What do you like best about Approveit?

Approveit makes getting approvals quick and easy with a downloadable pdf with signature to upload for record keeping. Setup was easy, and their customer service is excellent - very quick to respond to every issue I've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Approveit?

The pdfs download with a % sign in the title, so I have to edit them every time before I can upload to QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use and functional approval solution"

What do you like best about Approveit?

We use Approveit to approve time offs and paychecks. We needed something more traceable and organized than DMs or email chains, yet simple. Setting up workflows we needed in Approveit was easy, and really didn't take much time. It is great to handle requests right from Slack. We've tried out the mobile app as well, and it made things even more convenient.

I love how straightforward it is. The app's UI leads you through all the setup steps logically, everything is clear and easy to find.

What do you dislike about Approveit?

"Solid product and customer-centered approach"

What do you like best about Approveit?

Approveit offered the "Mailbox" feature that allowed us to build the process exactly the way we wanted, and Approveit's customer support was helping us set things up live via Zoom. We required customization of the PDF approval confirmation file which was provided for us quickly. The choice of the communication channel for each approver individually is very useful. What do you dislike about Approveit?

Minor bugs occurred here and there, but the team was always quick to react and resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Approveit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed an approval solution that would seamlessly integrate into our software kit and allow us to include people from outside of the company in the approval process. Approveit gave us the opportunity to do so. Requests come in through email, get processed in Slack, and upon approval a Jira ticket gets created. Minimum manual copy-pasting is required now, and it reduced the percent of errors in tickets significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
