"Simple, Cost-Effective CRM Solution"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I love the fact that Attio is so simple and straightforward. The interface is super clean, and even though I was a bit confused (because it was so simple, I thought I was missing something) at first, I found it refreshing compared to our previous CRM. It's great that all the information is centralised, which helps me cross-check client details with our own platform to ensure they're correct and up to date. I also appreciate that the setup was easy; even though I didn't need to set up much, the sales team said it was super simple. Additionally, I use Attio with Google Chat through Zapier, which works well. Attio feels like a better fit for us compared to HubSpot, which was too expensive and heavy for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I can't think of anything at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Attio to centralize client information, ensuring it's accurate and up to date, and to automate moving deals to the next stage, which helps me manage our deal pipeline efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Low-Friction CRM with Real-Time Visibility and Automatic Enrichment"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

As an SDR at Vega, what I like best about Attio is how little it gets in my way. Enrichment happens automatically, so I’m not burning time looking up company details before a call — the data’s just there. Logging notes, updating deal stages, and moving leads through the pipeline takes seconds instead of clicks-deep menu digging, which means more of my day actually goes toward talking to prospects instead of babysitting a CRM. And since everything updates in real time, I can see the second a teammate touches an account, so I’m never duplicating outreach or stepping on a deal that’s already in motion. For someone doing high-volume outbound, that speed and visibility make a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Honestly, a few things slow me down. Reporting and analytics still feel a bit thin compared to bigger CRMs like Salesforce — if I want a deeper breakdown of my call-to-meeting conversion by segment, I sometimes have to piece it together manually or export to a spreadsheet. The mobile experience isn’t as polished as the desktop app, so it’s harder to update records on the fly between meetings. Some of the more advanced automation and sequencing features also feel newer and less battle-tested, so I’ve run into the occasional workflow that doesn’t trigger quite right. And since Attio is still growing fast, documentation and support response times can lag behind actual product changes, so I sometimes have to poke around or ask teammates instead of finding a quick answer myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio is solving the “CRM as a chore” problem for me. Before, keeping data clean meant constant manual entry — updating contact info, tracking who touched which account, remembering to log calls. Attio automates a lot of that through enrichment and activity syncing, so the data stays accurate without me babysitting it. That directly benefits me because I spend less time on admin and more time actually prospecting and talking to leads, which is what actually moves my numbers.

It’s also solving a visibility problem across the team. Since everything updates in real time, I always know the current status of an account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attio’s Flexible Data Model and Fast UI Make CRM Work Feel Effortless"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

Attio's biggest strength is how flexible the underlying data model is. You can create custom objects and build real relationships between them without fighting the tool. Setting up a many-to-one relationship or a join between two objects takes minutes, and records stay cleanly linked across the entire workspace. Most CRMs force everything into a rigid contact/company/deal structure, and Attio just doesn't do that, so you can model the CRM around how a business actually works.

The interface is also genuinely fast. Filtering and sorting large lists doesn't lag, even on workspaces with thousands of records, and the keyboard-driven navigation makes day to day data work quick once you learn it.

The API and developer experience are another real strength. It's well structured and predictable, which makes automations, integrations, and imports straightforward to stand up. Between the flexible schema, the speed, and the solid API, it's one of the few CRMs that gets out of your way instead of dictating how you have to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The flexibility that makes Attio powerful also makes it the hardest CRM to onboard people onto. There's a real learning curve. Because you're building the data model yourself, a new user staring at a blank workspace has a lot of decisions to make, and the docs don't always keep pace with how fast the product ships. Non-technical team members tend to need hand-holding before they're comfortable.

Some of the schema work is also locked to the UI. Certain things, like creating relationship attributes between objects, can only be done in the interface and not through the API, which slows down building or replicating a workspace programmatically. A few of the field value formats are also finicky and not obvious until you've hit the error a couple of times.

Reporting is still maturing. It covers the basics well, but if you need deep, highly customized dashboards it's not yet at the level of the older, heavier CRMs. Pricing per seat can also add up quickly as you bring a whole team on, so it's worth planning seat count before you scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio solves the problem of a CRM that can't match how a business actually operates. Before, the choice was either a rigid off-the-shelf CRM that forced awkward workarounds, or a spreadsheet that fell apart the moment relationships between records got complex. Neither scaled.

With Attio, the CRM maps directly to the real business, custom objects for the things that matter, clean relationships linking them, and everything stays connected. That removes the constant workarounds and the duplicate data entry that came with forcing a business into a generic contact and deal model. Reporting and day to day lookups are faster because the data is structured correctly from the start.

The built-in AI and enrichment also cut down manual research. Pulling in company details and surfacing context on records that used to be a manual, tab-hopping task now happens inside the tool, which saves real time every week. The net benefit is a system people actually trust and use, less time spent fighting the tool or cleaning up data, and faster onboarding of new records and workflows. "Attio: The Best Single Source of Truth with Game-Changing AI Workflows"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I love how Attio is a single source of truth for everything in our organization, and that AI is an integrated aspect of every part. The new workflows have been an absolute game changer, and adding our own models that we want to use into separate agents is even more helpful. Overall, Attio as a single source of truth is the best in the game right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The downsides of using Attio are that it's not as developed in niche areas as maybe some other legacy CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. For instance, the permission granting and restricting certain people from seeing certain attributes of objects is pretty surface level right now and gets us by, but it definitely could be better. There also aren't as many integrations quite yet with Attio as there are in legacy CRMs, but that's to be expected at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio solves the problem of "Where is my information, and how do I access it quickly to action that information?" Other CRMs are a manual process, or they're very clunky and bulky. What Attio does better than the others is that it is the single source of truth. I can map as customized things as possible to fit my workflow, to fit my company and my pipeline, and I can connect all of my AI tools to it to pull out very in-depth information. "Fantastic All-in-One CRM with Intuitive Workflows and Powerful AI Agents"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I really enjoy the 'ask attio' feature and how intuitive it is when putting together the perfect workflow suited for my business needs. Attio's custom AI agents make the workflows so seamless and has been a tremendous help in overcoming persistent roadblocks. As for Attio in general, it is absolutely fantastic and its all-in-one features make being a CRM developer an enjoyable experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Sometimes workflows can lag behind and aren't as fast as other CRM tools when it comes to execution. However, this is directed towards dense workflows so it is not something I am overly fussed about. Also, Attio needs to allow lists to connect to other objects instead of just one in particular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was assigned a project by my sales team in which they wanted to connect form submissions to submissions found prior in the 'People' and 'Companies' objects. Due to this, I needed attio to find records in which company names were the same. The problem was that companies would spell their names differently, perhaps with lower cases or upper cases or maybe even missing a letter. Under normal circumstances I definitely would not have been able to create a workflow in which all of those company names could be found similar until I assigned the task to the custom AI agents in the workflow builder. The task was solved so quickly I was over the moon at having the burden lifted off my shoulders. Now the workflow executes perfectly and we no longer have trouble matching company names. "Highly Customizable but Lacks Industry-Specific Templates"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

The biggest win for our studio is Attio’s completely open, customizable database architecture. You don’t need developers or coding knowledge to redesign how your data lives inside the platform. During our retail‑brand commercial photoshoot, I built distinct linked record sets for brand clients, freelance photographers, shoot venues, retouching checkpoints and final image delivery deadlines, all housed inside one shared workspace. Our producers and studio coordinators can pull up a client entry and instantly view their full shoot timeline, assigned talent and outstanding deliverables, no steep learning curve required. Tying contact profiles directly to shoot‑specific tasks eliminates the chaos of jumping between dozens of disjointed spreadsheets, and cuts down hours of manual cross‑referencing work for our lean creative staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Where Attio falls flat is for real‑world creative‑studio workflows, mainly missing industry templates and limited reporting functionality. On that retail‑brand photoshoot engagement, I had to construct every single custom field and record relationship manually; there are zero out‑of‑the‑box templates built for tracking photoshoots, freelance talent rates, shoot‑day call times or image output milestones. The built‑in reporting options are overly generic, they cannot produce clean stakeholder‑ready summaries, forcing us to export raw data over to Google Sheets every single time we wrap a shoot for brand clients. Bulk batch‑editing multiple shoot records also feels slow and cumbersome. Our team would hugely benefit from pre‑built photography‑focused templates and more robust bulk‑edit functionality to cut repetitive admin labour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Attio, our project data was scattered across separate spreadsheets, simple note docs and scattered email threads. We regularly risked overlooking shoot prep deadlines or misplacing freelance photographer contract details. Attio consolidates client contacts, shoot briefs, talent assignments and project milestones all within one collaborative workspace, so every team member can check project status in real time. Its no‑code custom database saves us the pain of wrestling with rigid off‑the‑shelf CRM systems that are built for sales teams, not creative studios. Even with those advantages, its lack of photography‑oriented reporting still means we must export datasets externally to assemble formal client sign‑off documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features for lead tracking and sales call integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

Attio makes it easy to see where leads are in our sales process, and it also helps me understand where they came from by using the drag and drop tagging feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Sometimes it can be challenging to see the date in which our lead came in. This can make it hard to determine ROI across multiple months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio is helping myself and my team collaborate more effectively. Support is also very helpful when we come across any issues or gaps we want to fill. The performance of the product is reliable, I've never ran into any issues where it was down or not working. The AI portion of the product has provided us with valuable ROI, cutting down on the time it takes our team to analyze the sales funnel. The product also has multiple integrations that make it easy to track sales calls from multiple places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable CRM with Setup Challenges"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I use Attio for CRM and maintaining our pipeline and contact-companies for B2B sales. I like that it helps track multiple email threads and assign tasks to owners while keeping everything visible to everybody. I appreciate the customizability of Attio. The AI is very intuitive and makes it easy to customize the integration without needing to review the whole record history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The reports are limited. There should be built-in sales metrics for regular tracking. Initially, it was challenging as there weren't a lot of training materials, onboarding support was limited, and setting up Attio affected productivity since we didn't want to invest a lot of time to learn this new tool and it's very different from the old one, so there was a lot to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Attio for B2B sales CRM, maintaining pipelines, and managing contact-company relationships. It helps me track multiple email threads, assign tasks, and keep everything visible to everyone. I enjoy the UI/UX as it is easy to navigate after a couple of usage. The AI also loads the call summaries fast so it is great for notetaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The only natural (dare I say fun) CRM I've ever used"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I use Attio to run our business, and it's the best tool we've seen for integrating AI into our flow. I love the fact that I can be just five minutes away from a call, look at my past conversations, and get help prepping for the call. The call recorder is integrated and does so much of my job for me by letting me know who I'm talking to, what they want to hear, and what we talked about last time. It's a game changer for us because I can look at past calls, transcripts, and everything's in Attio. The whole context for the company is available, directly connecting to our Codex and Cloud instances. I get timely reminders, use voice commands with the AI, and it seamlessly integrates everything into the CRM. Attio helps us stay organized, and is a crucial part of my tech stack. The initial setup was plenty easy, thanks to helpful onboarding calls. I'm a big fan of Attio because I like the vibe, the price, and the functionality—it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I feel like you have to click a few too many times to see the details. Things are configurable, and as I build it out, I'm creating the pages I want to see, like surfacing phone numbers for team members. The integration with Quo is good, but it's not as seamless as I would like. I'd like to be on the team page, hit Quo, and then queue up the phone numbers. So I guess that's more of a feature request than an issue. It's customizable, but I think it'd be really cool if it could be more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Attio to manage customer status, prep for calls, track sales deals, and integrate with our phone system. It reduces CRM time, allows for natural workflow with AI voice commands, organizes contacts, and provides timely reminders, making my work efficient and seamless. "Customizable CRM with Some Integration Hiccups"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I like that Attio is very customizable and buildable, allowing me to house information the way I want it. It's very clean, and the attributes and objects are very helpful and easy to add. It helps me stay organized and lets me see the history of communication between candidates and myself or a lead and our team. It saves me time by not having to go back and forth between emails. I also find it very simple and intuitive to set up, which I picked up in one day. Everything is customizable with permissions, and the ability to add lists and do many different things is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Yeah. So I've been handling some of the sales operational side of things and maintaining, like, CRM hygiene. And what we have seen as an issue is in the calls, sometimes they automatically tie to a company record, and sometimes they don't. This causes us issues because if a company isn't tied to a specific call, we're not getting the whole picture. Sometimes it's automatically tagged, but other times it's not. If they're not tied to the deal record, it makes it hard for us to see the picture. I've had to spend time manually entering them in, which is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio solves the issue of having all my recruiting stuff in one place, showing where candidates are in the pipeline, and linking emails, conversations, and meeting transcripts. It saves time by not needing endless emails and helps me stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
