## About ScreenTinker
ScreenTinker is an open-source (MIT) digital signage CMS. Self-host on your own server or use the managed cloud. One dashboard for playlists, schedules, multi-zone layouts, video walls, kiosks and proof-of-play. Players are free on Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Raspberry Pi, Windows, ChromeOS, BrightSign and any browser. No per-device licence. Screens keep playing from cache if the network drops. Built for retail and QSR menus, offices, lobbies, education and multi-site fleets. Workspaces and roles for teams; plugins and a REST API for integrators. Hosted free tier: 1 display. Self-host: no per-screen fee.

**What do you like best about ScreenTinker?**

I like that ScreenTinker is open source, so I can easily adopt and adapt it for various projects. I find content assignment very flexible, and the initial setup was super easy. It is good enough without other tools. I also love the fact that you can run ScreenTinker directly as a server running on BrightSign!

**What do you dislike about ScreenTinker?**

I find ScreenTinker less suited yet for high-end enterprise projects with many complex management layers.

**What problems is ScreenTinker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ScreenTinker easy to adopt and adapt for various projects because it is open source. It has most features needed for signage projects.
