Your customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They can't fix a problem to save their butts, and constantly asking for the same data (Screenshots) over and over to identify the problem, but never fix it.
Your accounting software is full of bugs, but your customer service team is NOT the right group of people to fix it. Your developers are... And they don't bother trying to fix the issues.
Let's not mention how your software is now blocking my ability to send out announcements because of a bounce rate? So because my clients have bad email addresses, I can't send messages to the clients that HAVE good email addresses?
