What do you like best about ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management?

I have used the entire suite of ServiceNow, which includes Risk Management. It helps me follow up on all my incidents, problems, and tasks in one consolidated portal. I find it easy to use and easy to track issues and updates with notes. Reporting is very good. The initial setup was easy with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
