**What do you like best about 22miles?**

Since 2020, 22Miles has been an outstanding partner for our digital signage needs. Their team has consistently gone above and beyond—always available, always supportive, and always willing to dive into even the craziest of ideas to help bring a vision to life.

I want to give special recognition to Troy Hanna, whose dedication and support over the years have been nothing short of amazing. No matter the day or time, Troy has been there to ensure our projects are a success.

If you are looking to deliver cutting-edge, experiential digital signage solutions, I would highly recommend 22Miles. They’re more than just a provider—they’re a true partner.

The software does not work in the MAC enviorment

**What do you like best about 22miles?**

We operate in the rental and staging market, and 22Miles has become an essential partner for us. Their software serves as both a powerful design suite and an all-in-one resource, allowing us to create engaging content for touchscreens, kiosks, and LED walls to support our clients.

When projects become complex or our workload gets heavy, their development team is available for contract and steps in seamlessly to extend our capabilities. The balance between professional-grade product features, personalized training, and direct support is unmatched.

The software itself is intuitive to develop in and easy to deploy, but what truly sets 22Miles apart is their team. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to supporting our success have been second to none.

**What do you dislike about 22miles?**

No real issues. I have team members that required more training that others. Like many other tools in our industry, the system can be very complex to a new user, but quickly has become second nature to our development team.

**What problems is 22miles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Display content deployment in our industry required users to be on site and physically interact with the unit. Now, once the unit in on site and connected to the internet, our developers can connect to it from anywhere. The client requested changes and updates can happen even when our onsite team cannot access the space. This becomes very useful when you have to have venue representation in a space you are working in.

Their design team and customer service are quick and responsive.

**What do you dislike about 22miles?**

There is sometimes a long delay from when we remove the banners on the portal to when it comes off the actual monitor.

**What problems is 22miles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They effectively streamlined our processes. Instead of updating 2 calendars, they integrated one calendar into their platform - complete with our branding. This was a huge time saver and assures that our front desk and the public have our schedule of activities in real time.

**What do you like best about 22miles?**

How amazing is digital signage, but more impressive is the ease that 22 Miles gives when creating your dream boards! They listened to us, created for us and made Casey Coffee Company stand out with our menu boards! The boards communicate everything we offer and our flow seemlessly!

**What do you dislike about 22miles?**

Dislike is a strong word. Maybe that we have so much information the fonts sometimes seem small. That's a "us" problem.

**What problems is 22miles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We troubleshoot together and work on creating the best menu boards possible by changing the layouts, and verbiage and uploading pictures seasonally. Kortney is always available to help and make corrections when we change out our sips! Being creative and changing is something our customers most look forward to!
