Josh Harris, the sales rep was unclear with my team on the timeline as the renewal approached and then suddenly was like "sorry, you autorenewed, too bad" I recommend immediately canceling after signing to avoid renewal hassles like this. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a central, trackable place for training new employees and managers **Official Response from Robin Nichols:** > Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Customer support is good. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** We are unable to integrate the onboarding/offboarding LMS process with our HRIS, which makes managing this system more manual and difficult. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides us with a central LMS to publish all of our training to.
