Which Insider One features have you found most useful in improving customer engagement, and why? Are there particular tools or strategies within the platform that have made a measurable difference in your campaigns?
We're past users of Jumplead, a similar service to Ortto - one of the features we loved was the ability for the platform to show us which companies visited our site even if the person was still an anonymous user who hadn't yet entered our funnel.
hard to tell if Ortto is capable of that as well?
They put me into a recurring year-long contract without my knowledge. They also are in breach of this contract because they couldn't connect to my website.
