Sanomic

Every Australian employer now has a duty to manage psychosocial risks at work. Most tools for this are built for big companies with safety teams. Sanomic is built for the other 97 percent. You answer questions about your business and Sanomic uses AI to tailor the risks to your industry and your state: a vet clinic, a cafe and a law firm see their own hazards, in their own language, under their own state's WHS regulator, backed by Australian research and regulator guidance. Sanomic allows you to choose controls from an industry-specific control library and assembles the plan and risk register as you go. Then it gives you one place to run it: record incidents, keep the plan up to date, hear from your team through anonymous surveys (answers masked so small teams stay anonymous) and get reminders when something is due. You can download a Word copy of your plan any time. Sanomic was founded by psychologists and small business owners. It is free to set up and use, with no card on file.

How it works

ScubaDock

ScubaDock is a website builder made for independent dive shops. Instead of starting from a blank template, the shop owner pastes the URL of the website they already have. ScubaDock drafts a new, mobile-first site from what is already public: a home page, course pages, trip pages, an about page, and a contact page. If the old site lists a price, the draft keeps it. If it does not, visitors see "Contact for pricing." The owner reviews the draft, edits anything that is off, confirms they run the shop, and publishes. Booking stays where it already is. Each course and trip page links out to FareHarbor or any other booking page the shop uses, and divers finish their booking and payment there. ScubaDock does not take the payment, does not see the reservation, and does not charge a booking commission. Once the site is published, divers can also send the shop a message through an inquiry form, and the owner reads it in the builder. If the shop adds a phone number, the site shows a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the shop. Published pages get page titles, descriptions, and a sitemap. Drafts stay private until the owner publishes. Shop sites are hosted on a ScubaDock subdomain. Pricing is one plan: $99 a month, month to month, with no setup fee. ScubaDock is built for owners of small, independent dive centers who need a site that reads well on a phone and points divers to the booking page they already use.

Sentio

Surveys tell you what people think. Sentio tells you why. Sentio replaces long surveys with short AI-led feedback conversations via QR code, link or NFC tag. No app, no account: your visitors or customers simply talk or type in their own language (50+ languages supported), and Sentio asks natural follow-up questions to get the story behind the score. Every conversation becomes themes, sentiment, Net Promoter Score and verified quotes on one dashboard. Every number is countable and every quote is traceable to the original answer. Instant alerts flag critical issues; the Signal tool lets visitors report a problem with a photo. Built in Europe and hosted in the EU: GDPR by design, no voice recordings stored, and your data is never used to train AI models. Sentio is built by Sento Group, whose founders bring years of visitor-research experience with museums, libraries, theatres and municipalities — now expanding into commercial sectors. Real feedback from your own audience, not just a rented panel. Made for any place where customers walk in and out: garages, supermarkets, retail chains, shopping centres, hospitality, gyms - and for public organisations such as museums, libraries, pools, theatres and municipalities.

Skimrite: Office Shield

I built and managed several pool service companies. I loved the work, but I dreaded opening a message from someone angry over nothing. Usually it was a customer having a bad day, taking it out on the pool guy. I built this so that emotionally charged messages would never land on me first, stripping the message of bad vibes while keeping all the important info for my team and I.

Song7

Song7 is a worship planning app built for small and volunteer-led church worship teams: one simple place for songs, setlists and chord charts that everyone can reach. Import songs from ChordPro files, plain text or a photo of a paper chord sheet. Organize the shared song library with tags, build setlists with drag and drop, set a key for each song, and add notes. Changes sync in real time across the team's devices. Musicians read charts from a digital music stand with dark mode and guitar chord diagrams. Presentation mode shows full-screen lyrics on a connected screen or projector. A metronome and tuner are built in. Song media can include backing tracks and synchronized stems, MusicXML sheet music, PDF and image attachments, and reference recordings. Export songs anytime, including ChordPro. Song7 runs in modern browsers on iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac and Chromebook, and is installable as a PWA. The app is available in English and Danish. The free plan includes every feature for up to 10 members, 300 songs and 50 MB of storage, with no time limit or credit card required. Plus costs $5 or €5 per team per month for up to 50 members, 5,000 songs and 1 GB. Pro costs $10 or €10 per team per month for up to 100 members, 5,000 songs and 2 GB. Paid plans have a 30-day trial. Song7 focuses on worship songs, charts and setlists. It does not include giving, check-ins or member directories. Loaded content can ride out brief connection drops, but it is not a fully offline app. CCLI usage can be exported as CSV for manual reporting; there is no direct CCLI integration.
