The technical install is actually one of the easiest parts since it's a native Salesforce app and doesn't require any messy API work. I absolutely love their visual "Flow" builder. I can see precisely where the lead is heading and why it wants to go there. Their customer support is also 10/10, anytime I am stuck they jump on a call and quickly help me fix my routing rules. And the deduping is very cool, too. Suitable for small companies ~ Very bit equivalent. If you are an extremely small startup, the price may seem high. We also need a common person (Admin), someone who dedicatedly manages this; you cannot just "set & forget it!"
