1Factory allows everything we need to be in one place. The CMM auto upload feature has increased our efficiency and the baloon diagram generation is so easy to use. Quality plans are dynamic and allow us to filter and sort specs to fit our needs. Inspections are easy to follow and keep all data organized and secure. 1Factory has a fairly steep learning curve for some of the more advanced features, and it is sometimes difficult to navigate menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cloud based system is incredibly responsive and easy to use. We have had no issues with uptime or reliability. Service and support when needed has been responsive and helpful. Jon was able to get us setup and using the software very quickly and our team has been able to understand the layout and UI with ease. 1factory has been an absolute life saver on several occasions. Turns a full day of control plan development into an hour-long process. Using 1 Factory is great at calling attention to the dimensions that are critical, and allows us to attach quality alerts for special measurement instructions for the oddball scenarios. Huge time saver creating Manufacturing plan, FAIR Bubble Drawings, and CMM data import! This software is intuitive and in our experience training is a walk-through on how we use it. Being able to automatically record hundreds of dimensions electronically via our CMM's is quick and easy; recalling data with filters helps us review feature performance. The 1Factory software has many benefits and has helped reduce errors related to sending out of spec parts to our customers by identifying keying entry errors and actual out-of-spec conditions as they occur during data entry. The ability to add Mfg & Inspection Plans allows for consistent data input & automated inspection with the ability to graphically view trends & overall capability analyses. The report output also adds to the reduction of "transfer of information" errors and contains all information in a common repository for easy retrieval of both current and historical data. The ability to output FAI reporting data with automated linkage to drawings is an additional strength that has been helpful over the past few years of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The linkage of the customer's part number to our own internal part number doesn't seem to allow search of part number through the use of the internal part number which is actually used more than the customer's part number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
