## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. Affordable and User-Friendly CRM, Needs Email Sequencing Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate Attio's fantastic pricing. It's amazingly well-priced compared to alternatives in the market, like HubSpot, which makes it a cost-effective choice since I don't have to pay for every single little feature. Additionally, it has a really quick and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies everything for me.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Email sequencing could be better with a hard lock of 12 emails an hour. It means that we have to move over to another email platform in order to do our email marketing. That would be something to be able to do on Attio, which would be fantastic.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us manage data reliably, allowing our AI systems to use it and enables us to quickly see how our go-to-market strategies are performing.

 ### 2. Highly Customizable CRM, Smooth Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew D. | Fractional COO/CoS and Executive Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the ability to customize the CRM in Attio and the clear way it provides to track data. It lets me ensure the structure feels right and relevant, making it customized and easy to upload, manage, and track data. Additionally, it integrates well with Google and Zoom. For my account, the initial setup was straightforward, and the onboarding calls helped clarify my questions.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It can feel overwhelming in terms of Attio-specific language and views, but once you know it, it's digestible and useful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM needs, managing prospective clients, deals, participant and alumni data. It helps in identifying who to reach out to, potential leads, contracts, and tracking specific contract opportunities.

 ### 3. AI-Native CRM with Smooth Integration but Limited Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio's easy-to-use interface and its AI-native capabilities, which support my business in operating as an AI-native infrastructure. It also enables higher adoption across my team and reduces the number of manual steps, making team members more effective. The seamless integration with other tools and workflows, and the ability to plug in Claude skills, are incredibly useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find Attio's limited analytics and forecasting a bit concerning. As my organization grows, I worry that Attio might have a ceiling in terms of its capabilities. Also, while the initial setup was relatively easy, it still required a lot of customization initially.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio makes things seamless by integrating skills and connecting to other tools, which reduces manual steps and boosts team effectiveness. Its easy-to-use interface and AI-native design enhance adoption across the team, enabling streamlined CRM workflow and operations.

 ### 4. Clear, Organized, and Effortlessly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yessica M. | Head of Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how everything is organized and easy to use. The layout feels clear and user-friendly, which makes it simple to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

At the moment, there isn’t anything I dislike.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us keep our pipelines organised and up to date, and it also keeps our contacts in order.

 ### 5. Customizable CRM with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bastien V. | Growth Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the possibility to customise the data model in Attio, as it's pivotal for our needs. Their REST API and webhooks features are very well documented and make automation a breeze. The UI/UX is slick and modern, which really matters at the end of the day. I appreciate the numerous shortcuts they have implemented to navigate the interface quickly. The 'merge record' feature is fantastic for handling duplicates on-the-fly. The documentation is perfect, making the initial setup easy. They have a great support team and they ship updates effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think they could improve filtered views of records, like having a 'filter by me' option that would display the right records depending on who's logged in. I would also love to be able to filter tasks more granularly and see those that have been created via API/workflows and those that have been created manually. I would love more granularity on the events that can trigger webhooks: at the moment, there is nothing more granular than 'record creation' for instance, but I'd like to specify what kind of record, in order not to spam my webhooks. Last but not least, a deeper integration with Granola, that would automatically detect duplicate transcripts (if multiple people recorded the same meeting) and above all, whose transcripts would be accessible to Ask Attio (Attio's built-in AI). Most of the sales context is present in these meeting notes. The inability to tap into that content yet is the bottleneck.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps keep our GTM organised and time-efficient, acts as a single point of truth for sales, and allows customisation of data schemas for different go-to-market models.

 ### 6. Customizable CRM Perfect for Small Nonprofits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What stands out the most about Attio is its ability to customize pretty much everything, starting from attributes to custom reports. Everything is downloadable via CSVs and it's fairly open as a platform. It's fairly easy to integrate with Power BI or Excel, which helps connect with other people in my organization who are not on the CRM. Attio also has many features that more expensive CRMs have. The initial setup was very easy and fun. The platform is very much customizable, and the onboarding was fairly simple. I was able to build feature by feature what was required for our business processes. The integration with Power BI and offline Excel was pretty straightforward to set up and secure, which was perfect.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find it a bit annoying that there's no field to input extension numbers within a contact. Right now, it's only using the 10-digit format for phone numbers, which is a bit of a pain because many times there are extension numbers needed.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solved our lack of a CRM by replacing our Excel-based contacts management, and its cost is very reasonable for the value it provides our business.

 ### 7. Intuitive CRM with Stellar UI; Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner B. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the UI of the platform because it makes everything clear and distinct without being overwhelming like some other CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce. This makes it easier for me to track my clients and where they are in their deals, specifically in the pipeline or renewal phase, providing a better overall experience. I also find the initial setup of Attio easy, despite having to copy and paste initially, which was more of an internal task for us.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think more notes areas would be great.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to easily track sales pipeline status, checking if leads are warm, cold, hot, or closing. It helps monitor client renewal timelines to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities. We're also exploring integrations with AI agents.

 ### 8. Robust Sales CRM with a Slightly Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that with Attio, we have all of our inboxes connected, which helps ingest and organize all of our contacts. It's great for handling reporting through Attio. I also find the call recording feature really valuable because it allows us to easily record all of our sales calls, and having the transcripts is great. I enjoy that we can automatically generate summaries and insights based on various transcript-based templates.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The initial configuration of the various object types was a little bit confusing. And, also, I think the automations could be improved a little bit to be a bit more straightforward in terms of the logical conditional state.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as our primary sales CRM to track people and companies, manage our sales pipeline, and handle reporting. It helps organize all our contacts and facilitates inbound sales tracking through forms.

 ### 9. Solid CRM with Strong UX, Needs Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martinho C. | PT Country launcher

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think the UX of Attio works super well. It combines features of tools like Excel that I'm already used to with additional tools that enhance my experience and allow me to extract more value. I also really like the connectivity, as it integrates seamlessly with emails, LinkedIn, and other websites, which all works super well.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think workflows are not incredible. Definitely, they are improving, but they're still a lot of spice there. And although they have been improving a lot the latency, I still feel that if you want to build, like, a database or not, you would etcetera, as we did it. The way you work on the database is still a bit slow. Migration would need to improve that. It was not super easy. They helped us a lot. They had a person trying to help us, but definitely, I think that migration was the biggest issue.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a CRM for my VC firm, solving data scatter by acting as our single source of truth. It helps with deal flow management, portfolio management, and outbound initiatives to reach other companies.

 ### 10. Effortless CRM with Stellar Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles g.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio much nicer to use than other CRM systems. It doesn't feel like a hardship or pain to use, and I always discover more features each time I use it. I think the integrations are fantastic, and the integration we use with Granola is very, very good. Within two clicks, I can have the transcript of a call directly linked to the profile of the person I had the call with, which is really good.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find setting up workflows and sequences can be quite confusing because there are so many ways to effectively do the same thing. Sometimes it's hard to get your head around it. More integrations, especially with Luma or email newsletter systems like Beehive, would be really good and make a big difference.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio consolidates all our information in one place, helping us track potential clients and event attendees. It's saving a significant amount of time and effort for us.

 ### 11. Powerful CRM Integration, Requires Experts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the ability to structure the CRM like a database or a diagram. It is truly useful because it allows us to have a structure similar to the main database of our application. This is crucial for us, since we use a SaaS. I can say that the configuration of the backend and database side is quite intuitive, even though we are talking about complex things. It is necessary for an expert team to configure it so that it aligns with the classic database paradigms.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Probably the Ariachment is a bit too aggressive based on user emails and in some cases risks being a bit misleading. Furthermore, the configuration of the webhooks must be done directly by, and not also from a graphical interface, which makes this aspect a bit problematic.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves the problem of integration between heterogeneous systems, facilitating communication between sales flows and the backend.

 ### 12. Customizable CRM with Desktop Edge, Lacking Mobile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find the way we can customize different views in Attio to be really revolutionary and good for us. It gives us confidence to handle specific customer segments by creating sequences or workflows around them. That's something we do all the time, and it works really well. I use the customer success list as a whole customer journey for all our customers, and that's the view that I look into the most. The initial setup of Attio was real easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the phone app really lacks the features I need. I can't send emails through it. I don't use the phone app at all because it's really, really limited.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio's customizable views are great for us, allowing targeted actions and workflows for specific customer segments, which we do confidently.

 ### 13. Intuitive and Easy-to-Use — Keeps Our Team Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen V. | Matchmaking Screening Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It's very easy to use and keeps things organized for me and my team. Very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing I can note as of yet but I just started using it

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our pipeline and contacts so our team can all be on the same page

 ### 14. Familiar Google Docs-Style Layout, but Editing Mode Could Be Clearer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase G. | Engineer Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The layout is similar to google docs, so it's familiar to use

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's not super clear that you can just start editing it, I feel like there should be a view/edit mode

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us organize documentation of our business

 ### 15. Streamlined CRM with Intuitive Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's easy-to-learn user interface. I was able to learn everything I needed in less than ten minutes, which makes it great for new users. It provides my team with a streamlined tool for automating a lot of our sales and business development activities, making our processes much more efficient. I also find the listing functionality very helpful, as it allows me to easily move targets and clients from one list to another as they progress through our company's pipeline. Additionally, the initial setup of Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

N/A

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage sales leads and contract management, and it automates sales and business development tasks, making pipeline management seamless.

 ### 16. Streamlined Solo Practice with AI-Driven CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio really easy to use, which is great for me as a solo practitioner. The built-in AI functionality has been great and it has made my job more efficient and easier. Setting up Attio was very easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think they should spend more time on the web viewing functionality. It would be helpful to wrap text in table views. The reporting features could be better; it's not super easy to create reports. I'd also like to have my reports emailed to me on a regular cadence.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me automate workflows and is easy to use, making it simple for me as a solo practitioner to have a CRM. The built-in AI functionality is great and has made my job more efficient and easier.

 ### 17. Dynamic CRM with Valuable Connectivity Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooks D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think the connectivity feature in Attio has been really valuable for understanding who is connected to every different prospect and being able to monitor relationship mapping. This feature has been valuable in providing a clear understanding of connections and relationships.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

One thing I don't like is the email syncing feature because it doesn't really provide any value. It feels like you are taking a lot of the data, which seems a little parasitic, to be honest. I think automating a lot of the features and capturing process would be much more valuable.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track fundraising activities, streamline event organization, and enhance prospect relationship mapping. It integrates with Slack and has made the CRM process more dynamic and user-friendly compared to Salesforce, especially with features like connectivity and ease of setup.

 ### 18. The most flexible and powerful CRM our team has ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio has completely transformed how our team manages relationships and deals. The flexibility of the data model is outstanding — we can customize objects, attributes, and views to match exactly how we work rather than forcing our processes into a rigid CRM structure. The real-time collaboration features mean our whole team is always on the same page, and the automatic data enrichment saves us hours every week. The integrations with tools like Gmail and Slack work seamlessly, and the AI-powered features help surface insights we would have otherwise missed. The UI is clean, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use every day.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The mobile app could use some polish — it's functional but doesn't quite match the smoothness of the desktop experience. Reporting and analytics dashboards are still somewhat limited compared to more established CRMs, though the team seems to be iterating quickly. There's also a slight learning curve when first setting up custom objects, but once you understand the model it's very powerful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Attio, we were juggling spreadsheets and a legacy CRM that didn't reflect how our team actually works. Attio solved our biggest pain point: visibility across the full customer lifecycle. Now our sales, success, and partnerships teams all operate from a single source of truth. We've cut the time spent on manual data entry by roughly 40% thanks to automatic enrichment and email sync, and our pipeline review meetings are far more productive because everyone has real-time access to the same data. Deal velocity has also improved because nothing slips through the cracks anymore.

 ### 19. Intuitive Interface, Exceptional Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre-William P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio's user interface, its flexibility, and the fundamental logic behind its construction. The workflows are another aspect I appreciate, as well as its very open API. Attio's flexibility allows us to adjust the CRM according to our business model, which is particularly useful for representing complex data. The openness of the API allows us to connect Attio to many other systems, and the app SDK gives us the opportunity to develop custom applications, which saves us from having to pay for other solutions. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The sequence tool is rather simplistic and could be improved a bit.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to structure our data, centralize client communications and contacts. It offers a flexible user interface and allows the creation of applications based on our non-SaaS business model, saving on other solutions.

 ### 20. User-Friendly and Intuitive, Perfect for Workflow Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is user-friendly, very easy to follow, and intuitive. It's very clean and minimalistic. This makes it valuable because you're able to have a more receptive approach when transferring to this platform, so it's not difficult for any team or company. The interface being so friendly, clean, and easygoing is a very valuable feature. The initial setup was extremely easy to log in and get adjusted to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think that there could be enhancements in the how-to steps similar to Notion. They do have more interactive features where they show you tips and tricks in how to use what type of features.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to organize everything at work, streamline tasks in one place, and maintain deadlines and schedules efficiently. It helps in keeping workflows and appointments organized and timely.

 ### 21. Efficient Data Management, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio's user interface and how it connects with Claude through a connector to query datasets quickly. I'm easily able to analyze large sets of data for call transcripts and deals with customers.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio doesn't have any native integrations with the platforms that we need them for, like any sales engagement or revenue intelligence platforms. There's a lot of ways that the data isn't being captured, and exclusion lists are really difficult to pair with our sales engagement platforms.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps with clean data infrastructure and call transcripts that are attributed to deals. I'm easily able to analyze large sets of data for call transcripts and deals with customers.

 ### 22. Promising AI Assistant, But Migration and Categorization Still a Work in Progress

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The AI assistant seems like its going to be really helpful once we have all of our migration completed,

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's still very new to my organization. We are coming off of Salesforce so there is a lot of catagorization, in some cases too many that are unnecessary

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a CRM that was more universal. We had a lot of issues with Salesforce and nothing CSMs could really rely on. Attio does seem like it will be useful for more than just the sales team

 ### 23. Streamlined CRM with Stellar Support, Minor Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa S. | Operations Lead for AR Growth

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like that Attio takes my emails and all of my colleagues' emails, so we can all see what's going on. It makes it easier to reach out and learn about our customers. The setup is pretty simple and the customer care team is super helpful and attentive. They're able to answer any questions I have, which makes it really easy to set up on your own.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The base plan for its AI system with tokens is pretty limited. Sometimes filtering through our customers only lets us see the last interaction, but it doesn't show the last time they've interacted with us, which means we have to get creative with our workarounds.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to solve team communication and efficiency issues, ensuring we're all updated on customer interactions and reducing repetitive outreach with its email system, which also automates outreach processes.

 ### 24. Blazing-Fast CRM with Easy Custom Objects, Built-In Call Recording, and Expert Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristian S. | Chief Sales Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The speed of using the tool, it's way faster than Hubspot and SalesForce.
The custom objects and how easy it is to setup new data objects.
That we were working with a solution expert that helps us get value, this is way better than what you get from other CRM solutions.
The call recording. That you don't need another tool for this, and everything is connected.
The pricing was very good comparing to similar solutions.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

We built a custom object for calls, I think this should have been in Attio by itself.
We also need to build the lead object, to collect proper data on inbounds.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting:
communication data, connected with product data, connected with invoice data, connected with marketing data, connected with classic CRM data. This is extremely powerful, especially with the AI running on top.

 ### 25. User-Friendly CRM, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio user-friendly and appreciate its ease of use for creating profiles of companies with multiple aspects related to each one. It's easy to know who I've had conversations or meetings with in the past, which helps me stay on top of timelines. Also, it was quite straightforward to set up Attio, and the switch from Notion allowed us to structure our data more easily.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's not the easiest to integrate and overlap with other apps and tools that I use. I wish it were easier to combine with other tools like Granola for automatic note saving or Calendly for meeting booking.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to organize notes, track timelines, and stay on top of relationships. It's user-friendly for creating profiles with multiple aspects and helps me know past conversations and meetings.

 ### 26. Effortless CRM with AI-Powered Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nurzhan O. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio as a CRM and for call recordings. I find its UI and AI capabilities very good, offering a much better and flexible experience. It's easier to tweak fields, manage opportunities, and I find call summaries very useful. The AI makes good summaries as per the template we set up. The initial setup of Attio for our team was pretty easy. Compared to our previous product, Attio is less expensive, faster, and has AI capabilities, providing all functionality in one place.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

None

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM and call recordings. It solves CRM-related issues, offering a better experience with its flexible UI and AI capabilities. It's easier to tweak fields, manage opportunities, and provide useful call summaries. It's more cost-effective and integrated than previous CRM we used.

 ### 27. Effortless Setup with Useful Automation, Lacks Advanced Custom Metrics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the ease of use for setup and the basic features around automations in Attio. The workflows and hooks are definitely a highlight as they connect well to our custom software. The integration with a calling and texting tracking system was a significant factor for our team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I couldn't track and create custom metrics like a weighted sales pipeline based on probability of close or a map to show where leads were located (other than country). We weren't able to get everything we wanted so we opted to make our own solution.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM in our security guard company, helping track a high volume of leads for our small sales team. It's easy to set up, and I like the automation features and how workflows connect to our custom software.

 ### 28. Efficient Lead Tracking, Needs Better Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** xFigura I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio gives us accurate reports about our business. I appreciate the feature of tagging important tasks to co-workers so they won't fall out, which helps us stay organized and keep things on track. Additionally, I enjoy that it can connect to Calendly, which is quite handy. The initial setup was easy, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The reminder doesn't pop out automatically, so you have to go to a certain task to see what's happening.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to generate leads, manage client files, and monitor prospects. It provides accurate business reports and tagging helps us stay organized.

 ### 29. Effective CRM Tool with Intuitive Integration but Requires Adjustment

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is not Salesforce. I appreciate that it has integrations with things like Clay and is expanding those connections by the day. Attio is intuitive, and the help guides are super useful, especially for someone who's just started.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think it's mainly just the pain of learning a new CRM. When you're used to HubSpot or Salesforce, it just feels daunting to have to build a sales organization and tell reps they need to learn a new system. So I think that's sort of the main pain.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio allows us to track and monitor all leads, forecast the pipeline, and acts as a single source of truth for our sales organization.

 ### 30. Powerful Chrome Integration, extensive API, and powerful AI features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niccolò S. | General Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The best features include the native integration in Chrome, the API, the call intelligence feature, and the new conversational AI integrations. The tool is complete and rich, and enable our investment teams to work in a coordinated way.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The call intelligence feature feels a bit still in beta - in particular extracting, analyzing, and sharing the summary of a call is a bit clunky.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is helping us keeping track of our investment pipelines across 4 different investment verticals. The platform is seamlessly integrating in our workflows and is the daily point of contact of our investment teams.

 ### 31. Slick UI and Organizes Everything Well

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for customer management and it helps keep everything organized and clean. The UI feels so slick, I just love it. I appreciate how emails are linked in, meetings are seamlessly integrated, and everything I need is on one platform. I like the People tab too, where it shows everyone; I love it all. The setup was easy, like one click, which made the transition from doing everything manually to using Attio smooth and basic.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

N/A

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps keep everything organized and clean. I love how emails and meetings are linked on one platform, making it slick and easy to manage. The initial setup was a breeze, like a one-click setup.

 ### 32. Effortless Sales Tracking with Kanban Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to track my sales pipeline and deals and it helps me work in a simple way without a lot of noise. I like the Kanban pipeline view because it is SO easy to use. It summarizes deals by stage, shows only the details I need for a solid review, keeps opportunities well documented and fresh, and helps move things along. The initial setup of Attio was also very easy and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Out of the box reporting is a bit limited, but I think that's to be expected with new tools.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track my sales pipeline and deals. It helps me keep track of my deals, review everything simply without noise, and the Kanban pipeline view summarizes deals by stage, showing only necessary details to keep opportunities well-documented and fresh.

 ### 33. Progressive CRM with Room for Pricing Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristan B. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio's progressive user interface and its flexible model, which make it easy to use and responsive to user input. The AI injection or enrichment feature simplifies processes, reducing the workload and making our lives simpler. Overall, the usability of the UI makes for a much more enjoyable and pleasurable experience.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio has a multi-tiered pricing model, and while I understand why some features are locked, I think they're a bit too aggressive with feature toggles as you progress through the tiers. It can be detrimental to usage in the lower tiers, and the pricing is very aggressive, making it expensive to move up to the next tier.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for sales CRM, managing deal flow, and reporting. It simplifies tasks with AI enrichment and a flexible, progressive interface, making my work easier and more enjoyable.

 ### 34. Easy Custom Object Setup and Cross-Referenced Record Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will B. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Easy to set up objects customised to required attributes, then manage records cross referencing between them.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Workflow set-up is a bit clunky - would help if it has AI support for building, enhancing and fixing workflow issues.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highly customisable CRM that we use for plugging into our wider stack (Salesforge, Calendly, Mixpanel, etc) then track leads and their progress through funnels

 ### 35. Effortless Email Integration, Needs Customization Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the integration with email and calendar because it automatically integrates with our workflow. We don't have to search the CRM for information because it's already connected to our email, and we can send out messages, reminders, and follow-ups with our notes easily accessible in Attio.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's sometimes a little bit custom, and that requires somebody who knows how to set it up. So if that can be easier, that would be great. Within the workspace, some things can be put in lists, some things can be put in deals, and it's hard to know which is better without calling Attio customer support.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for planning events and keeping notes. It solves the problem of having a CRM while coordinating notes from different clients, leads, and meetings.

 ### 36. Streamlined Automation Beyond Traditional CRMs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark A. | Artificial Intelligence Operations Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its modern design, object-based data, and flexible user interface. The ease of navigation and the ability to link objects make my work more efficient. The modern API is another aspect I appreciate, as it allows for easier automation of the sales and customer care process compared to previous CRMs I've used. Setting up Attio was easy, which was a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like the need for more flexibility in the layout of data, particularly in reporting.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio manages the full cycle of pipeline, deals, and clients. It aids in automating sales and customer care, enabled by its architecture. I like its modern design, object-based data, flexible UI, and ease of navigation.

 ### 37. Attio’s Flexible CRM That Fits Your Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco S. | Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for my business and with my clients, and what I appreciate most is how flexible it is. A lot of CRMs push you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all setup, but Attio lets you build a system around your own data model and the way you already work, so it fits your processes instead of forcing you to change them.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the AI data enrichment could be improved, because it’s sometimes not accurate.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio brings together all our interactions and information about the companies and people we work with in one place. It’s become our single source of truth.

 ### 38. Effortless CRM with Stellar Collaboration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the automated data enrichment and clean UI of Attio, which helps me eliminate the need for manual data entry, especially for calendar and email syncs. The email integration is spot on and contributes to moving faster without administrative overhead. Plus, the collaborative aspect really makes working on projects much easier.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's hard to understand when you're just starting, with many useful features in unfamiliar places. Maybe a well-thought-out onboarding journey would be helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio eliminates manual data entry with calendar and email syncs, and its clean UI and automated data enrichment let me manage leads faster without admin overhead. I also use it for its collaborative aspect and email integration in potential sales.

 ### 39. Effective CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davinder K. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the user experience of Attio as it allows me to clearly review and map opportunities, gain insights from activities, and identify bottlenecks. The ability to structure contacts, companies, deals, and partners or create custom objects is very helpful. I can use lists to filter and segment data effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I feel that deal level opportunity management can be improved to be more like Salesforce or HubSpot. This would enhance the dashboarding capabilities and help me make more data-driven decisions to improve results.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me keep track of opportunities, provide deal-level context, and structure contacts, companies, and deals. I can clearly review mapped opportunities, gain insight from activity, identify bottlenecks, and filter using lists to segment data.

 ### 40. Modern Alternative to Salesforce with Initial Bugs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio is quite modern and fast, which I prefer over Salesforce since Salesforce is slow and clunky. The initial setup was seamless, just like modern SaaS software, which I like.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think very early on, it was extremely buggy. It's better right now, but that certainly was the case earlier. At the same time as I'm mentioning, it was extremely buggy at the start. Like, we would not believe that, hey. This is like a CRM software. Right? It is like a CRUD app. It's supposed to work fine.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio modern and fast compared to Salesforce, which feels slow and clunky. It solves general CRM needs like managing sales data.

 ### 41. All-In-One Platform with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nimish J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is an all-in-one platform that allows me to have everything pretty easily. It helps me put all my information into one pocket.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the user interface is a bit complicated to understand sometimes. Also, there are a lot of bugs and issues that I'm noticing. Even though it's a newer platform, the bugs tend to be quite a few. The initial setup wasn't that easy either.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me by consolidating all my information into one pocket, making it easily accessible on a good all-in-one platform.

 ### 42. Fast Info Discovery with Intuitive Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam D. | SVP Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I can actually find the information I need without burning time hunting for it, and customization is super intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The only remotely negative thing I can say is that the UI looks a little bland.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closing the gap between sales and marketing. We all see the same thing now.

 ### 43. Occasional Lag Hold Back, But Otherwise Solid Tool

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the integrations into email and all other parts of our software stack. The UI is solid and the support about pricing was done well. The AI also works fairly effectively with little hallucination.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think some of the UI/UX is a bit confusing to set up and it can be slow and laggy sometimes.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us set up out inbound pipeline for new revenue opportunities.

 ### 44. Flexible and Fast with Room for Improvement in Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon m. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio's flexible record layout, which I find particularly useful. Additionally, the initial setup was fast, helping me get started without delay. I'm very satisfied with how Attio manages my needs, as reflected in my high likelihood of recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Built in project management features

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to organize acquisition prospects, valuation discussions, and due diligence contacts and keep executive relationships linked to strategic customers.

 ### 45. Flexible, Scalable Platform with Practical AI Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Systems and Process Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Flexible and scalable platform. AI and automation where it's most effective (not just a chatbot). Tight integration with emails.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

No iPad app, and can't change the name of the default records (would be nice to change "Deals" to align with established organisational nomenclature). Webinars and support is not available in a convenient timezone (Australia-based organisation).

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordination of communications in a B2B environment. Ability to quickly pull and push bulk data through the platform. Automating collection of information related to people and businesses we work with regularly.

 ### 46. Intuitive Design, But Lacks Robust Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the UI of Attio and how it is easy to use. It looks clean and is easy to navigate and organize. Even though it resembles Notion, which I don't like, Attio works well for me because it's much easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I dislike that the sequences in Attio are 'god awful.' Having a link to unsubscribe makes it sound salesy and scammy, like it's marketing when it isn't. It's also not easy to navigate back to where you were when you're in a deal card. The workflows aren't great either because the integrations or platform capabilities are limited, such as not being able to call from the platform even with an API connection through something like Quo.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio provides a central database for our deals and helps organize them.

 ### 47. Dynamic and Customizable CRM with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is very dynamic and customizable. It allows me to put more things into the CRM and makes these elements more useful for our team members, like tracking relationships. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The workflow UI is really not intuitive, and I wish there was more automated features out of the box.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for managing my CRM and tracking launches. It solves problems by helping me track net new deals and the progress of launches.

 ### 48. All-in-One Sales Tool with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate having everything under one platform with Attio; it feels brilliant to have emails, sequences, meetings, and AI capabilities all integrated. I love the ease of use, especially when creating an email sequence. This allows me to map out full conversations over time, stay organized, and see what is working well. The features, AI, and integrations are better compared to what we had before, making a noticeable difference.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Breaking training up be segments so if I am in sales having training for that, if I am in customer success having training for that

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio brilliantly puts everything in one platform and allows me to map conversations over time, stay organized, and see what works well.

 ### 49. Flexible CRM with a Simple, Modern UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the flexibility of Attio. We've been able to easily build out a custom CRM that perfectly mimics our sales process, whereas with a lot of CRMs it would take weeks or months to create custom features and workflows. I also like the simple and modern UI because the UI is simple and seamless, which means we can spend more time selling, and our Ops team can focus on more strategic projects.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there were more report visuals, like bar charts, circle charts, timeline views, etc..

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps my sales team with deal organization, pipeline management, forecasting, and contact and lead tracking. It enables us to easily build a custom CRM, saving us time and allowing the Ops team to focus on strategic projects.

 ### 50. Seamless and Efficient All-in-One Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like that Attio is not slow compared to our previous system. It's able to handle all the things we put in there without crashing my computer, which is a huge plus. I also like being able to customize my dashboard the way I need, and someone else on my team might prefer a different view. It makes it easy for us. Tagging people and knowing exactly what they've been assigned has been really easy too.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Right now, there's just things that I haven't figured out yet.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps organize our work by keeping everything in one place for teams to view dashboards, see task ownership, and easily tag people for assignments.
