Song7 is a worship planning app built for small and volunteer-led church worship teams: one simple place for songs, setlists and chord charts that everyone can reach.
Import songs from ChordPro files, plain text or a photo of a paper chord sheet. Organize the shared song library with tags, build setlists with drag and drop, set a key for each song, and add notes. Changes sync in real time across the team's devices.
Musicians read charts from a digital music stand with dark mode and guitar chord diagrams. Presentation mode shows full-screen lyrics on a connected screen or projector. A metronome and tuner are built in. Song media can include backing tracks and synchronized stems, MusicXML sheet music, PDF and image attachments, and reference recordings. Export songs anytime, including ChordPro.
Song7 runs in modern browsers on iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac and Chromebook, and is installable as a PWA. The app is available in English and Danish.
The free plan includes every feature for up to 10 members, 300 songs and 50 MB of storage, with no time limit or credit card required. Plus costs $5 or €5 per team per month for up to 50 members, 5,000 songs and 1 GB. Pro costs $10 or €10 per team per month for up to 100 members, 5,000 songs and 2 GB. Paid plans have a 30-day trial.
Song7 focuses on worship songs, charts and setlists. It does not include giving, check-ins or member directories. Loaded content can ride out brief connection drops, but it is not a fully offline app. CCLI usage can be exported as CSV for manual reporting; there is no direct CCLI integration.
