The search function for vendor names could also be improved. **What problems is Approveit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It streamlines the approval process for company purchases within the Accounts Payable workflow. Setup was easy, and their customer service is excellent - very quick to respond to every issue I've had. **What do you dislike about Approveit?** The pdfs download with a % sign in the title, so I have to edit them every time before I can upload to quickbooks. **What problems is Approveit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing me to secure supervisor signature prior to processing invoices for payment. ### 3. We needed something more traceable and organized than DMs or email chains, yet simple. Setting up workflows we needed in Approveit was easy, and really didn't take much time. It is great to handle requests right from Slack. We've tried out the mobile app as well, and it made things even more convenient. I love how straightforward it is. The app's UI leads you through all the setup steps logically, everything is clear and easy to find. Mobile app was great news, since we handle many business processes on the go. **What do you dislike about Approveit?** The functionality of the mobile app is limited at the moment, we'd love to be able to create workflows and edit requests there as well. We required customization of the PDF approval confirmation file which was provided for us quickly. The choice of the communication channel for each approver individually is very useful. **What do you dislike about Approveit?** Minor bugs occurred here and there, but the team was always quick to react and resolve them. **What problems is Approveit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed an approval solution that would seamlessly integrate into our software kit and allow us to include people from outside of the company in the approval process. Approveit gave us the opportunity to do so. Requests come in through email, get processed in Slack, and upon approval a Jira ticket gets created.
