Yeah, from my analysis, the clock usually runs out on alignment, not on data collection. Discovery is fast now; some of these tools have your portfolio mapped inside a day, but a defensible go or no-go still waits on people agreeing on what the findings mean, and that conversation doesn&#39;t compress just because the scan finished early. What you tend to walk out of the window with is a strong shortlist and a clear picture of the messy applications, not a signed decision. The oldest, most tangled systems are what decide whether that shortlist becomes a yes.
