no hassle shipment solutions, and good tracking of shipments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Ship?

When calling in to customer service, which I had to do only once. People there should be a little more willing to help and fix the issue rather than just say it back to the customer, you made a mistake.

Well, that is the reason we are calling to FIX IT! but generally calling in is not required it is pretty simple to use and fix problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We worked hard to make the shipping interface easy to use and contain all your same day/next day and LTL carriers all in one place. The tracking functionality is pretty good as you have noted, customers love how they can track all shipments with all their carriers in one screen. They never have track one shipment at a time and it's a thing of the past! Sorry to hear you had this experience and we have to say that is out of the ordinary. We have a 4,5/5 star rating for customer support and typically we get glowing reviews about our technical support team.

Thank you for the great feedback Umair. We're pleased to say that we now have easy pick options that make it more accessible from the main shipping screen. You can arrange a pick up for your package without calling it in. Lastly, you will find 2Ship to be one of Canada Post's approved TMS partners on their partner page.

What do you like best about 2Ship?

the layout of the old onHold ship screen, Clean and fits my browser window nicely. The new version is too cluttered to use on screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Ship?

That awful chat tab. It's always in the way, and it's always offline for the afternoon shift. Dislike the response time when the 2ship server goes down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the great feedback Chris. The new 2Ship interface for on hold is going to be improved and glad you like using this functionality to help you create labels in batches saving you time! The support team can change the positioning of the chat box and you can just make that request to them and our support is available from 9-6 EST, so we're there in the afternoon. Glad that the email label functionality has saved you time and money!

I really like the ease of the system and the reports that it gives me. I can track when shipments are delivered and when they are not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This gives users to track all shipments with carriers that are connected to 2Ship. The full address can be captured from the database that you import into 2Ship and would be happy to show you how so you wouldn't have to enter this manually.

What do you like best about 2Ship?

Working with the implementation team to integrate 2-Ship into our existing customer software was extremely easy and professional. During the testing phase, they were always open to changes and suggestions of improving the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Ship?

On occasion, the rating can be slow, but that is not always the problem of the software. Carrier Company sites to provide the rates are sometimes to blame. (IE: UPS, Purolator, CPC) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the awesome review! You are 100 % regarding Purolator and CPC, their web service tends to be a little slower sometimes. however, they recognize this and looking to improve their service.
