What do you like best about 1mind?

What I like best is the fundamental shift in our pipeline quality. 1mind is not just a chatbot; it's a dedicated, 24/7, multi-tasking lead qualification team.

The Superhuman is truly proficient at retaining complex product knowledge. By the time a prospect books a meeting with one of our Account Executives, they aren't just a name who filled out a form—they are a highly qualified, discovery-stage prospect ready for a meaningful sales conversation. This has dramatically increased the efficiency and morale of our sales team.

I also have to call out the 1mind implementation team. They didn't just hand us a product; they partnered with us to build out a robust implementation and testing strategy that aligned with our revenue goals. What do you dislike about 1mind?

My only "dislike" is really about anticipating future features that will make the platform even stronger. Right now, to get the absolute maximum performance, we rely on the 1mind team for certain backend tasks.

I’m looking forward to the rollout of the self-service analytics and training portal. Being able to give our internal team real-time backend access will allow us to immediately update the Superhuman's training documents and adjust its knowledge base without an intermediary. What do you like best about 1mind?

1mind matches prospect with the right solutions, examples, and resources that fit their situation (whether it’s a question from a prospect or a general chat). It can share all kinds of helpful content within the conversation: testimonial videos, documents, and even the correct sales rep's calendar. It's trained off our best sales conversations (we exported the discovery call transcripts that led to Closed Won deals) and effectively acts as a 24/7 rep on our website. What do you dislike about 1mind?

They’re still building out their self-service tools to allow users to manage conversation flows and update the “knowledge base.” The good news is their CS team is super responsive (they’re in Slack too, which is huge) and turns around requested updates really quickly. What do you like best about 1mind?

As a CRO in a 200+ person software company, I needed a way for users on our Grader Report to immediately understand where they need help and how our platform solves those gaps. Before 1mind, users were asking our launch specialists the same early-stage questions, and we didn’t have an effective way to guide them through what the Starter package includes. The Superhuman changed that almost immediately.

We’ve been using 1mind Superhumans for about eight months, and the quality of the conversations has stood out the most. The accuracy, tone, and ability to guide people through their Grader Report feels natural, and users get clarity without waiting for a human. It’s also been helpful to think beyond static videos; the idea of using a Superhuman for an interactive demo of our Starter product is far more compelling than long recorded walkthroughs.

Onboarding was smooth from start to finish. The team kept us on track, responded quickly, and made the implementation feel straightforward for something that touches both our Grader system and HubSpot.

The Superhuman now gives our users a way to self-serve before they ever talk to sales. With over 55,000 views on the landing page and thousands of conversations started, we’re seeing meaningful engagement and a clear path toward more qualified discussions. Users understand their report more clearly, and our team spends far less time repeating baseline explanations.

If you’re running a PLG model or supporting a product with a lot of early-stage education, Superhumans give you leverage immediately. What do you dislike about 1mind?

What do you like best about 1mind?

As the world moves rapidly towards AI solutions in just about every we do, it was refreshing to know that we had homegrown experts in our own backyard to turn to. As a local government entity, it was important that we work with a team who not only understands the technology but a team that understands the community, in our case the community happens to be our end users and customers. 1mind used these key ingredients and an understanding of our use case to create a tailored approach to apply towards creating our Sports and Special Events "Super Human." What do you dislike about 1mind?

It's not as much what I dislike about 1mind, but more about how we as humans compare AI to the absolute best version of ourselves, and discount anything less. Our agent outperforms 70% of SDRs in the quality, never says a bad word, but at times a mis-pronunciation of a word, hardly anyone worries about, is considered an issue.
