**What do you like best about 1mind?**

What I like best is the fundamental shift in our pipeline quality. 1mind is not just a chatbot; it's a dedicated, 24/7, multi-tasking lead qualification team.

The Superhuman is truly proficient at retaining complex product knowledge. By the time a prospect books a meeting with one of our Account Executives, they aren't just a name who filled out a form—they are a highly qualified, discovery-stage prospect ready for a meaningful sales conversation. This has dramatically increased the efficiency and morale of our sales team.

I also have to call out the 1mind implementation team. They didn't just hand us a product; they partnered with us to build out a robust implementation and testing strategy that aligned with our revenue goals. That level of partnership was key to our success.

**What do you dislike about 1mind?**

My only "dislike" is really about anticipating future features that will make the platform even stronger. Right now, to get the absolute maximum performance, we rely on the 1mind team for certain backend tasks.

I’m looking forward to the rollout of the self-service analytics and training portal. Being able to give our internal team real-time backend access will allow us to immediately update the Superhuman's training documents and adjust its knowledge base without an intermediary. That will speed up our iteration cycles significantly.

**What problems is 1mind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1mind is solving the universal problem of wasting expensive human capital on low-value qualification tasks. The benefits flow directly to our bottom line:

Optimized Resource Allocation: We are no longer paying human BDRs/SDRs to burn cycles on prospects that aren't a good fit. Our high-value Account Executives now focus 100% on closing opportunities, not qualifying them. This is a massive reduction in our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and a gain in sales velocity.

The Scalability of Knowledge: In a hyper-growth environment, keeping a team of human BDRs up-to-date on constantly changing products and qualification criteria is a constant headache and a time sink. With 1mind, we train one Superhuman once, and that perfect, consistent knowledge is applied across every single prospect interaction, instantly.

A Continuous Intelligence Loop: This is huge: the value doesn't stop with booked meetings. We get full transcripts of every conversation, including those that didn't convert. We use these transcripts to run AI analysis, pulling out key trends, objections, and sought-after features. This data is now a critical input for our marketing strategy and product roadmap.

If you're considering 1mind, my recommendation is to model out the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of not adopting it.

Stop Ignoring the Opportunity Cost: The cost of hiring and constantly training human lead qualifiers is immense. The cost of having your AEs waste time on unqualified leads is even higher. 1mind solves both of those problems by acting as a perfectly consistent, always-on qualification team.

It's a Strategic Investment, Not a Tool: Don't look at this as just a website widget. View it as a strategic investment in the quality and velocity of your pipeline. The quality of the leads we get now is incomparable to simple form submissions.

Use the Data: Prepare to integrate the conversation data into your business intelligence strategy. That non-converted conversation data is arguably as valuable as the converted leads, as it tells you exactly what the market is thinking.

**What do you like best about 1mind?**

1mind matches prospect with the right solutions, examples, and resources that fit their situation (whether it’s a question from a prospect or a general chat). It can share all kinds of helpful content within the conversation: testimonial videos, documents, and even the correct sales rep's calendar. It's trained off our best sales conversations (we exported the discovery call transcripts that led to Closed Won deals) and effectively acts as a 24/7 rep on our website. It feels like a real experience talking to a rep vs using a chat tool.

**What do you dislike about 1mind?**

They’re still building out their self-service tools to allow users to manage conversation flows and update the “knowledge base.” The good news is their CS team is super responsive (they’re in Slack too, which is huge) and turns around requested updates really quickly.

**What problems is 1mind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're getting thousands of website visits every week with a high-volume of inbound. 1mind jumps in and engages visitors the same way our reps would, then either passes qualified leads to the team or routes them to self-serve signup. Around 8% of contacts that 1mind creates become customers.

**What do you like best about 1mind?**

As a CRO in a 200+ person software company, I needed a way for users on our Grader Report to immediately understand where they need help and how our platform solves those gaps. Before 1mind, users were asking our launch specialists the same early-stage questions, and we didn’t have an effective way to guide them through what the Starter package includes. The Superhuman changed that almost immediately.

We’ve been using 1mind Superhumans for about eight months, and the quality of the conversations has stood out the most. The accuracy, tone, and ability to guide people through their Grader Report feels natural, and users get clarity without waiting for a human. It’s also been helpful to think beyond static videos; the idea of using a Superhuman for an interactive demo of our Starter product is far more compelling than long recorded walkthroughs.

Onboarding was smooth from start to finish. The team kept us on track, responded quickly, and made the implementation feel straightforward for something that touches both our Grader system and HubSpot.
The Superhuman now gives our users a way to self-serve before they ever talk to sales. With over 55,000 views on the landing page and thousands of conversations started, we’re seeing meaningful engagement and a clear path toward more qualified discussions. Users understand their report more clearly, and our team spends far less time repeating baseline explanations.

If you’re running a PLG model or supporting a product with a lot of early-stage education, Superhumans give you leverage immediately. It’s a scalable way to guide users, collect insights, and prepare them for higher-intent conversations—without adding more headcount.

**What do you dislike about 1mind?**

The only area I’d like to see evolve is giving the Superhuman the ability to have page awareness as the user scrolls the entire report. That would make the experience even more fluid.

As an enterprise, integrating new technologies at our scale typically introduces complexity - but with 1mind, we were impressed by how quickly and collaboratively their solution was integrated into our existing systems and workflows. We did need to invest time in testing and iterating multiple times before launch, but the long-term value made it well worth it.

Our primary challenge was increasing purchase rates without adding human sales touch points. Previously, our approach relied on a static demo video and PLG sign-ups. Superhuman has revolutionized this process by delivering proactive, real-time, interactive conversations at scale. The results speak volumes: immediate qualification of leads, significantly enhanced customer experiences, and an over 80% engagement rate — all directly benefiting our bottom line.

**What do you like best about 1mind?**

As the world moves rapidly towards AI solutions in just about every we do, it was refreshing to know that we had homegrown experts in our own backyard to turn to. As a local government entity, it was important that we work with a team who not only understands the technology but a team that understands the community, in our case the community happens to be our end users and customers. 1mind used these key ingredients and an understanding of our use case to create a tailored approach to apply towards creating our Sports and Special Events "Super Human."

**What do you dislike about 1mind?**

This is not necessarily a downside or unhelpful attribute and probably more of a reflection of our organization, but these guys move quickly, and it took us a bit of time to find a rhythm and timing that worked for everyone.

**What problems is 1mind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promoters and event planners require the ability to plan years in advance, months in advance, weeks in advance, and sometimes in a matter of days. Providing a "white gloved", concierge-like experience that ensures the proper permits and other logistical items are in play to plan and execute on an event in accordance with local laws is key to the success criteria. 1mind is helping our Sports and Special Events team in providing this service to promoters and event planners through our online "Super Human" accessible through our website.

We tested out numerous AI agents and realized we needed photo-realistic, e.g. a real looking human, to extend   the trust we have with our brand.

**What do you dislike about 1mind?**

It's not as much what I dislike about 1mind, but more about how we as humans compare AI to the absolute best version of ourselves, and discount anything less.  Our agent outperforms 70% of SDRs in the quality, never says a bad word, but at times a mis-pronunciation of a word, hardly anyone worries about, is considered an issue.
