It pre-fills Work Requests, so an operator can report a fault in plain language and the maintenance team receives a structured, actionable request. The AI Copilot answers natural-language questions grounded in a customer's own maintenance data (Assets, Work Orders, Parts, Maintenance Plans, fault history) instead of external web content. The result is less manual documentation effort and more consistent data, without changing how technicians already work. remberg connects to the systems a plant already runs. A documented REST API keeps maintenance data flowing between remberg and ERP systems including SAP, so assets, work orders, and confirmations stay in sync instead of living in a silo.
