
What I like best is the fundamental shift in our pipeline quality. 1mind is not just a chatbot; it's a dedicated, 24/7, multi-tasking lead qualification team.
The Superhuman is truly proficient at retaining complex product knowledge. By the time a prospect books a meeting with one of our Account Executives, they aren't just a name who filled out a form—they are a highly qualified, discovery-stage prospect ready for a meaningful sales conversation. This has dramatically increased the efficiency and morale of our sales team.
I also have to call out the 1mind implementation team. They didn't just hand us a product; they partnered with us to build out a robust implementation and testing strategy that aligned with our revenue goals. My only "dislike" is really about anticipating future features that will make the platform even stronger. Right now, to get the absolute maximum performance, we rely on the 1mind team for certain backend tasks.
I’m looking forward to the rollout of the self-service analytics and training portal. Being able to give our internal team real-time backend access will allow us to immediately update the Superhuman's training documents and adjust its knowledge base without an intermediary.
