One thing I appreciate is how consistently Traction Complete handles incoming records during high volume periods. We use it inside Salesforce for lead to account matching and routing, which has reduced the need for manual review when campaign activity spikes. It keeps records organized automatically, making daily operations much easier to manage across teams.

In our case, people often re-enter through webinars, paid ads, or partner campaigns, and before using Traction Complete those records were not always connected back to existing accounts. We configured matching logic using email domain, account relationships, and ownership history so returning leads automatically reconnect to the right context inside Salesforce. That has made re-engagement efforts much more organized because sales teams can immediately see past activity instead of treating every return as a brand new lead.

One concern with Salesforce is how quickly performance can degrade when multiple flows, triggers, and batch jobs are involved. In our setup, we replaced parts of custom routing logic (previously handled through Apex and flows) with Traction Complete for lead to account matching and ownership assignment. This reduced the number of automations running on record creation and helped keep processing more efficient.
