fun. I particularly appreciate the email synchronization, which allows seamless logging of emails, whether they are sent via Gmail or directly from Attio, helping to always log activities without extra effort. I also find the easy data import function, supported by the Attio API, very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

1) The mobile app experience: Many things still don't work here, especially since one wants to efficiently add updates/notes while on the go. This is not yet working as desired. 2) Capturing notes is easy, but it lacks, for example, the ability to create or even track times, select and store the medium (call, video call, on-site appointment, WhatsApp, etc.). And the tracking of notes always occurs in one record (e.g., deals). In linked records (people, companies), notes do not automatically appear.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to capture activities throughout the sales process, avoid duplicates in the CRM, keep emails synchronized, and set up email automations.

 ### 43. User-Friendly Interface Boosts Workflow, But Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anezka M. | Agent Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio because it's quite user-friendly and the interface is very clean. I can navigate through it quickly, and it's not slow, which makes my workflow quicker. I also appreciate being able to query whatever I want, which is helpful instead of finding things myself. Additionally, the notetaker feature in Attio helps because I don't need to draft meeting or action items manually, and it does a pretty good job with that.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think in the deal section and generally that workspace, I find it a little bit cluttered and it can be very overwhelming when there's a lot of information there. So I think that workspace can be improved.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to create email templates and pull email addresses from Gmail threads, which is very helpful. It also helps me identify all email addresses linked to a client or company.

 ### 44. The Builder's One All-in-One CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The simplicity of the UI with the flexibility to customize in one, wrapped up solution.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The fact that there aren't native alert features built in. You can work around this by creating your own workflows, but it would be nice to see this be a native function.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps pull my entire pipeline together with Meeting Notes, Action Items, and Emails all in one central view. With the help of its integrations, I can manage the entire relationship with the history of what's happened without having to switch between email, note takers, and a to-do list.

 ### 45. An intuitive CRM with Easy Workflows, Strong Integrations, and Helpful Migration Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naph T. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

As someone migrating over from Hubspot, Attio is considerably more intuitive and easy to use. It's relatively simple to set up even complex workflows, new email sequences, and create new records.

The integrations with products from Typeform to Claude make it really easy to connect with my existing ways & systems of working. And the Attio team have been incredibly helpful in helping migrate, set everything up, and troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Right now there are no specific dislikes or issues, however I'm still getting to know the product.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Attio to populate, track, and manage all of our pipeline – from initial demo requests, to email sequences for prospects, to tracking when and why leads didn't close. Attio provides really valuable insight and visibility, which gives us much greater control and understanding of our pipeline.

 ### 46. Intuitive CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshat S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think what I like the most about Attio is the simple and easy-to-use interface. There's nothing too complex even when features are integrated, and I find them relatively intuitive to pick up. From that perspective, it's a good product. For me, the initial setup was seamless, taking only about ten to twenty minutes to understand and start using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Chrome extension could definitely be improved. For example, on LinkedIn. On a simple LinkedIn profile, the likelihood of it giving me the results or working as expected has been slightly wonky over the past couple of days. On the other hand, for things like Sales Navigator, the extension is working much better. So, yeah, I would say just this one particular improvement would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio gives me a consolidated database of deals, minimizing cognitive load and helping track next actions with founders through notes, easing CRM tasks.

 ### 47. Flexible and Intuitive, but Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryanvir S. | Chief Customer Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is a very simple UX/UI tool to use, making it not complicated to get started or messy to set up. It's not as rigid as some other CRM tools, which I appreciate. I really like that I am able to find objects and fields myself and build it out. I also enjoy being able to be flexible with the pipelines or lists I build out. Attio integrates with so many other solutions and tools, and I like that too.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio could improve by better integrating with mass emailing and tracking click rates and open rates. It would be beneficial if it included some marketing tools for sending segmented communications and integrated more effectively with other tools like Intercom. The setup of native workflows is quite simple, and I don't like the credit system for workflows since other CRMs don't charge for this feature. Additionally, the customer success team wasn't very good. After the initial kickoff call, there were no follow-up communications to schedule the other planned calls, which was really disappointing. I felt like I was learning as I go without much support.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to send and track customer communications, segment lists flexibly, and manage implementation stages effectively.

 ### 48. Intelligent Automation that Tripled Our Activity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like AskAttio because it saves 70% of the team's time and creates tasks in the CRM, helping to execute intelligently. Call Intelligence also stands out, integrating meetings into deals and increasing the intelligence of Ask and our decisions. The ease of creating and editing objects and API is something I also greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the configuration of Attio was very simple, using the Import2 migrator and Claude Code in the terminal to normalize data, which allowed us to migrate everything in a short time and with little effort. By the third day, AskAttio was already mining the data.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The structure of Tasks is very simple and could allow adding some custom field to facilitate the visualization of indicators about Tasks. Also, the text structure of the fields is Wall Text and does not allow line breaks or the use of bullet points.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates our sales and communication process, from scraping to recording meetings, multiplying our activities by 370%. AskAttio reduces team time by 70% by automating tasks, and Call Intelligence integrates meetings, enhancing our decision-making intelligence.

 ### 49. Flexible CRM with Strong Automation, Needs Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how you can build workflows and how intuitive it is to move people from different pipelines. I also like how you can create custom attributes to filter things according to the needs of your business or product lines. I really like that you can divide things by products by adding custom attributes. I like that it keeps everything organized, and by clicking a little search button, you can quickly find anything you need. I also appreciate the intelligence feature that helps with briefing and provides summaries before calls if needed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there should be an option to search a record, whether it’s a company or people that is at a certain stage or in a column. That would make a big difference. Also, improving the workflows is needed. Sometimes, for example, I tried creating a workflow to manually select people from a list to enroll them in a sequence, but it kept saying I couldn't. Making the workflows more intuitive and actually work for Atio's customer's needs would be beneficial. Another thing missing is connecting to a lead gen service to find emails and contact info, so everything remains within Attio without needing external platforms.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me keep track of leads, organize prospect information, and filter by specific characteristics, saving a lot of time. It assists with bespoke deals and keeps everything organized while allowing quick access to needed information.

 ### 50. Effortless CRM Management with Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like using Attio because it makes navigation simple, with only a few areas to manage, and the data entry and manipulation grids are easy to handle. I appreciate that reporting is generally clean and easy to analyze, providing a clear view of the entire pipeline in a much neater way. It's convenient to have all customer and prospect data organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The user experience of building reports is a bit challenging. Could be simplified further for the layman. Also, the initial setup took longer than expected due to Zapier integration challenges, although it was a new experience for us.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes our sales pipeline and customer data, providing a clear view of opportunities and a neater pipeline compared to our previous messy, scattered data in HubSpot.
