What do you like best about remberg?

Overall I'm genuinely satisfied with the system, because the software helps me in my daily work in a focused and reliable way. The thoughtful system architecture was obvious from the very first stages of getting to know it. Although there are fixed base structures, the system is modular enough to be adapted precisely to your own workflows. Thanks to that flexibility you can also use it beyond pure maintenance, for example in the company's IT department. A major advantage in particular is that maintenance and IT can work together efficiently in one shared system. With my many years of experience in technical roles and in software development, I find the software easy to navigate and I notice the continuous improvements to the interface. From my perspective I therefore can't relate to the initial difficulties that less tech-savvy people might have. The combination of the extensive feature set and the competent customer support leads me to conclude that I can recommend the system despite the higher cost structure. What do you dislike about remberg?

Without a certain level of IT experience—or if there is a general reluctance to engage with new digital systems—getting started can be challenging. In addition, both acquisition and ongoing operating costs are significant, so the investment needs to be calculated carefully (take advantage of the option to run a pilot project!). Another weak point, in my view, is spare parts management. At the moment, it does not fully meet my requirements and seems geared more toward standard consumables. There is no effective way to manage components via serial numbers, and there is also no option to record batch numbers. This becomes especially cumbersome for repairable components that are removed from a system, sent for overhaul, put into storage, and then reinstalled in a later cycle. Right now, this entire process has to be handled within the plant structure itself. That is not only impractical, but it also creates additional administrative effort (for example, managing and updating maintenance schedules) and can occasionally lead to implementation issues related to user access rights.
