What do you like best?

I appreciate the desktop dialer as it speeds up calling process

What do you dislike?

The call quality is frequently poor and the interface isn’t easy to use or quick. Lots of wasted time and frustration.

Streamlining sales process, especially outbound calling

"Horrible customer service"

What do you like best?

Easy to use VOIP system - we used this for almost 7 years and it worked "ok". Sound quality was not the best.

What do you dislike?

After 6.5 years, we decided to swtich VOIP companies, and they informed us we were in breach of "contract" and we had to pay over $500 to leave. We were not aware we were under "Contract" that renewed each year. We were NEVER notified either via email or mail that we were renewing our "contract". We were never asked.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be sure to read the fine print of your contract!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None any more - their phone system worked fine but was expensive.

What VoIP solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!

"8x8 communications"

What do you like best?

I liked that this app was able to be used on computer, mobile and via tablet. You had access to it at all the major devices.

What do you dislike?

I think that this product lacks many things to be bale to compete with the larger dialers in the sales world. Their integrations are funky with SFDC and even on the mobile version.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Dialer for making phone calls as well as sending texts
